I ordered 25 by sevens online for 50% off. I received 2 magnetic photos, not 50% off. It costs me thirteen dollars. The manager became angry because I said I did not want magnets. I wanted photos. He won't win up front refunded, my money, and I said, what about the photos? And he said, you said, you didn't want these, that's not what I said, I said, I wanted photos, not magnets. And my granddaughter's birthday is tomorrow, and I can't get a photo printed now. He was a jerk, and the problem was that I waited twenty five minutes for the other guy, just to get done with his job, then he hands me two magnets, I am just put out and irritated. The Walgreens on 205 E, Eisenhower Blvd in Loveland Co is a joke,had to have a procedure done last Wednesday, I had to be on warfarin for 5 days prior, and instead of letting my Dr know they were out of stock, they delayed my prescription until the day BEFORE my procedure was supposed to be, now I had to reschedule it for A MONTH! I've been suffering from strep throat for four days and needed a STRONG cough medicine which was called in by the ER doctor. I get to Walgreens only to be told we don't have it and it will take weeks to get! WHAT?? I really needed this and feel so let down by Walgreens. The first part of this review is for this Walgreens specifically, and the second part is for Walgreens nationally. 1. The Walgreens on Eisenhower seems particularly disorganized. Every time I would go to pick up a filled prescription, it would take them 3+ minutes to find the prescription. They'd look in box 70, then behind the drive-thru, then the top shelf by the box, then the fill counter, and never find it. They'd do this 2 or 3 times before finding it. I'm really not sure why they are so disorganized, but it noticeably increased the wait times in line. 2. Nationally, starting Jan 1, 2023, Walgreens implemented a new system that interferes with patient care. When your prescription comes through, they decide of their own accord if the prescription is important enough to fill the same day, or if it can wait a day or two, without knowing any reason behind the prescription. In my case, I was prescribed an antacid to help with severe nausea from a tumor. I needed it asap for some relief. But Walgreens decided it could wait. I had to complain to get it filled in less than 2 days, and even that took 10 (TEN) hours and three trips to the pharmacy! We already deal with politicians and insurance companies interfering with the doctor-patient relationship, we don't need Walgreens interfering as well! 3. Walgreens, nationally, hires people who they know won't do their jobs. Specifically, Walgreens hires people who refuse to fill prescriptions based on their 'religious beliefs'. Imagine if a liquor store hired a Muslim who refused to sell alcohol - that person would be fired for not doing the job! Yet, a relative of mine was denied a post-miscarriage medication because the pharmacist felt like his (yes it was a man) right superseded those of my relative. She was already dealing with the mental and physical trauma of a miscarriage when she was publicly shamed by this punk. 4. Walgreens, nationally, has proactively decided they won't dispense certain drugs, apparently because they are taking a religious stance, which is putting women in real danger. Walgreens, take your "religion" out of our business! As a result, our entire family is now boycotting Walgreens. They used to make many thousands off us per year. No longer. Sheduled a flu shot online for 10:30 AM. Arrived at 10:25 AM to find the store closed. Spoke to an employee lingering outside who said nobody from management showed up to open the store. Store hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. This is an organization with over $130B in annual revenue and they're so mismanaged they can't even figure out how to make sure someone unlocks the doors. read more

I have been very pleased with Walgreens at 205 Eisenhower in Loveland. They do seem to know their clients and try very hard to meet their needs. I can't say this is true for all the Walgreens but I do understand that since Covid there have been staffing issues so truly I have to say kudos to everyone as these are very trying times and many times we are harsh and critical of people providing services for us. The quality of service and the customer service has gone down hill since I first started using this store.

Walgreens Loveland My physician called in a prescription for me on a Thursday a.m., when I went to pick up prescription on Saturday, they said they didn't receive a call from physician. I contacted physician on Monday; the drs. office said they did call it in but would resubmit it. Tuesday was the 4th, so I went on Wednesday, they said they would call me when it is ready. Went to store on Thursday, they said they have to unpack medication and it's in last delivery. Went back Thursday afternoon, they said, they ordered wrong medication and they would reorder. They should have it by next Monday! If I wait until Monday, that will be 11 days waiting for a script. I contacted doctor's office again and they are going to submit it to different drug store. read more

