The overnight girl named Kylie is one of the rudest people I've ever came into contact with. She should definitely not have a job where she interacts with people. This is my first negative Google review ever but she earned it... I came outside and immediately got on my phone and it made me feel better to say something about the terrible service. My credit card did not go through on the first try and she literally said she was going to end the transaction because there's nothing she could do if I have no money in my account. I said can you please try it again maybe on another register because I'm positive there's money in my account and she rolled her eyes and literally started yelling at me that she would have to rering everything up. Mind you there were zero other people in the store and I only had about 20 items. I apologized for the inconvenience and it didn't even phase her she just kept me and rude. I asked her to please stop yelling at me and she yelled that she's not yelling at me. Was slamming my items on the counter and said she can just cancel this whole transaction. Crazy ridiculous. This is not a personal attack on her this is a factual statement of i blatant rudeness. Come on Walgreens you can do better. Maybe she was having a bad day but I'm still dumbfounded by her getting so mad and yelling at me about having to do her job. There was literally no one else in the store. Zero stars and I will never be back to this Walgreens. I might not go to any Walgreens for at least a year this was pretty off putting. read more

Worst customer service in the pharmacy. I brought in a prescription for my sick dog, that needed to be started 1-1/2 hours later. An extremely brusque, unfriendly woman took my prescription, ano when I told her I would wait for it, she told me to go home and come back later. I explained why I wanted to wait and that it needed to be given an hour and a half from now, and she told me it wasn't possible, there were 60 orders ahead of me ( no one else was waiting) and to come back later that night. She was quite rude, so I took my prescription across the street to CVS, and walked out with it 30 minutes later. I like the store, the staff is friendly and helpful, but that is not the case with the pharmacy. I will never use that pharmacy again, read more

This store is a joke. I don't care about the actual store but the pharmacy is odious. Every time it's time I have to refill my medications and I have to deal with them I get super anxious and stressed out because I know it's going to take a good 1-2 hours of my time. First, waiting in line (that's just inside) and then explaining to them what I need. I WILL NEVER CALL THEM ON THE PHONE BECAUSE AND IF THEY DO EVER AND ANSWER, THEY SAY HOLD AND NEVER COME BACK TO THE PHONE. The phone keeps ringing until it hangs up itself. It's beyond rude and unprofessional when someone has been waiting a good 2 hours on the phone. Mostly it's because they always have new techs who come in who don't know anything so explaining anything to them is a waste of time and the pharmacist is way too busy to talk to you to render the problem. There is this one tech who has been there forever and I don't know how considering she doesn't know basic medical latin like po, generics, dosages, or anything else based on her job description. I feel like jumping over the counter and being like there you go. She literally screams at patients purposeful or not. If she's there when I'm there I will literally ask for someone else. Store is very clean and aisles are wide and marked for easy shopping. Walgreens is the only place I shop for milk, by far the cheapest price for a gallon of Borden milk, noticed their refrigeration system is very cold. Staff friendly and easy in and out, much faster than grocery store if going for milk. read more

The pharmacy personnel need an education and improved work ethic. For example, don't lie to the customer. If you 15 minute wait, and the customer is waiting an hour later don't insist it's only been 15 minutes. That's pathetic lieing. Just apologize for the wait. Or better yet inform them it will take longer. Too many times this store has told us an rx will be ready by a certain time & when we arrive we'll after that certain time it's not ready & they give excuses. Too much personal business going on, and negative attitude with customers. They need to sharpen up. If they have customer overload as they claim maybe they need to refer customers to a store not so overloaded. Audits and secret shoppers for pharmacy are a must have. While traveling, midnight runs due to the runs sent me to this closest 24-hour pharmacy. It was quite clean, the staff were pleasantly friendly for the middle of an ungodly hour and found what I needed in a small quantity because I don't need a 5th bottle at home. Picked Walgreens over others because of the ease of entering my phone number for rewards (and a lot of their products are on sale only if you're part of the program). They also have a ton of generic meds, which is all I ever take. read more

Before Covid I used to shop the Walgreen on Walsingham in Indian Rocks quite a bit. IT was always clean and the people employed there was so nice to every body. Now, I don't shop anywhere so I take advantage of their prescription delivery service and they are fantastic. I just spoke to Caitlyn and asked for delivery on a new antibiotic. She was so kind and thoughtful, was pleasant to talk to and acted like she cared. read more

An OK place to shop. I watch for the specials. However at times the specials are out of stock half way through the week. When needing to stop in the middle of the night, or for something quick this is a good place. It is convenient having a 24 hour option close to my home. read more
