This Sally's is great and the people there are so helpful and kind. They do a fantastic job.

They have decent prices for prescription medication. However on some items cvs and Walmart are better if you have discount cards for your extra prescriptions. Always check around when you have one especially is it's not covered by your health plan. I had one that Walgreens copay was $152.00 but at cvs it was $75 and at premiere medical it was $49. I HATE giving 1 star reviews. I'm that person who tries to see the good in everything, I try to make excuses for why something might be some way, I try to give chances to places. However, it's been 7 years of this Walgreens being a complete and utter disappointment. The only reason I keep coming back is the fact I could walk here in less than 30 min, so the car ride is less than 5, and when you need something RIGHT NOW, you need it. The store itself is alright I guess. Fairly clean but sometimes not. The employees seem to really hate customers. I cannot tell you how many times I've witnessed something weird, like the cashier and the security guard fighting over who starred in Rush Hour. Like actually fighting. I had to answer Chris Tucker myself in order to get my items paid for because she literally stopped working to start screaming at him. Or one time when the security guard decided to follow me through the store and hide every time I turned to look at him. Or the time a different security guard decided to block the door and play a little game of defend the door. So weird. Like really, the most weird, rude and inappropriate stuff happens here. I made the mistake of ordering delivery from here once. They didn't have the decency to cancel the order when literally 3/4 of the stuff was out of stock and I lost money and a coupon. And don't get me started on the pharmacy. WORST PHARMACY I've ever witnessed. Thank goodness this isn't my pharmacy. Thank goodness this is just the secondary pharmacy my parents go to when they need something immediate. Which by the way isn't immediate. This is the slowest pharmacy. You just had surgery and you NEED your pain meds? Yeah that'll be 12 hours. Oh, your daughter comes in and demands her moms meds? I always have issues with only this pharmacy location first they lied about an arrival time of my medication which the manager transferred over the medication to another Walgreens I call today and ELENOR answers the phone she's very rude and I ask her to send my medication to a different location she says there's no point in her doing it when I can call to do it which is not allowed and then I ask for the directors phone number and she begins to start lying and saying it's the same number for the store which it's not because she knows what she is doing is wrong and against policy Allen gets on the phone helps me has no issues doing my request will definitely complain to the director about this ELENOR is unacceptable and to top it off she stated no manager was even on duty ridiculous read more

TLDR - do not use this pharmacy pick up, they will leave you to sit over an hour when your transaction should take no more than 5 minutes because they're either understaffed or incompetent, REGARDLESS of the hour of day or day of the week as they would have you believe. I sat in your drive through pharmacy for over an hour with only 4 cars ahead of me - over 15 minutes per car to pick up prescriptions is WHOLLY unacceptable. I ended up calling and speaking to your Night manager Sarah around 45 minutes in. I sat at the window for roughly 5 minutes because I was even acknowledged, and I was ONLY addressed after I pressed the call button, and did not even have a representative in front of me to do me the courtesy of addressing me. Once I FINALLY had a human in front of me (Sarah to the rescue), she was quick, expedient, and apologetic. I spent ROUGHLY 5 minutes at the window, actively providing my information, being addressed, charged for my medication, and given my items. This tells me that, number one, it is perfectly within the realm of reasonability to receive the proper care, customer service, and attention that is required for this type of transaction within a short period of time, and number two, you are either woefully understaffed, or your pharmacist are incompetent. This is not the first experience that I have had where it has taken an exorbitant amount of time to pick up my medication, and that is regardless of the time in which I choose to roll up to your drive-through pharmacy pick up lane - today I joined the queue at 5:30 PM, other times I have joined immediately following your lunch break, and was the first in line, I have joined first thing in the morning. This further tells me that this is not an isolated incident, and is not depending upon the time of day in which I choose to pick up my medication. Your literal only saving grace is the fact that Sarah picked up the phone, and came to assist whatever pharmacist might have been working at that time. She apologized, but the reality is that I wasted a literal hour in my car when I have other things that need to be done. I do not know if this is Walgreens protocol to allow their customers to sit, unattended for long periods of time , and need to call themselves to hurry up the process, which should literally only take five minutes, but this is poor customer service, and poor employee management. I expect better. And to be perfectly frank with you, I would choose a different Pharmacy if I was not strong, armed by my insurance to deal with you people, but here we are, dealing with the facts of this world, where I don't have a choice of getting my prescriptions filled, and you people do not care enough to take care of your customers in a timely, and considerate fashion read more

