Was told today after waiting for 20 mins on hold, "we made a call to get them transferred and haven't heard back". 1. Monday placed order for photo Christmas cards with preprinted address envelopes. 2. Wednesday received email that order was ready for pickup. 3. Thursday a.m. tried to pick up order but clerk said more time "about 30 minutes" was needed to cut the cards. 4. Thursday 3 hours later, order still not ready. 5. Thursday another 3 hours later, order ready. Confirmed with clerk that envelope count was correct; they looked a little light. He confirmed that all orders are double checked for accuracy. 6. Sunday, stuffing cards into envelopes. Envelopes are over 50 short. 7. Monday back at Walgreens. Clerk says she cannot access my order and I will have to enter a new order. Tried while she was with me and cannot order preprinted envelopes without cards. After more than 30 minutes of "I don't know" I got frustrated and asked for plain, non-printed envelopes. I know that much of their help is most likely seasonal, but with three people in the photo department, there apparently wasn't a Manager on the floor for any of them to ask for assistance. Will not be ordering this service from them again. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. When I tell you that this pharmacy is completely inept I mean it. It takes upwards of 1.5 hours to reach a live person to submit a refill, and when you reach them, they will be completely rude and tell you "we have been understaffed for months." No customer service whatsoever. I use the Walgreens app so I can avoid calling them. But then their app said "problem refilling this, call the pharmacy" so I got to call them again and wait on hold for an hour. I got smart and decided to choose to have them shipped to me for free and so they ran my card through express pay and guess what- 3 days went by and they didn't mail it. No information in the app. Chatted a Walgreens rep who told me to call the store. The store who NEVER ANSWERS or helps customers. I spoke to 3 associates in the store, since you can't get through to the pharmacy. They said they hadn't mailed them (of course not) so I could pick them up. Too bad their drive through was not only broken but closed down because of being under staffed. So my husband had to wait in line for 45 min. Then they tell him it wasn't paid for yet-- even though they authorized my card days ago. So now a second charge was made and they told us one or the charges will fall off in a few days. Who wants to pay double because their pharmacy can't process simple refills? This whole ordeal has taken me 2 weeks to fill. Other Walgreens locations have been great and even though this location is convenient drive-wise, I will never fill anything here ever again. Save your sanity and do not use this location. read more

pharmacy environment is absolutely unprofessional. The pharmacist Janine is absolutely uncalled for the way she responds to customers. she continuously cuts you off while speaking. Called 5 different times within a two day span and spoke to her 3 out of the 5 times. 1 of the times she answered and then hung up when I told her who I was and that I was calling back to see if she received the medication from a provider. I called right back and then spoke to Faith who was able to give me answers around the prescription since the pharmacist could never find it or take the time to hear me out. When asking Faith, (someone else working in the pharmacy) who I had been speaking to each time she then placed me on hold. I remained on hold until I was physically at the pharmacy and then confirmed it was Faith and Janine. Extremely uncalled for. read more

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy today. I am a very patient person but I am ready to pull my hair out! Went to go in for my 2nd Shingle shot. Was told that I needed to schedule on line. Okay. Even though I didn't do that for the 1st one. Spent 20 minutes in the store trying to do that on the Walgreens app. Would only go so far and wouldn't work. Told the lady in pharmacy it's not working. Too bad. Sorry. Asked her should I call the Walgreens toll free number. She said yes. Spent 10 minutes on hold there. She can't make the appointment. 30 minutes of my life waisted. Thank you Walgreens of Littleton on Chatfield. Amazing that one employee can effect future customer business. Always having "staffing emergencies" means I can't get the medication i need when I need it. Pay your workers well and they will want to come to work. Transferred all my prescriptions to King Soopers. If you ever want to be able to get your prescriptions, I suggest you do the same. read more

