This review is for their pharmacy and pharmacy staff (not the store itself) I'm new to the neighborhood. I was planning on switching to this Walgreens when I needed to transfer my prescriptions when the time came. It came earlier than expected. I went to anaphylaxis, was taken by ambulance and seen in the ER at a local hospital. I provided this Walgreens to have my take home meds filled. I immediately was notified via text they received and were processing the prescriptions. They were available shortly after the pharmacy had opened. Probably half an hour? My husband went to pick it up and was worried since we didn't have access to my insurance information on hand. He only had my ID. He had zero problems picking up even though I haven't filled anything there before. It was the smoothest transaction ever. We are not used to this even though the Walgreens we use, we have been using solely for 4 years. Something always gets f*ckëd üp. I've since started to transfer my prescriptions and refills are needed. I get notifications quickly. The prescriptions are filled lightning fast! I've never had any kind of the problems I've had in my previous Walgreens (for the last 2 years it's been nothing but headaches each and every time). This Walgreens pharmacy knows what's up. Incredibly slow, any time of the day, any day of the week. Good luck getting someone on the phone. I grow a full beard while waiting on hold every time I have to call them. I only use this pharmacy because of location. If there were another pharmacy as close or just a little farther, I'd ditch this clown show in a heartbeat. read more

I called the pharmacy this morning to check the cost of one of my prescriptions. I was placed on hold for 5 consecutive times. After the being on hold for 14 minutes and 45 seconds I advised the pharmacy representative that in the future it would be a great customer service practice to advise their customers if they are busy and advise to call back or at least give an ETA for a wait time instead of picking up the phone 5 times and automatically putting them back on hold. Note: This also happened last night when I checked the status of my prescriptions but only 3 times vs the 5 times today. Needless to say I will never fill my prescriptions here if this is a repeated behavior. read more

When I first came to this Walgreens in 2022, they were an excellent service, running like a week old machine, but in the past year they've plummeted. They've lost all focus, drive, and customer concern. The staff who were once personable, are now zombies. Something has changed. I'm sure it's the management! So apparently if you stand in front of the cologne counter for 10 minutes no one asks if you need assistance, you have to ask then wait another 5 minutes to get assistance. When you ask if anyone saw you standing there for 10 minutes you are told rather snarky that no one works this counter and you have to ask for assistance. Do not recommend this location as their customer service is poor, with the exception of the cashier who was perfectly lovely and a joy to work with. The associate with the unprofessional piercings is the one to avoid. read more

I came to the drive through of the pharmacy to find it being closed so I went inside and the manager said the hours are clearly displayed I even took a picture to tell him that's not the case yet he argued with me. Sir I took a video. It's so stupid but telling me I'm wrong when I'm coming inside for a reason just bothers me. Display your hours so I don't have to come inside wondering what's going on and put myself at risk for Covid. This review is for the pharmacy: I would highly advise against coming here. Unexplainable prescription delays, very long lines, and unprofessional staff. I have been coming here for a while and unfortunately have to look for a new pharmacy. Long story short and the last straw: My prescription has been delayed for weeks. I understand this is not always the pharmacy's fault, but the pharmacy has a responsibility to their customers to treat them with basic respect. I went in to pickup a different prescription and asked when the other would be in stock. They said 11/30. That day came and went, no prescription and the automated answerer stating "we're working on it and it will be ready tomorrow." 10 days later and still nothing. Got through to someone on the phone today and immediately was put on hold. After several minutes the line transfers and the phone begins ringing for several more minutes before hanging up on me. If you are having similar issues, I encourage you to report it to the Nevada Board of Pharmacy. Per their site, they investigate pharmacies that have "failed to serve the public well and safely". read more

Yesterday around noon, I brought my prescription here to have it refilled. The woman who assisted me said that it might be out of stock, so she went to check. When she returned, she informed me that they have the medication in stock, but that my prescription wouldn't be ready for me to pick up until around 3pm that day. I told her that I would come back later and left. This morning around 10am, I returned to pick up my prescription. Another woman assisted me, and after pulling up my info in their system, she told me that they did not have a prescription for me to pick up. She proceeded to inform me that the prescription I dropped off yesterday was still in process at their "central fill location" and would not be available for me to pick up until Monday! So, over two consecutive days, I spoke with two employees at their pharmacy, each one of which told me a completely different story about the same prescription. Now, I'm thinking I should try the Sav-on pharmacy at the Albertson's store where I do my grocery shopping. read more

