The employees at this pharmacy location have forgotten long ago that the people they are serving are not there for fun or entertainment, they have medical needs. For some, it's even difficult to get to the location and stand for long periods of time on lines the employees love to dismiss. To make matters worse, the refills are always late and communication between pharmacists and the patient are non existent, and they return late from their lunch often. They behave as if they are being inconvenienced by the mere existence of these sick people. In particular, a short young Asian young woman with shoulder length black hair and glasses who is extremely rude, arrogant and combative. There's a great disconnection between compassion and empathy in a job where is absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, these horrible people, are aware that if we need our medications, we have no choice but to continue accepting their condescending treatment and they continue to mistreat without consequences. read more

Want to use the restroom like I usually do but the lady said first it out order then I said really it is illegal for the company to do that then she it is for employees only I ask which is it she back broken we don't use the bathroom we are no allowed!!!! My local pharmacy choice among dozens. Primarily because of the head pharmacist Ram. During the height of Covid Ram hung in there and without fanfare did his job effectively and professionally and thanklessly. He walked me through my first shot, providing advise in a calm, factual and reassuring manner. Notably, he did the same thing for my then 10 year old daughter. This is the most horrible Walgreens I have ever experienced. There is some super shady studd going on here. I have repeatedly been short on prescriptions after surgery. I am contemplating reporting them to the Pharmacy board. Consistently short or 'out' of prescriptions, lost perscriptions, or my Dr. puts in prescriptions that they never received. Save yourself the pain and aggravation of going here. Walgreens Corporate - close this Pharmacy down. It's a waste of good space. Everything is locked up, you cannot even shop properly after or before getting your scripts. Put this store out of it's and it's customer's misery already. You cannot pick up a prescription in less than 20 minutes. Woefully understaffed. Time to look into a non-Walgreens option.

The pharmacy is an absolute joke. They tell that your prescription will be ready after 4:30 today and then you sit and wait for 30 minutes for them to tell you it's not ready. The girl at the window says we tell you today but don't expect it today. Why wouldn't you just say it will be ready when it's going to be?? Absolutely no freaking common sense!! read more

This is definitely the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They are 3 minutes from my house and I still won't ever use them again. This is truly a friendly neighborhood pharmacy/drugstore... In all my visits, the Walgreens employees, RX staff and management have been very friendly and helpful. They have some grocery items that come in helpful since we have no grocery store nearby, for last minute needs. And, of course the seasonal center isle is always fun the browse. read more

I am at a loss for words for how dumbfounded the pharmacists at this location are. Terrible customer service. I had to transfer my prescriptions from cvs (which should be a 2 day process max) I call them & cvs a week later and found out they never contacted cvs ever about the prescriptions cvs said they put them on hold and nobody ever reached out. After calling Walgreens they assured me they would contact them and call me as soon as they do, a week later still no call. So I call them again and cvs as well asking if Walgreens ever contacted them. Again, no. So I call my doctors and just have them re send my prescription to walgreens instead since they were having troubles. I go to pick them up finally and they say we're having problems with running my insurance so they had my call my insurance. I called them and they sorted everything out so I came back the next day to pick them. They told me I have to wait a couple days for the system to upload. A couple days later I call them to ask if everything sorted out they confirmed and told me everything's good with my insurance so I go to pick them up and they told me it's going to take a while asking if I could come back after their lunch break. I leave and come back after 2 this time going thru the drive thru. They ask for my insurance cards and walk away for half an hour then comes back and says it's not running my insurance correctly and ask me to come inside. I told I have my dog in my car can we just do it through the drive thru. They said it's too complicated to do in the drive thru and they'll make it quick, so I go inside and re wait in the line for 45minutes. Once it's my turn the lady comes back up to me and says it's not working I'll have to call my insurance. I told her I already called my insurance last week and I called walgreens before I made the trip and the man confirmed my insurance is working fine. She says well it's not working. Miss lady why the hell would you guys tell me to pick them up and that everything insurance wise is perfectly fine then tell me it's not working once I get there. And then make me come inside to wait another 45 minutes to tell me the same thing she told me in the drive thru. This location does nothing but waste your time. Ignorant workers. Lacking communication skills. Terrible customer service. Worst pharmacy in vegas for sure. If you want to be mistreated and jerked around this is the place to go. They would open my box of pen needles and remove 2 giving me one and charging the full amount. When they saw it was me calling they ignored the call then bounced me all over the store. Somewhat decent location that getting to can be easy or difficult depending on traffic. I tend to pick my drug stores based on location, especially when there are hundreds (???) to choose from. I was approached shopping by an employee of this store and told, verbatim and only, " you're not allowed to be here" when I asked why, and for an explanation, I was told repeatedly I am not allowed to be there. I only assumed I'm was being mistaken for someone else, wearing a n95 mask and having most of my face cover, so I asked another employee who with attitude tells me I'm 86d, and doesn't even know who I am. The accuser had long since went to the back and the other employees proceeded to check me out. I was insulted and when I asked to speak to someone about it 3 surrounding employees told me they didn't know anything, and couldn't help resolve the issue. Some of the pharmacy staff is rude on the phone. There is a gentleman, i dont know his name but he has Asian accent and constantly interrupts me when I'm speaking with him on the phone. I had to have a 20min conversation with him the other day which should've taken 2mins. He didn't listen to what I told him and even argued with me a bit and had an attitude of "I know what I'm talking about and you don't". At the end of the interaction, what I asked him for help with actually worked despite his contrary behavior. The drive-thru pharmacy is consistently backed-up whenever I visit. This time the wait was a half hour with one person at the window most of that time. Helping the same person for 20÷ minutes should warrant a request for them to just go into the store instead of holding up the line! I've waited upwards of an hour at this drive-thru, it's ridiculous. read more

