It was showing a much higher price . We took the 50.00 bike to return desk to see if they could sell it to me for price showing where the bike was in the rack .I was told that they did not have the authority to do so, that manager would make that determination. I asked if I could speak with him. The desk called for him to talk with me. About 15 minutes later a person walked up . His personal appearance lead me to believe he was a customer not the manager. I asked him if I could buy the bike for the price that was listed . In no certain terms was he willing try to work with me . I went home and contacted Godfrey Walmart and was able to get a bike shipped to me that slightly cheaper for $50.00.Very bad experience !!!

The customer service was top notch. The shelves were always well stocked. My local Walmart now is referred to as "the out of stock store." If you have a list you are guaranteed to leave with only 2/3 of the things on that list as my current Walmart WILL be out of stock. My local Walmart must have a beacon atop of it that calls out to all those crazy "people of Walmart" to go there. We have more than our share of these people. We may have 2-3 lanes open. All the serve yourself checkouts are open. Those checkouts are backed up because no one wants to wait in the couple other services lanes actually open. Many of the staff are rude or cranky. Who could blame them? Working in those conditions. Enjoy your good Walmart because they're not all that way. We quit going except when we feel we have no choice....maybe once every couple months.

They had to call in another pharmacist, Allison. I didn't mind the wait. Nobody else seemed to either. Allison was amazing. So personable, professional, helpful and just a pleasure to have her give me the shots. And I didn't feel either one. She was great. I always get my shots there and everyone is always helpful and friendly.

This Walgreens is where I go to print those fantastic pictures I take with my iPhone. It is so…read moresimple, I do all my selections on their website, place my order and take note of the time they'll be ready. Once my photos are ready, I get a text message and off I go to pick them up. Typically, it takes just under two hours and I have a new photo in my frame. If I need a new frame for my new photo, I can get that here too. The staff I interact with at the photo department, are always professional.

He said she busy stocking, I can wait in line. He acted like he didn't care either. What happened to great customer service. I guess they forgot CVS is across the street... I used to only go to walgreens because of the service... it's a shame when you can feel the uncomfortableness when you walk in to a business, no smiles, no greeting of good morning. Other pharmacies treat you like a second class citizen and act like they are doing you a favor just to fill your order. I can drop off an order with MS and they will have it in 5 minutes. None of this "20-30 minutes" line you get at other stores where they want you to shop while you are waiting. Also, Ted will paitiently explain about your medicine and answer any questions you have - without a big lecture. Give this place a try! They act like they WANT and appreciate your business.

She was extremely rude, seems as though she was having a bad morning. I have been ill for the past week the last thing I need is someone with an attitude when I am trying to pick up 2 prescription that are already filled. If me showing up to Walgreens is a problem for her requesting minimal service maybe staying home or choosing another professional may have been a better option for Respina. Tech said that I could not get refill as it was not authorized. I assured her Dr had called it in and authorized it for pick up today. She checked and said yes that is correct but the pharmacist said she could not have it. I waited and the pharmacist came to the drive up window and said that although the doctor had authorized the pick up today, my sister has a habit of getting this refill 2-3 days early. I said yes the Dr is aware and he is comfortable that she can have the script and authorized it for pick up. The pharmacist said she would personally need to talk with the dr and make sure he knew that he authorized the pick up it was 2 days before normal. Again this is at 5:30pm today. The pharmacist said the doctor had to personally call her. My sister is leaving for spring break. This is a sleeping pill. So, no sleeping pill for my sis tonight. Who can I talk with at Walgreens? I am beyond disappointed with the level of care and service that was provided to my sister. This pharmacist could have given her the needed medicine that the DOCTOR AUTHORIZED and let her know next time she needed to PERSONALLY talk with the doctor. Seriously? Apparently the pharmacist is not like an MD who takes an oath to "do not harm". Who can I escalate this to at Walgreens Corporate.