Well where do I begin...the last three visits I've managed to see the same three kids come in and not only shop lift liquor but smash bottles and scare the hell out of everyone in the store by threatening people. Now if you can look past the chance of getting shot then you are in for a treat...how do you feel about waiting for 45 minutes to an hour while you explain to the pharmacist that they notified you your prescription was ready...better yet is when they tell you they don't have a prescription for you even though you have multiple notifications that say different. Only to find out they didn't have your information they took from your driver's license entered into the system correct when they searched (it's not like my first and last name are complex either). Now some might say give the lady a break it's probably her first day...oh but there is where you would be mistaken as this is a routine issue with a handful of technicians of which care more about their lashes, nails, makeup and heels than doing their job, by the way who wears heels as a pharmacy technician... And let's not forget the multiple times expired candy is left out to sell. Twice now I had to return candy purchased that was over a year old. Now some might say "what could be so bad about expired candy" let's just say when something goes bad at this Walgreens it really goes bad. Finally, let's go back to that good old pharmacy where depending on how they feel you may look to them. Such as when I came up to get allergy medicine from behind the counter and they stated their system wasn't working to sell it to me however they sold the same medication to the person after me no issues with their system there and the person before me, again no issues with their system there...the person that was after actual made the statement "she looks more normal than the crack heads you have working behind the counter". In summary, if you want to see the result of low IQ, piss poor management, questionable life choices, and the ever growing threat of being shot or stabbed during a daily shop lifting scene then head on over to this Walgreens on Boulder and have at it. read more

The Pharmacy workers are a pain to deal with , they send messages through their app to me that medicine is ready and I go to pick it up but , it's not ready for days sometimes . They constantly mess up prescription orders and have even broken up boxes of Lantus which they are not allowed to do ... I told my Dr. about them doing that . I had to come in and pick up my orders which was an inconvenience because don't advertise curbside pick up if you really don't offer it. 5 tries to get my medication. An hour after I left the doctor's office they didn't have my stuff ready. My first visit and they didn't have my prescription ready yet. It's two antibiotics and an emergency inhaler. I had another appointment so I left. Second visit, boyfriend went for me. He waited an hour before he had to go. They claimed they didn't have the prescription. I called them and they said they had the prescription AND the medication ready right when he left. Sure. Third visit. I went again and they STILL did not have my stuff ready, BUT they did have my prescription. Hooray. Went out to do some shopping while we waited. Fourth visit. They FINALLY they have it. Picked up my two antibiotics but they didn't have a prescription for my inhaler. Seriously? Went to my doctor today. They had sent it off WAY back on the first day and questioned why I requested it a third time. THIRD time!? Unbelievable! Fifth visit. I now have a physical copy of my inhaler prescription but they said they didn't need it and had it already! However, the prescription they've had for three days now STILL HAS NOT BEEN FILLED. I grab a quick drink and plop down in the chair to wait. At this point I am practically DYING and I need my inhaler ASAP. Breathing becomes labored and I can slowly feel the suffocation. 30 minutes later, the guy asks me again what my last name was and the staff finally looks around for my fricking inhaler while other customers and their kids look on in concern. Please! Don't mind me dying in the corner! "Oh! We had it right here the whole time!" I saw a parent roll her eyes and was glad she could do that in my stead. I went up to pay but as soon I did, the guy WALKED OFF to go talk to another member of the staff so now I've moved from dying in the chair to dying at the counter. When he finally returned minutes later, I quickly pay the stupid copay and he meekly passes me my inhaler. FINALLY I can breathe again the moment I use it. The rest of the store was only half-stocked if that. The store overall was unorganized but the rest of the [non-pharmaceutical] staff was pleasant enough at least. My advice? Soooo i just ran to Walgreens like I normally do if I need something quick. This is my neighborhood Walgreens so I frequent here a lot. Tonight the "security guard" followed me from outside all the way in the store and kept following me. I have never heard them say their policy all of a sudden today is no more paper receipts unless you request it before your transaction. Isaac the pharmacy technician could use some customer service in his life. I pulled up into the drive through to pick up a prescription as I drove up to the window. He was already there waiting. He did not say hello, nothing! I greeted him told him "good morning I'm here for......". he pulled up the prescription didn't say a word to me.