Horrible service. 3 appointments made for booster to only be told they can't provide the vaccine an hour before each appointment. I then called to reschedule and was told to come in and that I was given incorrect info. Went in to be told they are closed. At this point I will not reschedule or give any money or service to Walgreens. Absolute worst service at this location. DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY VACCINATION APPOINTMENTS AT THIS LOCATION. Ordered holiday cards from this location, went to pick them up two days after they said they were gonna be ready. Waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to tell me that my order wasn't printed yet. I understand that the holidays are crazy but at least have the orders ready when you say you will. I gave them two extra days and it still wasn't ready. I would recommend using another walgreens if you'd like to get something printed. read more

This location's pharmacy really is unusually bad. Appointments for vaccinations are a waste of time. They didn't care (and were kind of rude about) our appointment and put us in the back of the line. People order refills on their orders because they need them not because they want to come in, wait twenty plus minutes, be told what you ordered a week ago isn't ready and then get the piss poor attitude of the person who is collecting payment. I so appreciated everyone in the store,most especially the pharmacy. The fill my prescriptions quickly, discuss any warnings I might need to hear, and while I lived through a bout of shingles over the last nine months everyone took the time to suggest remedies to soothe the itch and help heal my skin, showing me where to find them on the shelves,and how to use them. They are sometimes busy, so you're not sure if they are aware you are at the pick up counter, but once they see/hear you, the help is great. All the signs at the pharmacy say they close at 6pm. I had one prescription for an antibiotic. 28 pills. Was told the wait would be 30 minutes to an hour. I needed the meds so I waited. After the hour came and went I waited in line to be told it would be another 20 minutes. The Walgreens at Simms, with a smaller staff, filled 3 prescriptions in 20 minutes. read more

I've given this location over six months to correct its issues with terrible customer service. After today, I will be working on switching my pharmacy once and for all. They have 1.5 stars for a reason. Obviously senior management isn't paying attention to Yelp or just watching what is going on here. My healthcare matters. They don't seem to act like they care here. Burned out, whatever, it's no excuse. I've encountered the following issues with them: 1) Made to publicly announce my health condition every time to verify why I'm getting a Rx. Even though my doctor put it on the prescription and it is printed on their label. Hmm. Privacy much? 2) Berates customers, condescending and rude staff - not just one team member. Do not expect help in a crisis. 3) Long wait times. Slow turnaround at this location is not unheard of! Shortest is 45 minutes to 1 hour. My old Walgreens used to be 15-30. 4) Blame game by staff. Lots of excuses. You'll hear them cite it's the pharmacist manager's fault/rule, they're understaffed, it's just not their fault. Never a focus on service with a smile here though. Why? 5) Errors. Perhaps the most frustrating one, they took months to get my medication transferred correctly then lost all automatic refills and blamed me for the internal computer issues. Argh. 6) Service 101. Don't think you can reach them via phone. Tried multiple times, was obviously transferred to hold without being greeted, then the phone rang through only to ring for at least 3 minutes unanswered. Called back. Same story. But this time they connected and hung up. When I did drive thru a few minutes later I expected a busy site. Empty. Three employees, one on phone, no one in lobby, no one in drive thru. They hadn't checked the voicemail from over two hours ago to retrieve the Rx my doctor has called in for me. I had to tell them to check for it, and tell them the address of the business. Lazy! Never again folks. Last time I'll be burned by this place. I need to know I have a partner in my care who is reliable and I can truly feel cares about their customers. read more

This is the closest Walgreens to my house, but I will now be driving the extra little ways to a different location. They do have a drive thru lane for the pharmacy which is nice, however it can easily take 30 minutes of waiting, even when your doctor calls your med in prior to time. One of the pharmacists who has a thick possibly Russian accent couldn't be bothered to provide customer service, and was even rude. Don't waste your time. read more

We have had 2 experiences in the last month at this Chatfield store which will cause us to shop elsewhere after being Walgreens customers for over 40 years. The pharmacy has twice now caused us to go back to the doctors. The doctors have told us they have never has this experience before in CO. I think they are either lazy or arbitrary. I like is Walgreens as it is down the street from my house. I also have the rewards card which does add discounts to future purchases. The beauty advisors are nice and the Pharmacists are also super nice and helpful. Good place to buy something you might need quickly that was forgotten. read more

