I waited over an hour in line to purchase my husband's antibiotic and my Naproxen (Aleve). It seemed like there was an adequate amount of staff, but everyone seemed to be running around without routine or purpose. Perhaps appearances are misleading and they are severely understaffed? Walgreens. An hour wait for one antibiotic and a Naproxen (Aleve) is not going to cut it. read more

I always used Walgreens for my photos, never had an issue, today I had a issue I will attach a photo below. Horrible, I'm not sure who cut the picture and thought it would be okay quality to sell a customer. I am so disappointed and will take my business elsewhere. read more

Be careful using your credit card at this location. Our CC had fraudulent charges the same day right after we shopped there. It can only be one of two things - CC skimmer or crooked ......... I called manager to report but he didn't seem to give a shit - no surprise. read more

Called to speak with the pharmacy and as soon as the pharmacy picked up the phone they said hello and hung up. Don't bother calling for information as they are to busy to properly answer the phone. Should have "0" stars as a rating. read more

This is the tale of two Walgreens. Some of the staff are great; fast and friendly and others are the exact opposite. Business at this pharmacy is slow in the summer so prescriptions are filled fairly quickly. Once the Snowbirds come back (Oct - Mar) it's packed so expect it to take at least an hour and a half to fill a prescription. The worst part of the wait is the other customers. Retirees who feel the pharmacy is their social gathering place. After hearing these cranky old people go on ad nauseum about all their medical conditions and body functions I think it would be a much more pleasant experience to drive to the ghetto and wait for my prescription while sitting next to a delusional but friendly crack head. Bottom line; April through September this is my favorite pharmacy. October through March I'll stay away. read more

Husband picked up my son's Humalog Insulin and was given 15 cartridges not in their original boxes. The expiration dates are barely visible in the black part of cartridge. Pharmacy told my husband that is the way they were delivered to them!!! I'm calling Libby and verifying this, as I don't believe that for a minute. Why in the heck does a Pharmacy need to open up boxes of medicine??????? read more

I was printing several hundred photos & their photo guy Isaac was REALLY HELPFUL. He even lent me a USB cable to connect my cell to the kiosk since the SD slot wasn't complying with my mini SD card. He was super awesome & didn't mind helping me reprint photos whose boundary regions were messed up & cutting people's heads off. Thanks for being so awesome! read more

IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR YOUR SCRIPT IT'S BECAUSE: Pharmacy staff is SEVERELY overworked, unpaid, and under staffed. They understand you need your script "right now", 95% of the people before you walked up said the same thing. It's selfish to assume you're the only person this pharmacy has to take care of. What you think is a "quick call to your doctor", or a "put 2 pills in a bottle" prescription IS NOT THAT EASY when you have no time, not enough staff, and only two hands. Please feel free to contact Walgreens corporate and ask them to cut into their profits so pharmacies can get more help! read more

HORRRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! Never will I ever shop at a Walgreens again due to this. You tell me 45 minutes for a child's antibiotics I come back over an hour later to tell me that it's not in stock and that you don't enter the prescription in the computer right away (which I never heard of but even if you didn't you couldn't call me) Having a Sick child you don't have the courtesy to call and say it's not there you wait till I come back so I have to find somewhere else On top of all of that they "lost" my prescription and couldn't find it. Probably the worst service in all of my life and having a 4 year old who needed it is just wild, no solutions or even an apology just oh well. Never will I go to another one. Love that this particular Walgreens always has my prescriptions in stock! Frustrated every month I have to remind the pharmacy technician which insurance to run my script through. I kindly remind you, you blow me off, and it takes an extra hour! Not a huge deal, first world problems right?! I just feel like they blow me off when I mention it, then once it doesn't go through they act surprised. Other then that-top notch!! read more

Spent over an hour at the drive thru !! Dude! Line inside was no better. Should've known something was wrong w this location after calling prior to going to pick up to confirm it was ready when she hadn't even seen the new order from that morning. The script was sent by my doctor at 10AM and I called at 7:45PM to confirm it was ready on my way home. Apparently in all those hours not a single person checked for new orders. I was told it would be ready in an hour. Arrived at 8:45PM to pick up. Left the drive thru at 9:55PM!! To top it all off.. we watched 4 cars who arrived much later than us in the opposite lane go thru without any issue. Not even an apology once we finally did reach the window. Oh yes, the cherry on top: we were given just under $70 in change in $5 bills and asked to confirm it was correct. No problem buddy; we clearly don't think you guys know what you're doing. We definitely planned to count our change for accuracy. I don't know what the issue was with this place but we will absolutely be switching pharmacies. Do not go here. Or bring an overnight bag with you. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS WALGREENS, WELL, ATLEAST IF YOUR A WHITE PERSON. The Eastern Indian man working at the register and the black night manager, with the man bun, discriminated against me last night. I was trying to return an item, with the receipt and the box it came in and they wouldn't return it. I had the visa card it was bought with and still he wouldn't allow me to return it. They had no reason, only that it had been used. That's it. No. So rude. I saw how the cashier and manager interacted with the other customers that were black, mexican, eastern Indian, etc., which was kind and pleasant. But, when interacting with me or other white people, they were standoffish, not talkative or friendly. The manager even said in a condiscending way, "This item was opened. You used the item, I can't return it." He had a rude look on his face and acting like I was wasting his time. He wouldn't even look me in the eyes. It doesn't matter if I used it or not. They should return it. I never had a problem with walgreens returning any item. I have spent alot of $ in walgreens through the years. Employees have always been kind to me and I'm always kind to everyone. It's just very sad that I had rude customer service just because I'm white. The man that is eastern Indian, worked at another walgreens on main and greenfield and he was rude to me and other white people at that one also. I can't believe those racist men still work for walgreens and haven't been fired yet. By the way, I went to another walgreens and they had no problem with me returning the item. I'm switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy. This walgreens lost my business. read more