Just got off the phone with the Pharmacist there. Dave K. Dave REFUSED to accept a legitimate voucher for a 3 month supply of a Pharmaceutical product. You see Dave is a classic arrogant know-it-all pharmacist that refuses to listen & learn. There is a distinct difference between Coupons & Vouchers. Coupons = money savings on a copay or deductible (unable to use on anything Medicare, Medicaid or federally related PBM.) on commercial programs. Vouchers = are equivalent to a "Free trial / a free sample" . There are no restrictions on physicians using samples with Medicare patients, just like there are no restrictions on voucher programs. The voucher presented was a dual coupon / voucher. Dave refused to even try to fill the voucher, which is a classic issue with this Wallgreens pharmacists. It's a shame for us as a customer & patients all over Loveland. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs especially if you intend on using a coupon or voucher. Dave K. Refuses to listen to his customers & certainly does not advocate for them. It's basically an issue of pride for this man. I went through the pharmacy drive up, put my debit card and store card into the tray, and the employee promptly "lost" my debit card. She made quite a show of looking for it, even lifting up the phone. How can someone lose something that quickly? I suspect it "fell" into her pocket, but I have no proof. I immediately put a hold on the card and had to just cancel it and get another one. Because of this employee's carelessness (or dishonesty), I had to go through over a week of being unable to access my checking account and had to switch all of my automatic payments. I went in the following morning to talk to the assistant manager, but that was just a huge waste of time. I'll never go back to this particular location ever again, and it's doubtful I'll even go back to any Walgreens. Can't trust them. read more

This pharmacy has really gone downhill. They've closed unexpectedly in the past for unknown reason. Used to have really friendly pharmacy techs that were helpful. Now, there are unsmiling, curt, and gum-chewing techs. Recently, they were out of stock on a prescription. I was told to call other Walgreens. Why couldn't they do this themselves?No other Walgreens in town were in stock (not even the 24 hr one in Ft Collins). It took them 4 days to fill it. Yesterday, I went to pick up an Rx and the sign read "Closed All Day. Sorry for the inconvenience". Absolutely ridiculous! You just lost a 13 year customer. read more

Went in to buy Benadryl and found the walgreens brand benadryl that was advertised for 5.99 org. 6.99 with a 1 dollar off coupon. It rung up and the register as 20.99 even though the sign said it was 5.99 with coupon. They wouldnt honor it and said it was for the wrong product. Um hello, I didnt put the sign there! It was there when I grabbed the benadryl or I wouldn't have grabbed it. It's a shame that walgreens doesnt stand by their mistakes. Won't go here again. read more

The worst pharmacy I've ever worked with. Not only is the staff rude and completely uncaring, they don't seem to be able to count accurately (a necessity in this business) and my prescriptions have been short several times. There have also been many times that they are out of my medication and make no effort to see if the other Walgreens has it. While the sign on the building says "Open 24 hours", the pharmacy is only open during the day. Despite all of this, I still continued to go back. No more. Never again. read more

Last night I visited the Walgreens at 287 & 37th Street in Loveland, CO. I was hoping to stop in quickly and purchase some Chapstick. Instead, my little girl and I had to wait at least ten minutes in line to check out. There were only 2 people in front of us! This is not the first time this has happened to me. The clerks at this location are ridiculously slow in taking payments and moving people through the line. I suggest TWO cashiers be on duty until at least 7 PM, especially during the holiday season. read more

Healthcare Clinic has nice people but I was forced to pay $220 for a pneumonia shot that they said my insurance would cover. They took my insurance card, then 5 months later I was sent a bill by the Walgreens health office in Chicago. My insurance company said that Walgreens should have known they were out-of-network for my card and that Walgreens had originally written off the bill. I submitted payment since Walgreens threatened turning it over for collection after I contested the bill. read more

The two male nurse practitioners at this Walgreen clinic are outstanding. Personal and precise. This clinic is lucky to have them.

This store is ok (some of the pharmacy girls are lacking customer service skills) but my real concern is the safety around it. The last two times I've been there I felt like I was going to be mugged on the way out. Please address this issue so I feel safe to come back. read more

I am not one to write a review, but I have to agree this is the worst pharmacy! Over the last 2 yrs. it has gotten terrible. I walked out 2 days ago & took my script. somewhere else. I thought it was just me they were being rude to, but now I see there are other's. I stood at the counter for 15min. and was not even spoken to, she was right there at the counter, no HI, may I help you, nothing.