Very unorganized. They made my appointment later by mistake. She wouldn't even ask the lady to move me up since I was here already. I was with my elderly dad. We both had appointments. She was a rude witch. Don't go to this Walgreens for covid shot. They take hours. Go to somewhere the health district provides. If I can give 0 I would and this is only towards pharmacy. Every time It always take forever and on a hold forever it will ring and ring and eventually will hang up. Also the staff the eventually answer that one specific staff with a deep accent is very rude. When ever my app says my meds are ready I go down there to pick it up and they tell me nope not ready yet have to wait another 30 mins or so. This place is such an inconvenience customer service on some staff is very rude and will waste your time. I suggest get your prescription somewhere else other than this place. This is solely a review based on their pharmacy Dept. But let me preface that by saying I've never had any issue with the normal cashiers or photo shop people there. They're all very nice and helpful OUTSIDE of the pharmacy so let me begin. **** These pharmacists think they're trained Doctors because they always seem to question, hold, delay my medication fills and refills are a nightmare from Hell itself. This place will literally make you feel like some drug addict when you're just trying to get your DOCTOR prescribed medication. This isn't some isolated feeling either because having ALOT of time to speak with other customers waiting they all have horror stories about these pharmacists. They've also mentioned their meds being withheld, feeling judged or questioned about why they need that medication?! YOU'RE NOT DOCTORS, THE LEAD PHARMACIST ISN'T A DOCTOR, JUST FILL THE PRESCRIPTIONS AND CASH OUT. The next time I go into fill my medication ill be taking special note of their attitude because I've reached the point to where I will call the Walgreens corporate office to file a complaint it I get anymore of their bullshit. This is the worst location ever. This one blonde check out lady always tries to sign everyone up for a credit card and doesn't even really tell them. She encouraged Canadians to use their friend's address so they can get a credit card. This 18yr old in front of me didn't realize what he was getting into by giving his social number. Literally the slowest pharmacy ever and somehow theyre never open when I come, not at 9am, not 2:30, and by 5 a clock you can wait in a 5 car line for hours and MAYYYBE get your meds if you have absolutely nothing to do for the rest of the day. 100% regret ever having my meds sent here and I'll be sure to never do it again. read more

I went in to the pharmacy department to get medicines for the flu for my husband and after I had gathered everything except for one item which I could not find I ask the person at the counter in the pharmacy for help and not only were they rude and completely uninterested in helping, but they possibly have the worst attitude of anyone in retail I have ever met. Now that I see all of the reviews on the pharmacy I am not surprised. I sat my basket down on the counter, turned around and left. At that point they wanted to talk but I was already on my way to CVS. I know my money will not affect anybody's business but I am certainly not going to contribute to a place that treats me like this. The worst service I ever had, really. I putt film photo to develop one month before. They told me it's gonna be ready at week. I come after week and they didn't find it. And after a one week they told me that they lost it. And after a lot of angry and frustrated they told me that they found it and it's gonna be ready at Monday week before and of course it's not ready yet. And you doesn't have someone to speak with him. And all of my photo it's my art and my work. Don't go to that place ever. BTW it's been month since I put my photos and they still not coming yet and when I'm call to the place they been told me that it's gonna take unless 3 month!!!!! I have been getting the same prescription for over 6 months and every time I get told that it's out of stock. This time it took TWO weeks for the prescription to be refilled. I ordered refilled two weeks ago, but I was content to wait since there is always a wait for this drug. On Monday I was told they would have to manually order it and that it would be ready on Tuesday. It was not. On Wednesday, I was told they would have to manually order it and it would be ready on Thursday. I was not. It wasn't until today - two weeks later - that it was finally filled and I had to call in AGAIN to get it done. There have to be changes made to how this gets done.
