I had a scheduled vaccination appointment but I mistakenly went to the Fouraker store. No one in the pharmacy acknowledged my presence. Nurse was rude and said to wait at the window and they would eventually get to me. I waited there over 20 minutes and had to interrupt them from helping others to check me in. They told me my appointment was at the other store less than a mile away. Had they acknowledged me it could have been resolved sooner. When I got to the other store - (7221 Normandy) they were extremely nice, even though they were just as busy, they acknowledged you with a smile. While I was waiting, the store overhead announcements stated Walgreens offered the COVID vaccine at the pharmacy without an appointment. What? Dr called in prescription to Walgreens Memorial Park. I the preauthorization from my insurance Next day I looked at the status and it was delayed I called the entitled pharmacist who said she had questions for the doctor . Next day I called her again and she gave me the same reply. I then tried to have the prescription transferred to my insurance pharmacy (Optum). Two days later Walgreens still had not done the transfer to Optum. Walgreens seems to have a DEI program running their pharmacy. I read more

Charged 19.59 for 60 bayer low dose aspirin...could have bought 120 bayer for 5.89 at Walmart...Walgreens just lost a customer forever...

Idiots... There should be a common sense test given to employees before they are allowed to deal with the public. There's a 50/50 chance if you come here one of those people would NOT have passed that test. These people are used to being cussed out and threaten. I don't condone it ...but I complete understand why. 1. Customer is accused of using a fake credit card because it wouldn't swipe on machine and clerk to lazy to key in the card number. After customer leaves, w/o items and in front of me and other customers, clerk calls the customer an idiot. Then another clerk (who was around for the altercation) tells her that the machine is actually broken. 2. Customer is accused of stealing an item that she purchased from the pharmacy even though she has no purse, just bagged item with receipt. While swiping my items, clerk calls out to someone in photo area "I was cussed out AGAIN"??? 3. Customer is stopped for going IN through the OUT door. But the IN door was not working. The clerks are just rude and uninformed. Or they have some type of pool going to see who can offend the most amount of customers in a day. read more

They have a few items on sale, the Core hydration water 30 oz is on sale 2 for $3 there normally about $3 just for one. Also there popcorn collection on sale. I grabbed a few, perfect for when I sneak in my goodies at movies. Lol read more

This is for my most recent visit. I've been going to this walgreens for over 8 years. I have never had a problem. This morning the sales associate ran up to me as I entered and I was told they do not allow bookbag in the aisle. The person on shift wanted to take my bookbag and place it on the floor by the wine. 1st of all, I only went in there for a loaf of bread. 2nd ever since deciding to go back to school,a book bag has been my main method for transporting my laptop, wallet, keys, text, tablet and phone. Never have I been asked to place my bookbag at the front of a store. Would a pocket book been okay?,I have no idea. 3rd, I never place my bag on any floor. The staff at this location is very rude. Especally an employee named Tenisa. She did made a mistake trying to fill my medication. She did not fix it and also made ugly faces at me. Lots of reviews on how rude the employees are at this location but nothing is ever done about it. Go figure the managers are rude too read more

"You will understand one day," says the cashier to me at 12:02 am as I apologize for taking the extra 90 seconds to bring him an eyeliner to ring up. I admit, we came in at 11:56, trying to grab last minute materials for a Halloween costume trial run. However, we didn't ask for an associate's assistance. We did not require annoying help. I made one small mistake (which cost us less than a minute as shoppers) and I literally jogged to fix it. The three of us even split up to minimize time in store: my boyfriend grabbed the wine while my friend looked for white eyeliner. I hurriedly looked for fake eyelashes. We reached the counter at 12:01 (we HAD been warned as we walked in that they closed in 5 minutes) and my friend told me she couldn't find the eyeliner. I knew the brand and, knowing she had skipped over it while in a hurry, quickly left the line and grabbed it. It took between 10-15 seconds. Raymond treated us as if we'd kept him over an hour. I cannot say for certain he was a manager but he was dressed more professionally than others. If I had taken 15 minutes of his time, I would understand. But one and a half minutes after closing does not warrant the attitude re received. I have a bachelors in merchandising and have worked for Macy's, local boutiques. I also bartend so I know what it's like to be angry at closing time. But a dollar is a dollar and this place would rather lose local customers than sacrifice two minutes of time. This high rating is for the pharmacy. After dealing with ridiculous prescription prices at another pharmacy, the staff at this store took the time to find me the cheapest prices and researched my discount prescription card. Needless to say I saved 100 dollars than if I got the prescription at the other pharmacy. I'll be going to this store from now on. read more

0 stars! Why do the Walgreens Pharmacists think they know better than my doctors and insurance company? I decided to give them a second chance and they blew it. They've held my Rx for 4 days and yet no one called to say they would not be filling it! When I called to inquire about it, they said they were busy... for 4 days?? And are they in chronic pain? They didn't even have the courtesy and professionalism to call and let me know. They won't get a third chance, and I will not recommend them to anyone! read more
