This is my 2nd negative experience that I've had at this location within the last few months. Today Diamond(pharmacy desk clerk) was offended when I simply called to inquire about the co-pay on several prescriptions that was filled. This girl ALWAYS have a nasty attitude, that even bleeds through on the phone as clearly as it does in-person. It is shocking to me that Walgreens would employ someone with 'NO' people skills to work in a position and department that requires this work characteristic to support a faithful customer base. When I requested more information on the prescriptions, so I could cross-reference them to help me make a purchasing decision. She hung up the phone. Rather than asking, what meds am I calling about and being forth-coming with dosage.. whether it is a 30 or 90 days script. Which should be a standard dialog with whomever working in a support position. Hanging up is not what you do. So, I called back to speak with the pharmacist (Pharmacist Sowra/temp pharmacist) concerning my experience and demanded an apology or I will file a corporate complaint. He wasn't interesting in appropriately addressing my experience; rather, he just wanted to process me. I wasn't having it. She refused to apologize, so I did what I said I was going to do. There are pharmacies on every corner...Walgreens, Kroger's, Walmart, CVS, mail-order. There is no reason to patronize a business that doesn't respect and appreciate you as a customer. I have every intention to file a complaint on every platform available to me, including the insurance company and Medicare. Janyala just made me a CVS customer! She made eye contact with me as I walked by carrying a big box to the photo counter to ship & as I stood there for 5 min waiting. When I asked if she could get someone to help me (the help button had a sticker on it or I would've pressed it) She rolled her eyes and huffed as she stood up, didn't say anything scanned the box and then asked number.... I assumed phone number. I said I hoped she had a good day and if looks could kill!!! I understand people have bad days and you never know what someone is going through but WOW!!! If you are having to be at work at least try not to be mean to people. Between her and the night time shift I'm not coming back. They have day time and night time covered in the world's worst customer service!!!! read more

Good Walgreens -- terrible pharmacy. Attitudes and closures at peak times. Long wait times. Ugh.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Won't be returning again after this. Slow, incompetent, and no one wants to work. Heard one of the pharmacists or pharm techs say they didn't want to answer the phone as my doctor is calling to clarify a prescription for me & my son. Now this time I was waiting for a new prescription for my daughter & they told me I had to come back once I got a text saying my prescription is ready. Well, 3 days later & I'm still waiting. I'm at this point fuming & I will have no issue going off on these people. PISSED! read more

I understand that things are busy. It took them a week to get a transfer and I had to keep on them and then I dropped off 4 RX to fill 5 min before closing ... I came back at 1pm the next day and the pharmacy tech wanted to argue with me there were only 3 they found the fourth and said it wasn't filled I said I'll wait they wanted me to drive around and I refused really you had plenty of time to fill it. I've had nothing but problems and have been overly nice about all of it until today I'm over it will never come here again. I do not appreciate the argument and then no apology after it was found just Was flat rude and said drive around Hell No I'll sit and wait.! read more

My insurance now accepts CVS. My breakup from this Walgreens was the best one I've had since college . The CVS down the street is AMAZING.

Worst pharmacy ever! On hold for over 10 min to get hung up on. I'm calling corporate to pass on the poor service..not acceptable at all!

This pharmacy is by far the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. I made 3 trips to get meds and called once. One trip to drop off the script, one trip to give them a voucher so it wouldn't cost me $400 and then one 3 hrs later to pick it up and when i go up there to pick it up they tell me it's not in stock!! I asked why didn't they tell me that on one of the other trips i had already made? They're not sure WHAT!! Things like this is not because of COVID it's been that way! Ridiculous. This review is just for the pharmacy section. Brandy is the best! She is super sweet and makes her customers feel welcomed. I came in here with my friend & she knew all of my friend's info and they chatted like they were friends. I was pleasantly surprised. I joked around with her & she joked back with me. I love it!! She was professional but also relatable which makes you want to talk to her more. My friend lives around the area & there's other places she can go to for her prescriptions, but she will only go to this Walgreens location because of how nice Brandy is. Worst experience ever!!!!! Just getting home from the hospital where my wife had been in a major accident having broken her jaw and mouth wired shut. We arrived at the Walgreens at 8pm. The pharmacy closed at 9pm. We had already tried other pharmacies on the way home and they did not have the pain medication in stock. This pharmacy had it in stock but the cashier said it would be tomorrow. I requested to speak to the pharmacist and she agreed they had it but she had 12 other prescriptions to fill and it would have to be tomorrow...really 12 and an hour till close. I explained our situation and she still would not fill 8 pills so my wife could have some relief that night. This is unacceptable customer service..... Where is that pharmacist ethical values to assist others in need... She was rude and did not care. read more

Pharmacist was extremely professional and accommodating. He really cared and showed it. I highly recommend using this pharmacist!

My wife just had a terrible experience. The girl behind the counter at the pharmacy ignored 2 customers and walked away. Asking someone else to help both. Leaving my wife waiting while the pharmacist just sat there. The manager was not helpful either. She just gave her a dirty look and walked by. No greeting or acknowledgement from anyone. We wont be back here again. The CVS on Hwy 81 had superior customer service all around. read more
