With only one day's notice, he delivered a temporary bed directly to her facility so she could come home as planned. He didn't just drop it off--he set it up, made sure the sheets were on, added a fall pad, and ensured everything was ready and safe for her arrival. When our ordered bed comes in, he'll even swap it out seamlessly. Customer service like this is almost unheard of anymore, but not here. I was visiting Las Vegas. I was going to be there for a week and was sure I packed everything I…read moreneeded, even double checked to be sure. Well, you know what happens, you always forget something obvious you overlooked. In my case it was the needles for my insulin pen. It was very important that I take my insulin everyday and forgetting the was a concern, but I was in a large city and thought it would be fairly easy to find them. Well, I was wrong. As soon as I realized I forgot to pack the needles, I went on the search to get some. Believing it was a simple task of running down to a drug store. I was wrong, again. I spent the next day and a half scouring Sin City looking for the needles I desperately needed. I was about to give up and drive home when I luckily ran across Las Vegas Pharmacy. These guys not only saved my vacation, but pretty much saved my life. When I called them and explained my situation they took action. They had the needles for my pen, something the rest of the city was out of stock of. The price was more than half off of what I would've paid at a national drugstore. That was a big shock to me, a pleasant one at that. They took my order and we arranged them to be delivered. The hotel, which will remain nameless, forgot to let me know I had received the delivery. I immediately assumed that it was the pharmacy's fault and didn't deliver them when I hadn't received them at the agreed upon time. I was supposed to get them by 5:30 PM, but at 7:00 I still hadn't received them. By now I was both frantic and furious. I was going to have to miss another dose and pretty much end my visit. I got on the phone and called the pharmacy but they had already closed for the evening. I was able to leave a voice mail. I laid into them for not delivering the needles. What happened next will explain why Las Vegas Pharmacy deserves 5 stars. A few minutes of leaving a rather spiteful voicemail, I received a call from the pharmacy. They assured me that the delivery had occurred. I mistakenly did not believe them, for I had called down to the front desk many times to check if the delivery had come. The representative for the pharmacy swore the delivery was made. He even went as far as calling the delivery driver to get the time it was delivered as well as the hotel staff's name who had signed for them. That blew my mind and made me switched my blame from the pharmacy to the hotel. Armed with my overwhelming evidence that the delivery indeed had been made, I went to the front desk of the hotel. At first they were adamant that no such delivery was made. But when I started dropping names and times their tune immediately changed. Needless to say they were able to find them and tried to blame the pharmacy for not delivering the needles directly to me in my room. Yeah, you can figure out for yourself where the logic in that lies. So I was wrong multiple times. Blaming the pharmacy was unfair to them so I thought I'd set the record straight. Las Vegas Pharmacy is an amazing company. Their prices are fantastic, their service is truly beyond question. Seriously, way beyond question. Not only did they save my vacation money, they really did save my life. Bottom line, Las Vegas Pharmacy is a company that's worthy of your business. If ever you're in Las Vegas and find yourself needing pharmaceutical items. Save yourself sometime and money and visit them first. If you're not in Vegas, they ship out to anywhere. Trust me, trust them. Don't believe me, try them first yourself you'll see.

She informed us that it's a $500ish buy!! [NB : sina qua non* medical equipment is pricy] So I'm here because my dad's wheelchair aka transport chair is defective. Every time you pushed it, the top part of the frame buckled. And it's heavy. I could hardly lethargically lift it to the trunk of their Prius, & definitely not into my trunk that has a lip. But we were able to borrow a different, lighter version until the new transport chair comes in a week. A week later, I was informed by text to pick up the new, summery blue transport chair. As you can see below, it has rests for your feet so no dragging. Thank goodness it is lighter as it took all my torque & mighty heft to hoist the previous one into the trunk. This has a 30 day warranty so the clock is ticking!! So far, it's been excellent & a main stay to push dad to doctor's appointments, grocery stores, musical affairs, & his favorite las vegas buffets!! *indispensable, much needed

Universal Mobility received most of the items but said they would not schedule delivery until the final item arrived. The biggest problem has been the complete lack of communication. I have called repeatedly, left multiple messages, and almost never receive an answer or a return call. Last month, I finally reached someone who blamed the issue on problems with their phone system and said it was being fixed. A month later, nothing has improved. The VA has now confirmed that Universal Mobility has all of my items and is supposed to contact me to arrange delivery. Interestingly, the VA can reach them at the same phone number without difficulty, but my calls continue to go unanswered and my messages are ignored. This equipment was ordered because it is medically necessary. Making a disabled veteran wait months while refusing to communicate is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on the delays, poor customer service, and lack of accountability.
