I will say check all items when doing grocery pickup on several occasions I've received spoiled and outdated items which is highly disappointing. How is it June 2025 and I receive a taco kit from Sept 2024. On to the deli.... Em positivity, energy, and customer service, with the biggest smile on her face actually made my trip to Publix wonderful. This review is for the two ladies and man that were working at the sandwich and lunch counter today between 1230 to 130, I didn't catch their names. They were absolutely excellent. It was so busy and if you've had a Publix sandwich, you know that a lot of love and care goes into fixing the sandwich and they were flooded with orders. Throughout, it was all smiles and apologies for any wait. I really hope that the manager of the store recognizes their excellent customer service, hopefully with a raise! read more

I have never had a bad experience with this store up until tonight. I guess going in at 8 o'clock at night and trying to get someone in the meat department is not a good thing today. Never found the person that was suppose to be in the meat department but found the guy working in seafood. I asked the person in seafood if I could get a meat pkg divided up but he said "I don't know where the guy is that could help me. Then I spotted the manager and asked him. The manager pointed to a pkg of the particular meat and said this is the smallest we have. After I said I still wanted that one divided up, he did, but had a bad attitude. I felt as if i interrupted him and the seafood guy's conversation and laughing. read more

This is a wonderful Publix location. I ordered a birthday cake for my boss and less than 24 hours later it was ready for pick up. The bakery worker on the phone was very pleasant and courteous and when I went in for pick up, everyone was very excited about "the hamburger" cake. It was very well decorated and my boss loved it! read more

I love the service here! I am always greeted with a warm welcome by all employees and I really love the cart assistance to the car. The reason I am giving 3 stars is that the produce department needs significant work! The variety of items are ok but my biggest issue is that the produce always over ripe or rotted! No one wants to pick over squishy fruits and vegetables. My past 2 visits I have have rotten produce. I purchased 4 personal sized watermelon a couple of months ago and the insides were mushy and sour. Just 2 days ago I went for a larger fruit and veggie haul for a detox and spent over $100. All of the fleshy fruits (peaches, dragon fruit, muscadine, and kiwi) sour mush. I've been coming to Publix my whole life and I won't stop any time soon but I the produce situation has got to get better. read more

There's about 3 Publix locations near me and this particular location is undoubtedly the best Publix I've ever been to. There are Self Checkout lanes provided which is always a convenience when I need to quickly scan & pay. The employees are very friendly as well...aside from a semi new manager I believe (bald head white gentleman), who has never smiled at me or said hello despite the many times I've been there. Aside from that fella, almost every employee takes a great pride in running things smoothly at the very least. The deli and bakery are always busy, but they still do a great job and don't avoid servicing you. The seafood department is ran efficient (so is 2158hwy Pub. seafood department) & the meat department also seems to always have what I need with some better prices in comparison to Kroger! The cashiers & baggers are helpful & friendly, we recognize one another at this point lol, I feel very at home with them. The store is clean and they're mostly all team players. I've been here hundreds of times & they're consistently thorough. read more

If you know me then you know good an damn well that I LOVE Publix and they can do no wrong by me, most of the time. :) And this time is no different Sugar! I walked in saw some fresh baked cookies that I picked up then walked on over to the butcher and asked for certain cuts of Beef and Pork for a cookout. They did an excellent job of cutting my meats properly and I even got some chicken breast butterflied.....And Yes I was MADE to pick up swine too. It's all good though. Because the trauma of holding pork in my hands lead me to buy chips and a bottle of wine as well. After half of a bottle I was back to my old self. Dingy, Tipsy and Loving My Life! read more

Just horrible service from managers to staff. Specially bakery and front end. Wouldn't shop there rather go somewhere else.

WHY??? Publix ----Why would your bagger lay 1/2 gal tea, 1/2 gal orange juice, and a qt. of milk (all down on sides) on top of my head of lettuce (and salmon, ground beef, and bacon)....after I place everything on the belt in proper order to load into my insulated bag. AND, he bagged my cantaloupe with my cleaning supplies. . I knew better when I started bagging groceries at 10 yrs old at our family's grocery store. WHY is the deli frequently out of hot dog buns? Out of stock 5 of the 7 times I have attempted to purchase (at various times/days ... not on a holiday) and an employee even said, "I have told the boss we need more of those." AND, fyi, customers watch those expiration dates carefully. read more

Kudos to Graham and his team in the deli. We had ordered several platters for a surprise birthday party for my step-father and had to cancel one order and do a new order to increase the size of the platters. When I went to pick up the new order there was a problem. The original order for smaller platters was the one that had been made. When I showed the printout of the new order the the deli manager, Graham, he immediately went to work making everything right. Thank you Graham for making my step-father's party a great success. I absolutely love their selection of meats and cheeses! Their deli is wonderful, however there are a few rude apples in the bakery. Their milk is one of the only brands I use and can tolerate to drink. Their Mac and cheese from the deli....mmmm... so delicious! I love to grab lunch plates from here when I shop. Also, delicious tea and lemonade. Only problem I have is the high prices. I understand you get great quality, but even canned vegetables can be kinda outrageous here. That's probably my only real complaint, but hey, love the store :) read more

I love Publix supermarkets but this location is a disappointment. They are constantly running out of items, but every time I am there, they are stocking. Also, they choose the busiest times to stock so I have to squeeze in between the boxes and all the customers. The deli is hit or miss. I've been there several times and seen plenty of workers but it takes forever to get a sandwich made. The chicken tenders are always so good at other Publix stores, but it's a crap shoot whether you get a good batch here. The prices are high, but I already knew that going in. They do have a lot of good Buy One, Get One Free selections each week, if they have them in stock. Most of the employees are very friendly and I've never had a horrible experience with one. The cashiers are always polite and the baggers always ask to help take out my groceries. read more