I just called and spoke with Michael the manager to see if I can print a document as it is advertised on the website. It was 6:30 AM when I called and he told me nobody was going to be in the printing department until 8 AM. I asked him being that he's the manager, would be able to help me with this issue being that it was time sensitive. He was extremely rude told me he didn't need to tell me his last name so I can speak with his director about it, hung up on me when I asked if our conversation was being recorded for quality assurance and then when I was pleading with him to help me he told me he doesn't need to hear this whole story. I felt so violated that a man could speak to a woman like this. After I reminded him this is not what Walgreen stands for you guys provide excellent customer service at all times he did not care. Please Let me know if a manager has received this comment so I won't have to move forward with for the reviews of my experience. read more

This is my Walgreens of choice based on their location, hours, and pharmacy. It's nearby and they are open 24 hours. The pharmacists have always been helpful and they have yet to mess up my prescriptions (other Walgreens in the area have given me nothing but problems when it comes to generics and billing). The only thing that creeps me out a bit about this location is the employee who is always picking ice off the freezer items.. and eating it! LOL, I don't come for the food anyway so it's quite alright if not amusing. :-) read more

Emily the pharmacist was a very rude person. No help at all and acted as if my sick two year old was not worth her time to help us get our prescription. How she has a job is shocking to me, horrible customer service. She wouldn't even come back to the window to help us but didn't mind putting in her 2 cents to the other girl about 30 ft away from the window she refused to come back and help us because she knew she was wrong to talk to us the way she did. She even flipped her name tag around so we couldn't read her name. Thank you Stephanie for helping us,that's all we could ask for. read more

I got absolutely no help from the manager Danielle. She basically thru me out of the store when I tried to return something to Walgreen's. They definitely profiled me for being a younger man they didn't even want to try and help, I would recommend to never shop here, for having the worst service ever. read more

We dropped off a prescription at 6:40 This evening and were told to come back in 40 minutes. We came back a hour and twenty minutes later. They only had half of the prescription ready which can happen. We were told rudely that someone had typed the prescription incorrectly and therefore would have to come back in 35 minutes. My question is why would we have to come back 35 minutes later on their error. (Back of the line) and Ms friendly repeating to us that would be 35 minutes. This one star represents the rudeness and the mishandling of their error. read more

Awesome service. Went in with a painful headache and needed 3 prescriptions filled. Guy told me 20-25 minutes. Even with the Lobby busy, came back and all 3 scripts were ready. That's what I call perfectly executed customer service. And even more awesome is that they are a 24 hour pharmacy. Thanks! read more

What a horrible experience. I needed to get a Prescription compounded (which means they have to create it with a recipe vs just putting pills in a bottle). At first they had to call my doctor for the recipe even though I told them it was online, that took a couple days and then they said they'd call with the price before they filled it and they never called so I called daily for next couple days and it was clear no one there talks to each other. I got conflicting information each time. It took literally from start to finish 1.5 weeks. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention no one was friendly at this pharmacy and I spoke to probably 5 different people. Will not be going here ever again. read more

I dropped my daughters prescription off 3 hours ago to get filled. I received a call letting us know they were ready. When got to the counter and I was told only one of the 3 were ready to be picked up. The other two were in the pharmacist stack to review and it should be ready in 15 minuets. I walked around the store for 20 minuets and than got back in line which at this time was 20 people. 15 minuets later once I got to the counter again I was told they are still not ready and it would be another 15-20 minuets. This is completely uncalled for. Both the guy and girl I spoke to had no empathy and their customer service skills were horrible. I won't be returning here ever again. read more

The manager, Dan, walked me directly to the item I was looking for, then he found a coupon for me which saved us $10.00. He could have simply told me what aisle to go to, but he went the extra mile and could not have been nicer. Thanks Dan, next time we will go to Walgreen's first. read more
