Service is horrible! All my medicines are on automatic refill and they are never automatically refilled. I constantly run out of pills because of this issue and when I call, they always lie and say they'll fill it that day and text me, but it never happens. Recently, One of my bottles said "no more refills, doctor authorization required". The problem??? My doctor called in a new prescription for this medicine OVER TWO MONTHS AGO!!! They have actually told me in the past that anyone waiting in the store for a refill has priority over ANYONE ELSE! So, if you called a week earlier for your meds. IT MEANS NOTHING TO THEM! Until you physically come into the store, it will not be filled. Even when my doctor's office is the one who called in a prescription, they never fill it until I CALL and complain about not having my medicine. They are acting like they're the next big chain to close it's doors. Beware. Biggest mistake I made was going there when Rite Aid closed down. update 1/7/25: This is the worst pharmacy i have ever been to in my life. i have a serious life threatening condition that can only be contained by taking medication, and if i abruptly stop i am very likely to die. The pharmacist BRYAN and the worker OPAL were fully aware of this situation and my condition. Originally I called at 9:02 am TODAY and the pharmacist Bryan, said he was able to clear the medication with my insurance as it is VITAL and he will be filling it now. I then called back at noon and had the unfortunate rude interaction with a woman who said her name is "Opal". she said my insurance didnt clear it, why wouldn't they have called me to tell me there was an issue given the severe necessity of this medication? I then told her i recorded my phone call with Bryan this morning and he said on recording that "it was approved through my insurance", she immediately put me on hold. Finally, after taking me off hold, she said that "they have to call the insurance", and I asked why I was told that it was cleared given i can die if i do not have this, and she said that "it bounced back and that they have to call the insurance", so given the seriousness of the necessity for the medication I asked if she's calling after we get off the phone and she said "no I'm not calling", and I asked who's calling and she states, "somebody in the pharmacy", so I asked her name and that's when she said her name is "Opal and goodbye." I do have both phone calls on recording. my boyfriend then had to call corporate and file an official complaint for them to actually get my prescription filled and they did not have it already until 8 PM after I had already called at 9 AM when they said it was approved.. If you have serious medical conditions do not ever come to this pharmacy and Opal should be fired immediately. I could have died due to her incompetence of the serious field she has decided to work in. read more

This was awful. The worker was named OPAL and she was a woman with hairy arms and no high gein. It looked like she hadn't showered in months. Then, she was being absurdly rude to her co-workers. Opal, an older woman who works at Walgreens, made my recent visit incredibly unpleasant. She was consistently rude, speaking to customers in a harsh, dismissive tone and showing no interest in helping anyone. Her unfriendly attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable. It's clear that customer service is not her priority, and her appearance, including noticeably hairy arms, added to my overall negative impression. This Walgreens is terrible management is awful so rude The manager had hairy arms and was a woman she would not let but she would not let me buy any of my collectibles. She was making fun of us for what we were purchasing and she sell us on a five minute time limit to get out of the store unbelievable unacceptable and unappreciative manager no way I'll ever be back here again. They called me to update my insurance. I called back told the girl I was calling to update insurance. She put me on hold. 48 min later I call from my wife's phone and asked for a manager. She says it looks like everything went thru. So why leave me on hold for 48 min. Did you hope I would just hang up. Lady says we're kind of busy. How about some better customer service read more

Pharmacy is not open to give me my prescription when they have already been filled during regular hours

This Walgreens is pretty new to Massillon. The store is overall open and huge! Lots of room to park. The drive thru goes pretty quick. Would definitely recommend as a pharmacy. The workers and pharmacist are always nice and are willing to help you with whatever you need. read more

Cashier with the beard was so rude. Asked for cigarettes and immediately got a bad look and asked if I had my ID so I told her yes, she looked at my ID then asked me to remove my sunglasses. I told her I'm not taking my sunglasses off and she refused to sell me cigarettes. Ignorant experience. I shouldn't have to remove anything, I had my ID. Terrible customer service. read more

This Walgreens has the worst cashier. i can't believe she gets a paycheck. You walk in the door and she walks down an aisle. When you come back with your item to pay you have to call out for help!!!! Then she helps someone who just walked in the door find something before she rings you up. i just took a bag in to the register and put the receipt on the counter. She asked what i wanted. i want to return this item in this bag, with this receipt. Do I need a manager? She stares at the receipt for awhile then does nothing then scans it then looks at the receipt and asks if I paid in cash? It's on the receipt you've been starring at! Why does Walgreens want this for their customer service? It's beyond me. I go to other stores besides this Walgreens just because of her. Good job Walgreens! read more
