Wow. This is the most clean, well-lit, well organized Walgreens I've ever been to. If I didn't know any better, I would say it wasn't a Walgreens at all.

Horrible. Be ready to waste an hour or more of your life here when there are 3 people in line. Nothing about this place is worth it.

Well overdue review for Dr. Morno, Dr. Bahkos and their staff. To preface, I'm a licensed…read moreesthetician myself and previously worked for a cosmetic dermatologist so have had my fair share of different providers take care of me. I've been seeing Dr. Morno for a year or so, for Botox and filler. She is amazing! I've never been so happy with my results, she is humorous, very smart and kind. Listens to my likes/dislikes. Such an artist! She has amazing credentials as an Allergan trainer and experience as an ocular surgeon. I would not go to anyone else for injections moving forward. She also performed a session of microneedling/PRF injections under my eyes and the results are fantastic. I've scheduled another session. I would trust no one else with my under eye. 10/10! I can't say enough about her. In addition, I visited Dr. Bakhos for surgical removal of a lesion right on my cheek and the results healed beautifully. I would highly recommend both of them, whether you are needing a surgical treatment or simply visiting the med spa. Both med spa and surgery offices have the KINDEST, most professional staff. These treatments are not the most fun and someone is there every time holding your hand. Everyone I have met has been patient, kind, communicative and so well educated on procedures/processes/outcomes. Shoutout to Alicia, Alexa and the awesome assistant who worked with me during Dr. Bahkos procedure. Highly recommend for the best service and results every time. Do not hesitant to visit RL.

I'm disappointed with how this office handled a missed appointment. I did not receive a text…read morereminder or confirmation for the appointment, which I typically rely on--especially since the appointment was scheduled far in advance. I was not informed that no reminder would be sent. When I explained this, I was told that reminders are only a courtesy and that patients are fully responsible regardless. While I understand policies, I was hoping for some flexibility or a one-time courtesy waiver given the circumstances. Unfortunately, there was no willingness to meet in the middle. Because of this experience, I chose to cancel my future appointments. Just sharing so others are aware to closely track appointments on their own and not rely on reminders. After I requested cancellation of my future appointments, I did not receive a response or confirmation that my future appointments are cancelled. This further reinforced my experience of poor communication.

We tried a walk-in for vaccines (two separate times). They were happy to give the shots quickly, no hassle. On one visit, a prescription was checked (it had snagged at Lincolnshire). To…read morefinally, after many many tries of calling them back and having to follow up for weeks (yes, seriously) to get a simple regular prescription filled...to be told its filled. ut now I can't get it. I specifically needed same day delivery, which they offer the service. I received a text that my rx is ready. I went online to schedule the same day delivery but there was no option for me to do that. They only left an option to pick it up myself from the store or get 5 to 6 day mail delivery. When I called then to ask about it, I get a flippant response that they have noting to do with their website and I can call the 1800 Walgreens # and talk to their IT department. There is more that occurred after this...I'll spare you. And this all started with me simply calling in to get a refill on my regular prescription. I was told by Leila that they are completely out of the medicine and have to order it. That it would take 1 to 2 business days to get it. I asked if they maybe have even 2 pills? Sh said, no completely out. About 4 to 5 days go by and nothing. I call and ask about it, Leila tells me that the company is out of the medicine, it is on back order and they don't know when it will be in stock. I asked why they didn't contact me to let me know. SO I can maybe try to get it from a different pharmacy. She said she doesn't know why. I called in the refill just a couple of days later and what do you know, it was filled. I called the pharmacy, Leila answered, I said I wanted to make sure it's actually the medicine that I normally get. Since she told me they are completely out and she doesn't know when it will be back in stock. She said, oh we must have found one, maybe it was out back. Umm, what?? Fats forward to now, and Not being able to actually get my medicine. Speaking both to Leila and Pervy...who was also rude and condescending...telling me that I need to call the Walgreens 1800 tel # and speak to their IT to see why the Walgreens website isn't giving me the option to schedule same day delivery. Then,,.she said "it's only you"..in a very condescending manner. And too me to maybe call Verizon to ask why Im not getting the text message that she said she is sending to my phone. Aaaghh, there's more. So, long story long...if you are not able to get yourself physically into the store to pick up your medicine. Well, it can be a HUGE problem for you. As they will leave you with no option to get your medicine. Except to tell you, to come into the store yourself to pick it up. After you have told them multiple time that you are not able to physically do that. Then tell you to call their Walgreens IT department because they, the Walgreens employees have nothing to do with the Walgreens website. And you, the patient, need to take care of and deal with trying to figure out why their company's website isn't functioning properly. Also, I told Pervy that online, it shows that my prescription shows as having been recently "cancelled" and maybe that's the problem? She said, don't look at that, we have your prescription filled. And here I am writing a review, after being beyond frustrated and disappointed...how humans, medical professionals treat (DON"T treat) the patients. And have such a dismissive flippant attitude about it. Still, don't have my medicine and no way of getting it, for a chronic disease.

Situated right between Red Robin and Gurnee Hyundai on the corner of Grand and Hunt Club, he's right around the corner from my house. A board certified dermatologist, Dr. Panine can also work on age spots, bumps, and many other little nits that bother you. He takes insurance for regular visits. Alas, my insurance doesn't cover erasing years from my face, so I'm sticking with paralyzing my muscles for now. I'm happy to report that three small pricks on each side of the corners of my face which was numbed for about 15 minutes under an ice mask has COMPLETELY eradicated my crow's feet. That's certainly worth the price. There were no side effects. It took a couple of days to really work. I just wonder how long it will last? Surprisingly, nobody noticed, even my husband of 32 years. You'd think he would have memorized every detail by now, but no. Doesn't matter! I can tell, and that's who matters in the end. What wasn't the most pleasant was a wait of 45 minutes after checking into reception on time. When I asked the attendant how much longer, I was whisked back to treatment room within 5 minutes where a very friendly and attractive attendant briefly chatted and gave me the mask to numb my face. Dr. Panine was no nonsense. He didn't really consult with me. I told him that I wanted my crow's feet done and he did it in a matter of 10 minutes. He also told me that this little patchy dry spot on my temple was not cancer. Hoo-ray! I'd heard about the slippery slope of plastic surgery, botox, and fillers so I guess it's no surprise that I'm increasingly bothered by the remaining wrinkles under my eyes and the deep nasolabial lines around my mouth. I sense more botox in my future and possibly a couple of vials of Juvederm to shave a few years off my face. I promise I'll stop before Carrot Top syndrome sets in.
