My go-to Walgreens mostly for the pharmacy. The Walgreens app is easy to use and I can always refill my prescription via manually or setting up an auto-refill. Either way, the medications are ready when I expect them based on my current number of pills. The drive-thru is convenient, but it can get extremely long depending on if people ahead of you have issues which can't be quickly resolved. Normally, if I see the last vehicle sticking out from the ally, I just park and walk in. If I do this, I'm in and out in less than 8 minutes. The store itself is fairly well stocked. I normally pick up a few drinks and snacks if I'm shopping inside. They pretty much have everything you will need for a quick trip. Depending on the hour, you may only see one or two people working inside the store minus the pharmacy. The pharmacy normally has 3 people there, but they can't assist you with any items on display outside their counter. You can pay for your other non-prescription items when you pick-up your medications. read more

The staff tells you one thing, makes you wait a whole day to get an important filled and tells you to call back tomorrow only to find out they don't make the prescription unless you pay first??? And isn't it your job to check if my insurance is within coverage when I provide my insurance card? Afterwards, I asked If how long it would take to get it ready the day of. They tell me an hour and when I get there they haven't even started my meds! Soo frustrating. I am already in panic, you tell me it will take a day to make it. People who need their medicine pronto rely on you guys to provide the correct information the first time around. Then the day of If you tell me it will ready in an hour and it's not ready what the hell!? Don't tell me one thing and tell me the policy is different when I get there! After a purchase, all I wanted was a receipt. It was not busy at the time of my purchase. I was told that if I wanted a receipt, that the manager would have to get one for me. The manager, I believe her name was Anna, was being pulled in all different directions right when I got to the register. She finally acknowledged that I needed help. When I asked for a receipt, she advised that she would need to print it at the office and that I would need to wait because she had to do a bag check and also had to go to the pharmacy. I got frustrated and said, forget it and started walking out. As I was walking away, she rudely said something to me. Remember, all I wanted was a receipt. Management is horrible. This pharmacy SUCKS! I recently had my scripts transferred to this branch & called to get a script filled, since I didn't have the info to use the automated service. I was told that I had no refills & to contact my doctor. I emailed my doctor & waited, wondering why I didn't hear anything back. This pharmacy is horrible. Even after receiving confirmation a medication is ready the window will tell you they need another 20 min - an hour to fill it. This has happened multiples times after loading up sick kids to get their meds. They also consistently "have things ready" 15 min before they close so there is no way you can get them that day. Worst place to fill a prescription! Customer service is awful, waiting an hour every month to pick up is horrible. They send a text saying it is ready and it isn't. We have used this Walgreens for years to fill our prescriptions. They are also very convenient for small items like drinks, snacks, health products, etc. This location is BUSY and there pharmacy staff rotates frequently. Regardless of who has helped us we always get excellent served here. They are friendly, kind, and treat you with respect. The pharmacy at this Walgreens is great. My family's used it for years and though they've had some personnel changes, they do not happen too often. They get to know us, recognize us when we drive up, and even make sure to keep one drug in stock because they know we need it. They also promptly answer phones, help find discounts, and work with me to ensure we have the best options for my family's health. I love the drive through, but, unfortunately there is often a long wait. Once you reach the front, they always give personal care. read more

Both my Physician and I are upset. I've used Walgreens exclusively for over 10 years, so this year I signed up for a prescription plan with the name "Walgreens" attached. For MONTHS now, ALL Walgreens have been "out of stock and have no idea when it will come", of my PAIN medication. My PAIN maintenance medication creates withdrawal symptoms and highly increased pain, when not taken regularly, 5 times per day. This Walmart puts calls on "hold" for over an hour, then disconnects, instead of answering. We're (normally) a happy family, always appreciative of every one, no matter what their position. The employees at this location are short staffed and now, short tempered. In our opinion, Walgreens Pharmacy has declined to the point of bottomed out! read more

*Red flag when the pharmacy technician confuses acetaminophen for psudoephedrine. So dropped off a prescription at 2pm on Thursday was told 1 hour. Went back at 5:30 and was told that the prescription was written wrong and that they need to get a hold of our doctor but since it was after 5 there was nobody in the doctor's office. Why they waited until 5:30 to call is frustrating as well as not calling me to let me know. Now it's Friday 1:45 p.m. and they still have not contacted the doctor and im On my way out of town without my daughter's meds. read more

I haven't been to this Walgreens to fill a prescription for a couple of years because the service was so horrible I would rather drive 4 miles extra than deal with their incompetence. I just filled a couple prescriptions and they've totally changed, all new staff and they are wonderful. I can't wait to switch pharmacy's. They put a prescription on hold so I could see if I could find it anywhere else (I know they have a system that they could have checked) so I got through another place no problem but it wasn't available. I called back to take my order off the "hold" status and after 3 calls each over 25 minutes I get put on hold them they disconnect the call. Absolutely frustrating, hire some help if you want to be a successful business. As I was on hold the third time before being disconnected again I checked reviews and I am far from the only one they do this too. I will never get back my wasted 75 minutes trying to take a hold off my prescription. I am switching to farm and Durango. read more

I had oral surgery on Thursday. My surgeon sent 3 prescriptions to Walgreens at 11:45 am. They said my scripts would be ready in 2 hours. I called Walgreens at 3:00, they said they didn't have an prescription for me. I called me dentist and they followed up with Walgreens. They then said they had them but they wouldn't be ready for 2 more hours. I called again at 5:30 and they said that 2 were ready by the pain meds wouldn't be ready until the next day. I said that I could go to CVS and they could have them ready in an hour and then they said they could get everything ready by 7:30. I went there at 7:30 and they said their computers were down and they could give me my prescriptions, even though one was an antibiotic to prevent infection. They said I could go to another Walgreens, but when I called another Walgreens they said they couldn't pull up the prescription since the other Walgreens system was down. I asked this Walgreens to at least give me one of my antibiotics so I wouldn't be at risk of getting an infection. They said no. I had no way to go to any other pharmacy since they couldn't pull up my prescription in their system was down and even though the prescription was sitting there ready for me to pick it up, they would not give it to me. Instead, they wanted to send me all over town (go to the one on Cheyenne, go to the one on Farm, etc.) even though other Walgreens would not have been able to help me. They were willing to chance me getting an infection rather than give me my prescription that was READY and I could have paid cash for. When I received an automated message the next day that the pharmacy was open, I called them to verify that my prescriptions were ready. There were "2" callers ahead of me and I waited online for over 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn and it rang, they kept pushing the hold button rather than answer the call. I finally hung up and called the Walgreens at Farm and Durango. They helped me, transferred the prescription over to their store and I had all my meds in less than an hour. read more

Came in today to get some Claritin D and noticed they had some Rubbing Alcohol and Peroxide (limit one per person) which has been hard to find given these times. The Pharmacy Technician, which I can't find her name on my receipt, comments about how she didn't know they had rubbing alcohol and she would have to go get one when she was done helping me. She finishes helping me and immediately leaves the counter to go to the rubbing alcohol, I hadn't even grabbed my bags. I walk past her on my way out and she had grabbed the remaining 5 bottles and was walking back to the Pharmacy. I'm sure she was either keeping them for herself or she was holding them for the fellow employees. It makes sense as to why there are never Lysol Cans or Wipes available at stores. So disappointed at how people act during these times. read more

Had prescription sent in Tuesday to be filled Saturday. They said they were out of stock. Called and said they should get them in Thursday. Thursday, we're not sure yet call back Friday. Friday, we don't know try tomorrow. Saturday, sorry sir we didn't order you prescriptions. It will be another week. Same story with other Walgreens.
