They had a store manager in there her name was "Ramona". She knew how to run a store and how to treat her customers and she made sure she attracted staff that was the same way. Then for some reason 7-11 decided to franchise most of it US locations. The new owners recruit people who hound you to purchase more while you are in the store. I know as a previous employee of another 7-11 location that you are required to do it once but these people will ask 3 or 4 times to get you to buy something. They are just way too pushy and even the items carried in the store have changed. No more nice inviting atmosphere. BRING BACK RAMONA AND THE STORE WILL BE BETTER!!!

After requesting them, he asked what I wanted on the ticket several times. I repeated what I wanted every time he asked. After all of that, the ticket didn't have the Power Play. He got rude and argumentative about it. Claiming I didn't ask for that. After he made me repeat myself so many times. He walked away and I said you got my money and I didn't get my ticket. He made a face, demanded another dollar, and finally gave me my ticket. Childish, rude, unprofessional!! This is the last rude incident I am going to tolerate at this store just because it is closer and more convenient. They always act put upon to have to serve customers, no matter how kind you are. There are other 7- Elevens with much nicer people. From now on, I am going to drive a little further to another one where they're always nice, the place is clean, and they make you feel welcome.

The taquito I ordered was tested for correct temperature before it was passed to me. The Service: It was friendly and quick. This is the place where you can find something fun for just about anyone in your life, regardless of how hard or easy they are to shop for. And you - lots of cool things for yourself as well, if you're treating yourself. We found the coolest socks, several unique local puzzles, gardening items and lots of "oh wow, I really want that" goodies. Such a fun place to spend some time in. I was made aware that the gas pump nozzle did not function making it a rather tedious task to fill up my small mid-size sudan vehicle. The area also appeared incredibly unsafe as this 7-Eleven had very dim lights with open dark alleys; I'm sure to pump during the day and avoid at night at all costs. This particular 7-Eleven also appears very tight spaced and very difficult to maneuver! I'm very relieved to NOT frequent this 7-Eleven.
