We were able to get an appointment quickly with a piercer who has been in the business for 17 years, which is great to have someone with all that knowledge. It took about 20 minutes to get through the paperwork and have the earrings sanitized and when my daughter sat down she spent additional time walking her through all of the steps and expectations - we were never rushed and all questions were respectfully answered. When my daughter got nervous she stopped and calmly walked her through it and waited until she was fully ready again. The piercing sites were marked where my daughter was able to see before hand and adjust as desired, everything was cleaned and then after the piercing she applied a cold saline cloth which my daughter loved. It has been two weeks and so far the piercings haven't caused any pain - we followed the advice to not turn and clean with saline spray only as needed, which is the exact opposite advice I received decades ago and it has worked fantastically. Also, the earring she got had flat backs so they don't poke into her head, which has also provided better comfort then the shopping mall piercing I received as a child. Additionally, we go back after 8 weeks for them to update her earring size, which provides a smaller rod through her ear since the current earring is longer to account for swelling - this is a great option which I wasn't expecting, there is a lot of thought that goes through this entire process! I highly recommend this for a first piercing for your child. It is far more expensive than a mall piercing but such a better experience that it is definitely worth it!

The apprentice barber engaged my husband in conversation, immediately. He is cool. Too bad Chris wasn't able to cut my husband's hair, he seemed like the whiz with the clippers. Cutting hair seems to be second nature to him. It's like watching Edward Scissorhand, minus the death cut scissors and clients coming out alive after a cut. ;) The back bottom fade came out nicely. Might have been cool to get an etched out part to help define it more. Would have gotten the side front faded as well, but the cut had already taken about 45 minutes, still a good cut overall. The barber chairs are retro and vintage looking, they look quite sturdy too. All look true vintage except the brown one, that one looks to be nouveau retro. I really the dresser and marble countertop by the one barber chair when you first walk in. I don't mind watching the professionals cut my hubby's hair at all, so much faster than I could ever. All of the staff are quick to get folks in and out of here. My hubby got a handful of bad cuts during covid. It sounded like alternative music until I heard this cool song S' Anazito Sti Saloniki by Dimitris Mitrapanos, can't understand it, sounds Greek and cool either way. This is only my third tattoo, but it's going to be my biggest. I cannot imagine a better experience. Chrissy is very talented, experienced and an absolute gem of a human. I actually got two tattoos done here a few years ago, but I recently went back to get some nose piercings. They have now split their building into two. Both are on the same road just two doors down from each other, so it's not hard to get to either of them. There is plenty of parking on the side of each building as well. It was pretty cool being in the newer second building this time. Both were extremely clean. I watched everything being opened in front of me, and Kenneth, the piercer, was super amazing at explaining everything as it was happening. The pricing was very reasonable too! It was $35 for a piercing plus $5 for each additional one. The rest of the price depended on jewelry choice and taxes. They had a large selection of quality jewelry. I got the smallest white opal studs from neometal. So I got two nose studs, one on each side of my nose. Initially it was great! But I did go back a few days later to have one removed because it was crooked. Kenneth took it out and scheduled a new appointment to get it redone in a month, all free of charge! It really felt like he cared about making it right. Overall, best piercing experience I've had in Muskegon ever. Highly recommend!

I would say the use of organic in the name is pretty liberal - the nail polishes, gels, dips, and spa products they use are no different than any other typical nail salon- so don't come here specifically for that! Prices are a tiny bit more than other typical nail salons, the quality of the work is pretty standard for a regular pedicure. It's pretty much the usual experience of needing to clarify with the employee doing your nails exactly what you want so that they don't up charge you on additional upgrades.
