For the company that essentially invented "Just In Time" inventory practices, they really need to update their inventory needs. I often find bits of trash in places around the store as well. Paint counter is pretty much never manned, and by the time someone comes by it is a person who knows nothing about paint. It really feels like this particular store doesn't want me to come in.

They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me figure out what to do to get my insurance to cover the prescription for me. Even to the point of covering the cost for me until I could get a primary to write the prescription refill. I am beyond grateful for their help ! Suddenly, we are told we cannot use a passport and they have never allowed it, stating it is (their policy). Last time I picked up a prescription I was informed that yes you were allowed to use a passport. When I asked about the policy, I was informed it was never their policy not to allow the use of a passport as an acceptable source of identification? hmmmm. Very interesting since it happened to be the very same employee, Maddie, who was the one stating we could not use the passport.... When I asked her specifically about that situation, she couldn't remember.... There have also been too many instances when I call and am informed a prescription is available, only to find out when I go in to pick it up that it is not ready? Walked all the way across the store with me to aggressively explain how the advertisement of the products work. As a customer I don't really care. If I see something that looks to be on sale and I want it, I'll buy it. When she walked me through the store she said that if she agreed that the advertisement was misleading she would honor the price. She also said multiple time that many people had thought this item was on sale today. Then when we got to the product she continued to aggressively explain how the advertisement of sale items works. Since she refused to honor the advertised price I grabbed cheaper items to exchange. When I got back up to the customer service counter she was very passive aggressive about the exchange. Whole experience put a sour taste in my mouth. I used to enjoy this Walmart as it's clean and organized and well stocked compared to the one closer to me, but after this experience I won't be returning.
