Avoid this Walgreens at all costs. They absolutely cannot manage their pharmacy, their phones, or their reservations. Would give zero stars if possible. read more

Despite some of the lower reviews, my experience at the Liberty Lake Walgreens Pharmacy was excellent. My flight home to Southern California was delayed, leaving me short on heart medication. The pharmacists quickly accessed my prescriptions through Walgreens' nationwide system, coordinated with my insurance, and even prepared backup options. It seems as though there's only ever 1 employee working - front register, photo department, stocking shelves, etc. You're guaranteed to wait in line for at least 15 minutes any time you shop here. Unfortunate customer service. read more

I waited approximately 2 weeks for insurance to approve my Pulmicort. With no notification from anyone at the pharmacy, I went online and saw that it was ready for pickup but was eligible for delivery, which is what I selected. When I didn't receive it, I went back on the website and found that my order had been CANCELED! I went into the store to find out what was going on and was told it had been packaged and put out for FedEx to pick up, but they didn't pick it up so it went back to the pharmacy, where they decided to CANCEL my prescription rather than putting it out again for FedEx. Made absolutely no sense at all so when I got home I called the pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist, who stated she had heard my conversation with the tech and after I left went to ask what happened. She agreed that the story I received didn't make sense. However, because they had already processed the order based on the insurance approval, they couldn't run it through again, as the insurance stated they wouldn't pay again for this ~$300 prescription. It was ordered by my doctor on 4/30/25. It is now 5/20/25 and I am no closer to having my medication (for my lungs!). I called corporate to file a complaint and was told by the gentleman I spoke with that I would receive a call from "leadership" within 24 to 48 hours. That was on 5/18/25 and I have yet to hear from anyone. So thoroughly disgusted with the lack of customer from the store level up to leadership. They have made it perfectly clear that they don't are about their customers. I am moving all of my family's prescriptions out of Walgreens! read more

Is it me, or does Spokane and the surrounding areas have a lot of Walgreen stores? I guess because they don't have CVS??? This particular location was a couple minutes away from the hotel I was staying at for the weekend. I needed some items for myself and baby girl and decided to stop in. Store is very clean and well organized. Of course, it's just your typical Walgreens with everything from toys to booze. Every worker I encountered greeted me and was willing to assist me if I needed any help. That is some great customer service. Check out was quick. Always great to have at a Walgreens. When I made my way to the cashier, there were about three people walking up as well. It was like a silent code went off because another cashier appeared and then a lady made an announcement over the PA saying that customers could check out at the cosmetics counter. Awesome. I feel like the Vacaville location could learn a thing or two from this store. read more

I'm not sure why the whole pharmacy thinks that because they all are attached to each other at the hip we the customers should suffer. There's no excuse whosoever to shut down the entire pharmacy for lunch. I will be transferring my prescriptions to Fred Meyer and never returning to an overpriced joke of a store again. read more

I went to pick up a one time prescription today and was in between insurances so knew beforehand I would have to pay a whopping $80 for it. When the pharmacy gal rang me up she asked if she could look through her coupon book to find something to bring the price down unprovoked. She just had empathy for me and my situation and immediately took action to ensure I got the best price I could without insurance. She was able to bring the price down to $30, which meant she gave me $50 I can spend on essentials and bills. I've been to this Walgreens many times before and have always felt taken care of and noticed there. read more
