recently visited Walgreens to pick up a package I ordered through Nespresso to avoid shipping fees. Since I frequently drive by, I didn't mind going in, thinking it would be a quick in-and-out experience. Unfortunately, it was not. When I mentioned I had a Nespresso package to the worker behind the counter, they seemed unsure about what they were looking for and appeared a bit lagging in their efforts. This significantly slowed down the process, making what should have been a quick pickup take much longer than expected. While I appreciate the convenience of being able to pick up packages at Walgreens, the lack of efficiency in this instance was disappointing. Service with a smile!!! Impressed. With all that's happening with coronavirus these days, it's easy for people to be grumpy. The store was well organized and most items were in stock. There were three different brands of toilet paper and one big pack of paper towels. There was a sign that said they were limiting purchases to one pack of toilet paper per person and no returns. The food aisles were well stocked. All of the customers in the store were following the 6 feet distance precautions. Most of them had masks on, however, they were very friendly and engaged in conversation. I came for envelopes for my elderly neighbor and perused the store for sales. I grabbed 26 packs of Lacroix which were on sale, 2 for $4.99. They also had a ton of Easter candy on sale, two for six dollars. They opened additional registers at the cosmetics department due to the line. Great service. read more

This Walgreens customer service is absolutely amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I was on my way to get prescriptions and asked an associate if they could bring a child's toothbrush to the pharmacy because I had to pick up some prescriptions but I had my sick 19 month old and 4 month old in the car. They brought two different options for me so I didn't have to get them out of the car. I absolutely love this store. read more

The pharmacists and techs at this Maitland Ave Walgreens Pharmacy go above and beyond. I've struggled with many frustrating insurance issues and the pharmacists are persistent, experienced and reliable. I had many terrible experiences with the 200 W 436 Walgreens and I've had an infinitely better experience since transitioning to this Maitland Ave Walgreens. Still battling insurance but know this pharmacy is in my court and is willing to do everything they can to help provide great service. read more

Ordered photos off of the app for pickup. Got a confirmation email and a confirmation text stating that my photos were ready for pickup. I arrived at the Walgreens and waited 5 minutes at the photo counter before anyone arrived. Once the first person arrived they stated they couldn't help me and called for someone else. That person then stated that my photo Order was cancelled and it "wasn't their fault". I'm unsure how my order can both me ready for pickup and cancelled all at once. Very disappointed read more