Probably the worst pharmacy in any Walgreens ever. Every single time I go to the pharmacy there is a problem. The first time I went to pickup my birth control they told me it was not ready and to come back in an hour. I did and it still wasn't ready I also asked them to put the prescription on auto refill to avoid this. And Second time picking up my birth control it once again wasn't ready and wasn't on auto refill so I asked for auto refill one more time. I had to come back to pick it up and when I came back I noticed they switched my birth control which made me very nauseous. Third time I went to pick up... you guessed it was not ready and I had to come back. And then they charged me 30$ for something my insurance covers. Today I went to pick up another prescription as I've been sick and the pharmacy was closed even though I called to see if my prescription was ready and the machine told me it was. They listed another pharmacy to go to which was located in parker. 30 min away. I'm switching my pharmacy once and for all. read more

Walgreens is so convenient and sometimes I wish it weren't so the decision to take my prescriptions elsewhere was an easy decision. I'm giving this review a 3 because the store staff are nice. However they always fall short in the Pharmacy. Every single time I pick up my meds I wait on average 20-30 min...and this is just for pick up, not to fill! Doesn't matter whether you go in or thru the drive thru. Incredibly frustrating. read more

Worst photo center we have EVER encountered. We are trying to get a few photos printed but because they "appear" professional we need a release from the photographer. There is no watermark, we own the rights to the pictures but they still won't print them. Very annoying. Costco here we come! read more

I was just at this location 8/14/14 12:00 noon. There was one customer in front of me to checkout and seemed to be 4-5 people working. The customer in front of me was buying a few things and trying to pay with a $100 bill. I understand that there is some protocol for the cashier to be able to process, but what frusterated me was that she or any of the other employees made any reference to the now three of us waiting in line to cash out. I stopped in to get a (quick) soda and a snack, 5 minutes into waiting for service I finally gave up and walked out, not even a sorry or an appology for the extended wait. Three what seemed to be supervisors all came past during this time and the only words they spoke were about where the other person went to get change. We were never addressed. Also there was one employee on the other register doing something but we were never her first thought. So, there is a very definite lack of customer service going on in this location and I will be sure to spread the news. I won't be back to that location again, I do still visit the loation by my home, good customer service there. read more

I took 2 disposable cameras in to be developed on Friday afternoon. I picked them up Saturday, and, when I got home, realized one set was misprinted. These were concert photos, and the person who developed them printed them so that the dark sides of the stage were centered and the stage itself was cut in half on either side of the print. I took them back in. The young man there told me that both rolls seem to have been "accidentally exposed to the light" while being developed. He asked if I had used "old" cameras. I purchased them Thursday morning and used them Thursday afternoon, so, no, they weren't "old". He asked me to leave the photos, negatives, and cd, saying he would check the cd and reprint from there if possible. I picked them up Sunday evening. The photos were printed fine. I got home and put the cd in...and all that was on it was an icon for a video of someone's baby. I took it back today...the manager, Davona was on duty as was the case to start with last Friday. She argued with me, saying there was no way there was a video on the disc. Fine, whatever, there is an icon with a picture of a baby. I didn't click on it. Then she accuses me of waiting too long to come in, that the order had been deleted from the computer. I've been in 5 times in 4 days. How often do they expect me to come in? She told me she'd reprint the cd...but it won't be ready until tomorrow. At no point have I been given an apology or offered any sort of a discount. Whatever you do, do NOT go to this Walgreens for photo developing! I would have given them no stars, but they wouldn't let me! read more

The sales team is nice but they need more register experience. A cashier rang in something wrong and then charged me 50.00 and then told me I may just be out of my $50. After the manager fixed it everything was fine, but to tell a customer they my "just be out $50..." Dumb. read more
