The employee named Maria was extremely rude--especially toward elderly customers. I witnessed her speaking to an older customer in a very dismissive and impatient tone, which was uncomfortable to watch. On top of that, she gave me incorrect information about a prescription pickup, which ended up wasting a lot of time. When I came back later, another employee cleared things up in just a few minutes, so it was obvious that Maria either didn't want to help or simply didn't take the time to check. It's disappointing to see that kind of attitude at a place people rely on for their health and medication. I hope management addresses this, because CVS usually provides much better service than this.

Filled on the 15th, not pharmacist the 16th, pick up on 17th and now all my meds are thrown off because I have to either skip a few days and make extra trips to the store. Why should we be penalized because you fill the prescription one day, closed the next and the next month I have to wait another 3-4 days (after meds have run out)?