The whole point of giving the insurance information at first and going drive thru is to make it faster. Everyone was really helpful. A young lady helped me the make-up department. She was Very informative and helpful. It was nice really as soon as walked through the door. The cashier and another employee greeted me with smiles on their faces. When I need the help in the makeup department the youngman that was in the front with the cashier ran to get it for me. The cashier was also great. Not only did she laugh at all of my boyfriend's terrible jokes she was also very patient with us when we need to put a few things back. I feel so disrespected coming into this store today. There was one girl that was amazing and helpful but that was about it. I was looking for a Claritin brand nasal spray and the pharmacist treated me like I couldn't even read the brand. I even looked up the product online to make sure I wasn't getting the wrong thing! He said you should really look up what you need before coming up. And I was so angry. I know how to read a label. It even says on the side of the box made by Claritin. then after not getting my product and being treated like a child I went to check out the two things I did manage to get. Pulled up to the drive through pharmacy today. Pressed the call button with no response. Pressed the button again, waited patiently. Again no response. Pressed a third time. Yet still no response.3 minutes later a woman with very short white hair comes to the window and very rudely says " There's a bell on this side and I can hear you I was with a customer". All with a scowl on her face. When I tried to speak with her she interrupts me and proceeds to speaks over me and says "who are you picking up for?" This happened today 2-21-17 at 7:42 p.m. Just in case anyone who can possible retrain her is reading this. Extremely poor customer service. read more

I am 75 and disabled. My prescriptions are numerous, so I batch them to avoid repeated trips to the pharmacy. I need an inhaler to breath, and, on 09/20/18, my wife just returned from extensive dental surgery and needed painkillers. To insure that my inhaler was approved, at about 2:00, I called my physician, whose assistant assured me that her next call was to Walgreens to order the inhaler. At 4:00, after repeated calls to Walgreens, I was told it would be ready in one and a half hours, and abruptly disconnected. At 5:30, my wife's increasing pain necessitated the painkillers, immediately, so I visited the drive-in .......still no inhaler. The inhaler finally got prepared. After the previous hang-up, I sure wasn't going to make any more calls. I was notified, by text, over 22 hours later, the following day. Will have to make another trip to pick it up. Not easy for me. Lesson #1.....do not bug them for prescription availability. You will tick-off one of the employees and they may slow-walk you. Lesson #2....They don't give a rap about the urgency of your need for medication. Lesson #3.... If you are still reading this, it means that the store manager has not contacted me to rectify this complaint. Lesson #4 if there is a CVS closer, take your prescriptions there. read more
