Early this am before work I looked online to see if they had the Pregmate 50 strip count pregnancy tests, and this store had "6 in stock". So I left a little early so I wasn't late to work (it's been a long pregnancy journey and these really give me peace of mind), I got there and there were none is stock... a very helpful young lady helped me first. She said they just got in today, but had to have someone else come by to assist. Either way, just 5 minutes later, a male employee brought me the Pregmate bag... I am SO thankful for the quick and early help when they're very busy this time of year. I truly wish I got the two employees names that helped me, but ever with something so small, this made my day and my Christmas. These employees work so hard with little recognition. Thank you!! I was at Target in Woodhaven yesterday. I was hoping to get an OtterBox for my phone. They had plenty available, but none for my model. I ended up having to buy a different brand, Sonix. Some internet article says that this is the best Target in Michigan... Really now??? I'm trying to think why they would say that. Hmmmmmmmm... I feel like its just like any other target stores that I've been to. They sell the same things, and they have the basically the same layout. Anyways, enough about that. Came here on Christmas Eve to get some supplies for peanut butter pie-making. I'm usually not the biggest Target fan but the Walmart across the street was already closed (7pm-ish on Xmas Eve) and so was Kroger, so we ended up here. There was no Cool Whip left and one of the employees did a check for us, and found that there were *five* left in the back room, so she went and got them for us. Very nice customer service. Overall this looked like your standard target but it gets a good rating from me because of the customer service. I will say they didn't have lemons (or lime, for that matter) but they did sell lemon juice in a bottle (for a lemon pie) so that worked out. Not gonna play games Target not my store. No offense to all target lovers...including mama which whom is faithful with getting her prescriptions there ( for several years) although they irritate mama too... Anywho ..I don't visit target much ( unless picking up a script) Why because ? Well many reasons.. They have sales be careful however and check your receipt ..if your like me you'll be at the courtesy desk getting your refund plus the consumer right law $5.00 in MI, if overcharged. Boy oh boy I've got that sooo many times to a point where I don't go to Target anymore. I haven't been to Target for awhile since today..close to a year..and why today? Because mama gave me a coupon from her prescriptions program, 10 percent off..whoop whoop.. Not so much...An eighth of the sales are not on sale. The coupon worked , Although, if your a Target shopper and familiar with cartwheel the target app that doesn't work so good either. I spent a half hour going through the Cartwheel app I had 3 coupons however only one worked.. That's just so wrong on every level. Oh boy disappointed big time got screwed however due to Target's screwed up pricing I was able to get the 5.00 consumer overcharge credit .. Again...Omg! God bless your cheating heart, however this girl checks her receipt..why? Because I got your number and I won't be back. ..Unless mama makes me.. Passing through Michigan from vacation, I decided to pull off at a random Target to check out the wares. In particular, I was looking for some clothing that was out of stock at my local stores. Not only was this Target easy to locate from the interstate, but I found the sizes I needed and then some. This store carried a color of pants that was not offered in Ohio, plus I was able to stock up on some cute socks that also were not yet available in my hometown. Clean, easy to navigate, well-stocked. I'll keep this shop in mind during my next roadtrip. read more

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. That's what my tip says and I'm sticking with it. When I first moved to Michigan I lived in Detroit... downtown by Grand Circus. Since my office is Downriver and I find myself at the intersection of West/Allen several times a day I started using this pharmacy. What a nightmare. Other than that, the store itself is pretty good. It's always clean and well-organized, the staff is friendly, the bathrooms are clean. But it's Target, and that cool looking lamp is still screaming "TARGET!" and even their new home furnishings with the fancy name that are supposed to make you feel like you're shopping at a boutique or something are Target so, yeah. It's Target. Perhaps this is a Target (I don't know how to put the accent over the e but I bet most of you reading this review knew exactly what I meant). Target is Target is Target. It's a step up from Wal-Mart. Everything is the same in every store. It doesn't support a local economy, blah blah blah. But yeah, sometimes you have to go to Target because there are no more mom and pop stores where you can buy that birthday card or desk calendar. Personally, I'd skip it and shop independent if you can! read more

Don't get me wrong, I love target. I would go every day if I could afford it. I already go way to much. But I don't know if I will keep going because they NEVER have any lanes open to ring you up. It's always self check out. I have 2 kids under 2 so the last thing I want to do is wrestle them while I try to ring myself up. So annoying. Get better customer service!!!! read more

I like Target, however, their customer service is really bad. There are never enough check out lanes. They only have (1) check out lane open and it is usually a long wait. Customers are forced to use the self-check lane. The self-check lanes are also crowded and have lines. read more

I have received nothing but outstanding service at this Target, since moving to Woodhaven a year ago. But on 12/12 my 12 year old granddaughter and I received service that was truly above and beyond! She needed an entire outfit for an event the next day, and the ladies working soft-line made my granddaughter and I feel like we were shopping at Sak Fifth Ave. They took their time (Over an hour) finding an entire outfit for her.
