The employees are super friendly and helpfu. Plus the store always has what I need and easy to find stuff!!

I like Walgreens. It is my favorite drug store chain. Pharmacy is super friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick and almost always have the medication in stock and if they don't you can try the other Walgreens in town or the pharmacy staff will even call other pharmacy vendors if you need the medicine asap. Otherwise they get the medication in fast anyways if it isn't something you need right now. The store carries a good variety of items but some special items food or beverage wise I might have to go somewhere else. I also love their Walgreens reward program I give it a solid A. read more

Usually I have a pretty good experience but this time I could not find the nail glue and I asked the lady at the desk and she kept pointing to the same place I was just at for 10 minutes trying to find it so I told her I couldn't find it right there and she said with a big attitude THEN WE ARE OUT!! Didn't even try to look herself or anything and it wasn't even busy what so ever! and I just thought it was super rude I called up there to get her name the lady that answered the phone was Sue. Not sure if it was sue or not but it was the lady at the main register not by the photos or pharmacy. read more

I love Walgreens, their average prices are pretty high but that's okay because once things go on a sale or on clearance, you're getting a great deal. It's 24 hours with a full-service 24-hour pharmacy, so you can't beat that. My only huge complaint is that it takes absolutely forever to check out. Some of the cashiers up there are extremely slow and the checkout process itself seems like it has too many steps. read more

I'm writing this review for my brother-in-law. He received a prescription from his doctor & went to Walgreen's, where he has been going for years to get his prescriptions filled. They told him that his insurance wasn't going to cover it. He asked how much was it. They told him $600!! He didn't have them fill it. Instead, he went back to his doctor & told him how much it was going to cost. The doctor said that couldn't be right because it was a generic. So my brother-in-law went over to Hometown Pharmacy on Monroe St & asked them how much would it be to get that prescription filled? They told him $60 & filled it for him. My brother-I -law was livid! He went back to Walgreen's & told them that the prescription that they were going to charge him $600 for, he just had filled at Hometown for $60! He told them that they would no longer be getting his business because of the price vouching! All I can say is SHP AROUND for your prescription drugs people! read more

I had an appointment to get a COVID test at 1:30. I arrived 15 minutes beforehand as they requested. No clear signage or instructions on where to go. Finally, I was assisted by a nice in-store employee that let me know I had to go through the drive-thru. I sat behind 4 cars for about 15-20 minutes. When I finally got to the window and they told me I was late for my appointment and I had to wait until they got back from lunch. I live about 1 hour away (this was the onlylocation that had an open appointment) and had to be back home for work. I calmly explained this and the worker at the window said I would have to come back. Then proceed to tell me to pull forward so they could help the car behind. What I thought they were closed? I asked to talk to a manager. The manager was super rude and told me the pharmacist had to get the test ready and it was going to take too long after about 10-15 minutes of talking to her along with saying I should have been on time and there was no way I had waited behind other cars for that long. So I asked to talk to the pharmacist and I explained the situation to her in which she rudely said well I guess I'm not getting a lunch today. It took her about a minute to prep the test and less than 3 minutes to complete the test. I understand they are under a lot of stress during this time but if they would have just gave me the test without the back and forth they would have saved themselves and me about 25 minutes. read more

I purchased an $8 phone charger at this location that really didn't last for more than a week. The cashier was so very helpful and understanding. I came back to purchase one a little bit more expensive in hopes that it would last. I asked if I could return the one that didn't work and she accepted it with open arms and refunded my full purchase. I so enjoy receiving service from pleasant people who treat me as well as they would treat themselves as a customer. read more

First class operation,the cashiers and pharmacy staff are very courtious and friendly and of course professional.....love the store....

The best thing about this store is the heating and cooling systems. On a hot summer's day the Air Conditioning cools the building down wonderfully and on a cold winter's night the heat feels great. The candy selection has all kinds of brands and you can get practically any type of chocolate or candy you want. Great place! read more
