This location is embarrassing. Every time I come in here people are waiting to be checked out because no one is anywhere to be found. Stuff is always broken, like they have to go find a scanner to check you out because theirs isn't charged. One time they refused a package because they couldn't find any tape. I had a lady yell at me once because I was confused that the open register wasn't one of the many clean and ready ones, but was in fact the one piled 5 feet high in boxes. Right now I'm waiting to get a passport photo done. I've been waiting between the photo center and the managers office for ten minutescan hear multiple people inside the office talking. read more

One of the worst run pharmacies in the State and complaints will be filled to complete the record. However, the pharmacy may also be held liable for failure to fill prescriptions on time and as ordered, liable, and slander. This could make me leave Walgreens all together, where I have spent over $2,000 on the last thirty (30) days. Piss poor work! read more

I guess just don't trust the hours posted on yelp or google. It says they don't close until 10pm and we were eagerly rushed out along with another older gentleman cause the manager said he already closed all of the registers. Super odd cause I just recently scurried over here to pick up some hydrocortisone cream for my friend and I thought I was cutting it close showing up at 9:30pm! The slender, dark haired, bearded man that was the manager on duty was not a face I recognized so maybe he is new I have no idea. Would appreciate an update on the hours this location is open though for future reference. read more

The pharmacy is hurting really badly, and in turn hurting their customers. I debated writing this because they ultimately ended up helping me, but the experience was so bad and I think people should be warned. My daughter's doctor called in a prescription a bit before 1:00 PM for her. I tried to call the pharmacy at 1:00 because last time the doctor called something in they didn't fill it, and I wanted to be sure that they knew I needed it. The medicine was an antibiotic for my two week old that had an infection, so very important. I waited on hold for 30 minutes until I knew their 1:30 lunch break started, and then I hung up. I sent my husband at 3:30 to pick up the prescription, and they said they had nothing under my daughter's name. I called her doctor, who understandably took an hour to get back to me, and said they had sent it and gotten verification that the pharmacy received it, so I went down there myself to see what was going on. When I arrived, I waited in a line with about 8 people in front of me. I am not exaggerating and telling the honest truth when I say NOT ONE of them left with their prescription. There were issues with EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON'S. PRESCRIPTION. Problems that were the direct fault of the pharmacy, but that I heard them taking no accountability for and asking people to return the next day. One girl said she'd been there the previous day and been told to come back that day already, and now she was being told to come the following day. It was ridiculous. When I got to the front of the line it was 5:00 PM and this pharmacy closes at 6. They did actually have my daughter's prescription, but said it hadn't been filled. I said I needed it to be filled today because it's for a two week old with an infection. A man working there overheard and said "Today?!" And started LAUGHING! I almost started crying because I was so desperate to get this baby's medicine, and said it had been called in hours ago, my husband had come an hour and a half earlier, and now I was here. Luckily, they agreed to fill the order, and directed me to a chair to wait. There was a couple next to me who I overheard commenting when someone left with their RX. I asked "Are you guys counting how many people are getting their meds?" And they said "Yes, so few people are leaving with them it's easier to count who's getting them than who's not. We've been here 2 hours and have only seen 3 people leave with their meds". I told them my situation and they said they were also waiting on antibiotics that one of them needed after a surgery and could not leave without. The employees here did not seem to care or value the severity of the situations leading people to its pharmacy, or the responsibility they have to fill orders in a timely manner. The meds I needed were finally ready at 5:58. I thanked them for filling it sincerely, because I did appreciate that they actually did it. I opened the bag to see a box with a label on it, so it took them an hour to slap the label on the box for me, it wasn't a med that needed to be filled. Even worse though, is that my doctor had called in two meds. I went back to the counter and informed them of this, and two different people played on the computer for awhile and told me they were only seeing one med. I called my doctor and as soon as the doctor answered they suddenly found the other med. to their credit, they did fill it for me even though it was closing time. I filled my next prescription at the King Soopers and it was night and day. My doctor called it there and when I called an hour later to ask if I needed to do anything to have it filled, they said it was already filled and ready. It was so much easier I asked what I needed to do to transfer all prescriptions from the Walgreens to them, and the pharmacist and tech started laughing and said they get that all the time. They said Walgreens won't answer any of their calls, emails, or faxes, so they just advice customers to have their doctor call them separately. None of this surprised me. When my insurance didn't cover the med the pharmacist helped me with a discount code to make it cheaper. Just a COMPLETELY different and way better experience. Just do yourself the trouble and skip the absolutely miserable first step of Walgreens and go straight to King Soopers or Safeway. It might sound petty reviewing a pharmacy but some cases can be seriously life altering or health threatening, like when dealing with a two week old newborn, and having a pharmacy that will go out of the way to help you makes all the difference. read more

trying to get refills and a new prescription for my elderly Mother. She receives text stating script is ready.....3 times I have waited in line and 2 times was informed pharmacy is clsd, due to staffing. Either way scrips Were NOT ready or available. Can't fill prescriptions. Had a scheduled refill pending on the app. It sat there "in progress," past when it was due. No one contacted me. Tried calling. Waited on hold for half an hour, never got through to anyone. From visiting in person, I can say they're short staffed. If you really need something, have the doctor's office call it in somewhere else. read more

I sure hope Walgreens reads this and the other reviews. They should burn this location to the ground. Bara is a straight up asshole and not helpful and has trained the rest of those clowns to suck as well. I used the app to order refills of my blood pressure medications and it would be 3 days, fine. I go to check status in the app today and it says to call the pharmacy because there is a problem. I called THREE TIMES to be put on hold and then ringing and then hang up. I called the store manager who told me that basically the pharmacy sucks and he's sorry. So I go to the store to see what's up and get told I cancelled my order and I can't have the meds. There is a group of these awful employees and there are mad and mean and outright called me a liar when I said I kept getting hung up on. Bara kept pointing to a paper and saying "cancelled." I kept asking how to get the refill then, and he kept pointing at the paper. After a bunch of VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR, they left me sitting there for a bit and then came back and said "come back at 3." I said "3?" To verify and this pharmacy bitch said "we get a lunch here!" Wow. Bara should be fired along with his merry band of assholes. We don't play games with peoples' health. read more

QUESTIONABLE MORALITY, ETHICS, & LEGALITY: I just moved to Littleton from Denver and switched from a Denver Walgreens to this one and this is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. First off, they do not answer their phones so don't try calling if you have a quick question or concern. Today, after waiting on hold for 2 hours I spoke to an employee that was unable to answer my question so put me on hold for another 20 minutes to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was very rude, did not answer my question, and hung up on me. I decided to go to the physical store after work to figure out what the issue was and the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription and refused to release the script from the pharmacy preventing me from filling it at another store. I strongly question the morality, ethics, and legality of Pharmacist Bara. Seeking legal answers for my experience at this location and found Pharmacist Bara is not a verified pharmacist in the Colorado Division of Professions and Occupations database.
