I got a call on 10/14 to confirm my appointment so I did. A few hours later I get another call asking me to "clarify" what my appointment type was, which was weird but I call back anyway and talk to the receptionist. She said my stylist was concerned about the appointment time and starts to ask questions about my hair. The very long length of my hair was not a deterrent to the time only once she heard that my hair is textured that she said she didn't actually have time to do my hair and had to cancel my appointment. I know for a fact when you go to a reputable cosmetology school they teach you how to deal with many types and textures of hair. If Arati B. is considered an elite stylist by Ulta Beauty standards but can't simply blow out 3B hair... what does that say about the company as a whole.
