I did find Eucerin Original healing cream that's fragrance free. Price is $9.49 for 2 ounce. It's a bit steep. There's also Eucerin Intensive Repair Lotion. Price is $5.75 for 3 ounce. This bottle is a little big and heavier, I'm curious why this one is cheaper than the original? So I asked a staff member Jane about the pricing, she is super helpful! She clarified that the healing cream has a thick consistency, whereas with the intensive repair lotion, because it's water-based it will feel light on the skin. I appreciate the information that Jane gave and decided on getting the Eucerin Original healing cream ($9.49), it is highly concentrated and applying a tiny amount goes a long way. I also got Aquaphor Lip Repair Stick ($7.99). On the way to self-checkout kiosk was a long line. I kindly asked one of the staff member Mariela, if I can pay at the cash register. She is so nice! She was in the middle of stocking items, and made time to help me with checkout, I appreciate that so much! Overall service from everyone in the staff including Mariela, operations manager Trey who directed me to the correct aisle, and Jane's valuable knowledge is excellent and outstanding! The pharmacist acknowledged that my mother was next in line but simply closed the drive-thru and told her to come back tomorrow. The frustrating part is that her prescription was already filled. She wasn't asking for a new prescription or consultation--she simply needed to pick up antibiotics for a tooth infection. This could have taken just a couple of minutes, but instead she was sent home without medication she needed. I understand that pharmacies have closing hours, but healthcare also requires compassion and reasonable judgment. When someone is already in line before closing and needs an antibiotic for an active infection, taking a couple of extra minutes to help that patient is the humane thing to do. This experience showed a disappointing lack of empathy. I hope Walgreens encourages its staff to use discretion in situations like this, because patients should not be left without necessary medication over a matter of a minute or two.

This review is about a pharmacist or technician at Walgreens on the corner of Tropicana and Sandhill. I don't know her name because she won't give it when you ask her. She is supposedly the person in charge of the pharmacy. How she ever got that job is beyond me. She is the rudest, meanest, most uncaring cruel person I have ever met! She doesn't care about the customers or have one ounce of respect for anyone! She won't fill any pain medicine for 120 counts like many people are prescribed. She is very nasty when you try to and she says she will only fill it for 90 and threatens people that she can fill it for 30 if she chooses and if you disagree with her she says she will flag you and not fill it at all! All because she needs to be in charge and she needs to feel powerful. She flys off the handle at the drop of a hat or for no reason at all. She always thinks people are disagreeing with her even when they aren't just to start a fight. She screams at people who call in their prescriptions especially if it is a pain medicine. She doesn't like people who need pain medicine because she says that people don't need them, can get along without them, and that people just want them to get high. I mean she gets extremely angry at these people! I have seen it and it has happened to me and my boyfriend. She has such anger in her eyes that I swear if she had a gun she would kill people! I know that sounds extreme but I truly believe she is capable of it. She gets that angry. I believe something is seriously wrong with her and that she has mental problems. I and my boyfriend have left Walgreens because of her. She told my boyfriend that she could flag him because I was talking in the background! I was on my phone! What is wrong with someone talking on their phone? There is NO reason for her to treat people like this and NO reason people need to take it! Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! There are plenty in the Las Vegas area that you can choose from. She needs to be removed from that job or any job that she would have to deal with people directly.
