You state always that you have reached out and even lied to the better business bureau about it. If you had reached out like a proper business I would have responded. You state that you pay for the delivery service so I guess in your mind that makes things ok and that it doesn't matter how the delivery service that you pay for treats your customers. How ignorant is that? It majorly reflects on your business as well. If you give your customers a drop off window then that means that the customer expects the drop off during those times. But for the past two deliveries were not within the window you tell customers. But the next day. Which shows the lack of caring for your customers. We never had a problem with the delivery service until 2 weeks ago. As I had stated in the very beginning. But you showed that you didn't care to follow up as to the delays of the drop off by the company that you pay for. It's like your throwing money away for the service for nothing. Which reflects that again that vesper doesn't truely care about customers. All the complaints I have done are truthful and to the point at hand. If vesper doesn't like being told the truth then the business has more problems then you think you do. Vesper has acted so childishly during this. You wanted us to move to a different pharmacy and we have. And if questioned about the service that we have received by you. Zack, the pharmacy tech seems to be a super human also remembering just about everything... Names , dates, insurance information, practically having it all done ready to go before you even walk thru the front door, a few times they needed to deliver my medication because my car was in the shop and my prescriptions were there at my door step in less than 30 or 40 min. These folks are Completely Competent, Caring , Great Staff , Great attitudes and they all seem to bend over backwards to get you what you need treating you like a king, and when you are sick it's not easy to deal, especially if a person has a bad attitude or doesn't really care, but not these folks they actually really care. The txting service gives the whole experience a very "personalized" feel. And I was pleasantly surprised with the super quick response EVERY time. The Pharmacist was efficient with checking with the distributor if they offered the product. And even once we found out that specific product was discontinued. He helped me search for another brand I had researched myself. After a lot of back and forth between my doctors office and me. This pharmacy is awesome. I didn't know that a specialty pharmacy would take my insurance and they do!! It is so convenient as I can actually walk here from my house. The first time I went to this location I had 4 prescriptions to pick up. A couple they didn't have in stock. It was ok though! The guy was so nice that he delivered the perceptions for free right when they arrived the next morning. Another great thing is that this pharmacy is fast and quiet!
