I try not to leave a bad review but this has happened Twice at this location It is not really anything to do with the store , but a cashier in the pharmacy. I got a notice that my order was ready , I went in waited till I was asked if I needed anything, I tell her my name and what I am picking up, She said just because you have a notice doesn't mean it is ready , I show her the notice and she take my phone and stares at it for 5 mins . After some more talking give me my items. The second time it was almost the same . I tell her I got a notice that my order was sent to the store she was like how do you know it was this store ?? I ask her if this is the store at this address 4540 , she doesn't respond. The customer behind me says yes this is the address for that store.. The cashier then says to me just because that is the address does not mean my order is ready.. I go I got the notice two days ago and this is a first time I had a chance to pick it up. Her reply was that doesn't it is still ready. After 5 more mins she than check the computer and hands over my items. I may just have to have my items sent to the other location from now on. read more

If you need a RX quick, than this is not the place to go. They do not even care if you are waiting in line for it. You will not get your RX till the evening if it was sent in that morning or the night before. And if it was sent from another pharmacy you will be waiting at least 3 days, even if they have everything from you, your Dr, your insurance, everything. They have no urgency. Sick? Too bad, it will be done maybe by 7pm. I have tried with them several times because it would be so convenient for pick up after work for me at 4pm. But they NEVER have my RX ready. And i have tried several RX and had it sent several ways. Always the same. read more

Very happy with my recent switch to Walgreens pharmacy. Although they're very, very busy due to the closure of another local pharmacy, the staff are consistently pleasant and helpful. I am SO GLAD my old pharmacy closed. They sucked. Walgreens has been great. read more

Parked, walked up to the doors and there was an employee standing(rather leaning on) at the doors and told me they were closed. This was a Sunday at 3pm. The sign on the door said "Closed Due to lack of staff" There was an employee inside checking people out and this guy just standing there with his back leaned against the door. Lack of staff, yet he can just stand outside to tell us they are closed?! Ridiculous. read more

my appt for a scheduled vaccine: 20 minutes to get to the counter and a $15 minute additional wait to get the shot.

Worst pharmacy experiences ever! Every time I go to this pharmacy, there's a problem with something. They can't get my insurance info right, not filling my prescriptions or they're short staffed. Today I had an appointment for a shingles vaccine. I go in 10 minutes early, check in and wait. A man comes in after me, without an appointment, fills out paperwork for the same vaccine and after waiting there 20 minutes more, they call him back before me. The man got his vaccine and left and I'm still waiting there. I went up to the counter and a Billy Corgan looking guy asks how he can help me and i explain what has happened and told him that I had to leave. As I turned and started walking away, he said "okay". That's all he said. I'm done with this pharmacy. read more

This is the slowest, most inefficient Walgreens's ever. Everytime, expect to wait at least 20-25 minutes even with 1 person in front of you in line, or with an appointment, or at the drive through with 0 cars ahead of you. read more

This was one of my worst experience with Walgreens. My boyfriend had just gotten out of surgery and needed his recovery medication. Upon arrival, we discovered Walgreens did not "accept" his insurance. He has a very well known insurance plan. Walgreens also states on their website they accept this specific insurance. The women helping me explained we would have to go to another facility to have the medication processed. I had to call the other facility in order for Walgreens to then transfer the request. This means I had to find another place near us that would process the request. Oh and, the staff was going on break in 8 minutes. I should mention, we are not from Lacey and do not know any of the surrounding areas. We were only in town for the surgery, and then we were leaving. To find another pharmacy in under 8 minutes was near impossible. We also had no where to stay while the medication was being made. The medication was ALSO sent DAYS before his surgery. I soon find out the medication was unable to be processed because of the type of medication he needed. It was against the law to transfer this in between companies without a doctors note. My real complaint was with the worker who helped us. She gave me false information, was not flexible, and did not help problem solve. When I tried to cover the medication under my insurance, this was also not allowed. I have always liked Walgreens, but I not very happy with the customer service and lack of kindness we were shown. read more

My husband and I picked up Rx's today for both of us. We each have a separate express account so we don't have to exchange money or credit cards with staff due to covid. His Rx's had no copay, but mine did. The person who waited on us asked if we wanted my charges on my account, and we said yes. She put MY charges on HIS account. When I called to straighten it out, they said we would have to come in to correct it. So WE have to make an extra trip because SHE made a mistake. Infuriating. It's particularly annoying because before my husband had an account we had on one occasion asked that his charges be put on my card, to spare us the risk of money changing hands. They would not allow that, though both of us were present. read more

-Where is the bathroom? -"aisle 3 " can I have the code to get in? - "no I have to entered for you" . A simple here it is , let me open it for you , would had been too much to ask , I have a potty training baby with me , and I need a bathroom right away not a 5 m process to not be able to use a dirty clogged Toilet ! I guess common sense is to high class for your local Walgreens, where getting anything takes ages , several times I tried to get anything , and they're always under stuff , buying alcohol is a huge hustle gotta wait for the authorize person to ring you up , things are always missed label with the wrong price , the cashier takes several minutes to ring people up and they're very pushy about buying the damn candy bars! read more

Well. I read the reviews and went anyways. They messed up 3/4 of the photo products I ordered. The employees seemed annoyed to fix what they had messed up. Lots of employees wearing masks below their nose- you know, like an asshole. Wont go here again. read more

The staff hides behind corporate policies. Manager refuses to override the computer when customers show proof of zip code of information to redeem points to purchase items. The customer is wrong with their phone in their hands showing the correct numbers to the staff and being told the staff is right to treat people this way. RUDE and that's the way this store operates. Can't redeem not one point from months of collecting and paying out of pocket prescriptions. Screw your deals! Forget customer service! You all get what you all train your employees like. Same tone, same attitude. And because your scanners couldn't scan my BRAND NEW phone screen with no screen guards I was given ANOTHER card for your stores convenience. When will you get it? I live close by and come here often when I need something quick. However, Myran has got to be one of the worst customer service people I have ever met. He will talk about you to his co-workers when he thinks you're out of ear shot. Then be a complete jerk once you check out. He needs further training on how to be a nicer person. I'm assuming his life isn't amounting to much and disappointed with his life choices but if this job is wearing at him it's probably time for some self care or a job better suited for him, one that doesn't involve human interaction. read more

Oh Wal-Greens. I love you and HATE you at the same time. Your customer service is top notch, your store is clean, and always has enticing clearance items. Your pharmacists look so over worked , yet they fill my scripts in 10 minutes than text me when they are ready. My problem with Wal-Greens has nothing to do with this particular location or the people working there. It's the company themselves. Your logo is an apothacary bowl with stars coming out of it. Pharmaceuticals are magic aye? Your slogan is " be well" which is messed up because you sell cigarettes , booze, drugs, and nothing but fatty unhealthy foods. Every time I go there I can pick up booze, smokes, and some narcotics. On my way out the cashier asks me if I'd like to buy three candy bars because they are on sale ( 365 days a year). Than as I walk out with all my fabulous life shortening fixes the cashier exclaims with a smile " be well!" Really????? read more

To all you military members and retirees...they no longer take TRICARE; yes, I am a few months late...it started at the beginning of 2012. The family found about this late and has switched our drugstore needs to the drugstore chain, Rite-Aid, down the street that takes our insurance. read more

Costumer service is horrible. The cashier accused my wife of trying to use fake coupons. First off, how low of a person do you have to be to make fake coupons? Secondly, the cashier didn't even scan the coupons to check if they worked. We will never go back here again, especially after the cashier basically called my wife a liar and a thief. read more
