Went in on a Wednesday around 9:30am to make a return of items purchased through my app. The return area was having computer problems so I was told to go to the Sephora counter for my return. Lovely store and clean. Always great service but have only one complaint. When I check out there's one particular cashier/service attendant that is extremely annoying! (Would mention her name but she doesn't wear a name tag). She is very insistent and doesn't listen when I say I'm not interested in opening a Kohl's credit card account. After I say no thank you, she continues to talk about the savings and coupons I would receive as a card holder. It's getting to the point now that I try to go to another register to avoid her. Granted, she doing her job and well by promoting the credit program, but listening to a customer is also very important! read more

Go back to making payments on phones instead of apps. Don't like this new way of making payments. And asking for I.D. when I need to make my mom's payment at the store is RIDICULOUS. I was able to make a phone payment in April and now they tell me they can't do that anymore. Shame on you. read more

This store is probably one of the better organized kohls I've visited, even their clearance area is pretty clean. Their fitting rooms could use some attention but again better than some I have visited. The lines are long and only two cashiers working is a little annoying but not terrible if you have somebody that can wait in line while you go look for last minute items. read more

Great customer service. When Kohl's run their Kohl's cash for spending a certain amount is really nice. It's almost as if you get a percentage when you buy, and then you earned Kohl's cash. I am a happy customer. read more

I have to say, I was genuinely impressed by this location. I'm not a Kohl's fan and I've only been to this location once (briefly). I initially came to do an Amazon return (which was super easy btw, highly recommended) but I ended up cruising around the store. It was clean and organized. They actually had a good amount of cute stuff. I didn't have a ton of time but I bought a few things. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because 1) They were super busy but didn't have very many employees. The ones who were there were super nice though. And 2) The sizes they had in stock were odd. Basically extra smalls and extra larges. It was somewhat of a hunt to find anything in a small or medium. Otherwise it was great! read more

Every time I've shopped here for the past 5 years, I've been mentally writing a one star review for this location. It was dirty and unorganized. Packages opened and put back damaged and no associates on the floor to help. BUT NOW! During the busiest season of the year, his location is on point! Every aisle organized. Dirty and disgusting! It is clear that no one cares about this stores appearance. The shelves look as if they haven't been wiped down in years. Very sad because I love Kholes. With so many retail stores closing you would think that management would be on top of making every bit of the shopping experience enjoyable. read more

Another one of my reviews based on customer service alone. I was there tonight during the mad stressful Christmas rush. People were irritated and lines were long. But they nice young man who checked us out, his name was Oliver, he was a bright spot in the trip. He was a very cheerful, nice guy. I bought a wall clock a few years back, battery powered. It worked for less then a year; pendulum would move, but wouldn't keep the time. I couldn't find the receipt to return, until I did! I read the back of the receipt on there return policy, and my receipt said, "...return anytime, anytime...." Rather emphatic I thought. It had been six years, but I figured it falls under the "anytime" description. When I tried to return they said they no longer honored that policy. I do not understand why this location even has an Amazon drop off stand. Out of the last 5 times that I've been to this store, it's been open once...so we wait in the long customer service line. Normally, that would be fine, but when 1 of the 2 employees leaves (while there is a long line of customers), I have to question the management's ability to write a schedule. How about scheduling a replacement when an employee must leave for lunch?? How about someone actually respond when the 1 employee radios for help?? And why only 2 cashiers when lines are outrageously long?? I have pretty much stopped shopping at this location because it doesn't seem like this store values their customers' time. read more

After waiting in line at the jewelry department for 15 minutes (I had jewelry items and had checked out here on multiple occasions before) I get to the counter for the lady to tell me unless I was purchasing something from behind the counter she couldn't help me. Went to Kohl's in Yuba City today looking for a dress for New Years Eve. The store looked like a tornado had gone through. The racks of clothing jumbled, shoe department was a disaster, honestly way worse than any Ross or TJ Max I've ever been in. There were employees around not making a dent in the mess and at 1 pm there were two check stands open with a pretty substantial line. I've always liked Kohl's, this trip was terrible. Kohls in YC needs to be more prideful of its sales floor. Appearance is everything. Nothing should be scattered on the floors ever in a department store. Also the home decor area needs major attention, very dusty & disorganized. The small clearance area is a terrible mess broken items etc. Employees are very friendly. Not about this location, but Kohls in general. They SUCK! I probably shouldn't write this review right now cuz I'm so mad, but....my mother got a card with them in December. It's February and she still hasn't received her card. Nor has she received a bill, but she sure did get a phone call from their collection department because her January payment was late. When she applied for the card, she had to give both a physical and mailing address and they didn't put the mailing address in their system. Now, we need to add my name to her card because we have an out of state funeral and we need warmer clothes. Because my name is different, they can't add me to her account. She can't just give me her card. This is YOUR fault, and the customer service rep is so sorry, but there is nothing we can do. YOUR error! She had forgotten she opened the account until they rudely called her and berated her for not making her first payment. They didn't even confirm her address to see why she hadn't received her card or her bill. NOT the way a company should treat people, especially when it was their error! My wife bought a pair of pants for me. I had to take them back to exchange them because they didn't fit. They didn't have the size I needed in dockers slim fit so I had to buy classic fit instead. The two pairs of pants were the exact same price starting but they would not do an exchange. They "had" to do a return and purchase instead which charged me $12 dollars more. The reason I had to pay so much more was because when my wife bought them the first time she spent so much she got some "khols cash" to spend at a later time which she did. Then since my "purchase was only one pair of pants, I didn't qualify for the special "khols cash" Incompetence. read more

Kohl's makes me so happy. I love all the brands they carry, especially Lauren Conrad and Chaps. Ordering on line with Kohl's is so easy. Also, if I have returns, I have never ever had a problem. More importantly, I love the staff there. Everyone is so nice, no matter what my transaction is. My favorites are Mena and Sammy. They remember me when I come in, always greeting me with a smile. Why wouldn't a person shop at Kohl's? They constantly have percentages off, plus Kohl's cash. I make a point to go when Sammy is working. There it is, my love for Kohl's. read more

I love Kohls and have never had a problem with returns or finding something I like. My only concern is last time I was there the store was extremely messy. I have never seen any personnel standing around doing nothing or talking so my only thought is that they need to hire more people. Even though the holidays make people crazy and department stores even crazier, this shopper had a overall positive experience! The floor associates always stopped to ask me if I was finding everything OK, or if I needed any help...even stopped what they were currently doing to help me. There were very friendly ladies in the fitting room, who game me spot on advice for picking a winning outfit for my interview. Another very "happy to help" woman in shoes did everything she could to assist me, EVEN entertaining my sons when they fussed. Finally the check out, Stephanie was super helpful and SOOOO friendly, explaining how the 'kohls cash' works and nothing but smiles!! She put the icing on the cake!!
