I have always found the team here to be so pleasurable and helpful. However, today was the first experience I had that left me feeling pretty awful. I walked into the store (not feeling well so look pretty bad) to pick up a prescription.. upon entering the store Hilary was sitting on a stool and I noted how she looked at me and my handbag but proceeded to the pharmacy... only to find that she was watching me and as I was waiting on line to pick up my prescription asked me "is there anything I can help you with sweetie "! She follows my there to make sure I wasn't stealing and was pretty obvious about it . So absolutely uncomfortable .. I have never been made to feel like this. She even followed me out to my car .

Service is ok but the store is unorganized and dirty especially around the pharmacy area. Yuckread more

My mother accidentally left one bag of purchased items at the register. Instead of holding them like lost property, the store policy was to treat them as abandoned and restock them -- forcing me to track down every item she purchased. This turned into over an hour of searching the store, hoping items hadn't been sold, and trying to prove to customer service that these were the same items she paid for. This was not only inconvenient, but also completely unnecessary and unfair. Paid merchandise is personal property, and this practice feels like unjust enrichment and conversion (civil theft). What made this worse was the interaction with the store manager. Every time I tried to explain the situation, I was interrupted constantly . I was not heard -- and instead of addressing the problem, I was dismissed. She was egregiously unprofessional and made the whole experience even more upsetting. A simple lost-and-found policy would have resolved this without all the time, stress, and poor customer service. Walmart should rethink this policy. Taking paid property and putting it back into inventory without refund or consent is unethical. Customers deserve respect and fairness. I hope this review reaches the right people so Walmart can improve their policies and treatment of customers.

I found out later that it was the tall man with black hair (there are several pharmacists) . After my question, the pharmacist told me he would have to review my medical before he would fill the script. Huh?!!! I said, "why do YOU need to review ANY of my medical history? YOU are not my Dr. How isn't that a violation of HIPPA?" The man got so angry at being questioned he made comments about "drug users" and refused the prescription. I told him that I would be moving ALL of the scrips for my entire family. I said that if he couldn't handle a few questions then he new he was doing something wrong. I have since found out that this is the policy for every Walmart as well as a few other pharmacies. I believe it to be a violation of patient privacy. I think everyone should know.

They have nice selection of holiday supplies, a great place for a last minute shop for Valentine's Day. There were just a few customers, with one cashier which is a normal ratio customer to cashier. I noticed Tina, the cashier up front, was very polite and patient to the customer in front of me who was elderly and disabled. She was also very nice and patient to me too. It's great to see that in a person, kindness.

They also have some good sales on groceries and even toys and cosmetics. Just look through the sales ad you get in the mail. The pharmacy is where I feel they really shine though. The drive through is very convenient. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Last month when I went to pick up my prescription it wasn't ready and they were just a few minutes from closing. Instead of telling me to come back in the morning they asked me to drive around and get back in the drive through line so they could have a few minutes to get it ready for me. I feel like any other pharmacy would have made me wait. Overall this is a pretty good Walgreens.

It is a place that we get majority of our basic health supplies from like paper plates, sponges soap, dishwasher soap, a good chunk of our proteins, our veggies our eggs come from here. It is just easier to buy in bulk and break it down for the two of us. We have seen so much fun items there over the years, we even get a Christmas tree from here, and even some of our citrus trees are from Costco. it's a nice short distant drive from Plymouth Lake. It's literally less than 10 minutes. It's off the highway and easy back on the highway. The Costco from there also does delivery too, if you don't wanna drive there.

She would not make eye contact with me, and it seemed like she could care less what I was there for. The woman had short dark hair, I wish I would have gotten her name. The nice lady who is waiting right next to me also got the very same treatment when she tried to engage her in some friendly conversation.
