Why in the world do you accept appointments if you are just going to repeatedly cancel them. I chose another source for my needs now and in the future.

The for the last few months, told me that they called my doctor for a refill, then I call my doctor, and they say that they never contacted them for a refill. I know my doctor is not lying. So each month, the refill date goes up about another week to mess up my insurance. This happens constantly ! I'm permanently changing to the Batavia, NY location so all of my future transactions will be smooth. Also, when you call, it's like no one is working. Tried calling several times, & don't know if they phones are down or what. Then when you finally get through, the front cashier answers, transfers you to the pharmacy, ,and still nobody answers the phone. Very frustrating to say the least. Also, sometimes you get a text that your script is ready, sometimes you don't. Then if you are lucky enought to get a text that your script is ready, when you go to pick it up, it never is ready. what is going on at this Rite Aid? I"m glad I don't need heart medications or something really important. I hope they don't kill somebody, seriously !

Apparently, the girl was new and did not know how to enter the card correctly. She finally called for assistance to put the card through. There were 2 cards. The helper put the second card through. When he got home and entered the cards only one read that it was valid. He went back to Wegmans with his receipt to get an exchange or refund and was told that he had to contact Amazon for his refund. They refused to give him his $100.00 back even when the associates involved were still present at the store and were involved with the sale at the time. Conclusion, 2 one hundred dollar cards. One was not entered properly and turns out invalid, but they took his two hundred dollars and refused to give his money back for that invalid card. Buyer beware. And everybody knows that Amazon customer service procedures are hideous.

He set it to the whitest background but on the print it still was not white enough. Since they give digital photos, I figured I could probably do something with it.
