I was a loyal customer, avoiding using the online pharmacies and mailing prescription programs offered by my insurance for years, but after the last 10 years constantly having to wait for them to order insulin, pump supplies, dexcoms, eye drops, etc. while Walmart has them fully in Stock every time I couldn't do it anymore. What kind of a pharmacy doesn't keep commonly used and important prescriptions in stock? This past week I ordered my dexcoms, agreed to pay the early fill amount and they CANCELLED my order that we were completely out of. This is unacceptable. That was the last thing I had at this pharmacy. Being a type one diabetic and also having a diabetic child and a heart problem I have spent a lot of money at Walgreens over the years. Never again. I've watched as your service has drastically gone down hill and medications are not ready while the app said it was or the million calls, emails and texts said they were. At Walmart, they always have them in stock, always contact my doctor for refills and follow up, offer delivery, and what I found weird at first but have grown to love is that the pharmacist will call or come to the register to make sure you understand your medication and any prescription interactions there may be. Do better Walgreens, or you are going to end up out of business. Thanks.

At 42 years old, for the first time, I experienced something I've heard so many others speak about but had not personally encountered so directly--prejudice in plain sight. While checking out at Walmart using the self-checkout lane (around 10 PM, Thursday July 31), I--casually dressed, a doctoral candidate, married mother of three, U.S. Army veteran, career woman, and soon-to-be retiree after a lifetime of hard work--was approached by the attendant. Not to greet me like she had greeted all the other customers. Not to offer assistance. But to ask if I had scanned the box of diapers in my cart as a toy. No explanation. No polite inquiry. Just a direct, unfounded accusation. To be clear: * The writing on the diaper box was large and visible from her station. * She had spoken to every other customer around me--offering smiles, assistance, and casual conversation. * She had never acknowledged me once during my transaction... until it came time to question my integrity. This wasn't a mistake. It was about a bias--one so deeply ingrained that I was singled out despite every indication of honesty and decency. This is exactly how injustice persists. Quietly. Casually. But unmistakably. I was so pissed and offended that actually thought about making a scene there. I left it go and proceeded to leave. Or you can send them to another store. I have used the app to order pictures and make calendars and gifts and then picked Walgreens even in another state! Then my mom was able to pick up pictures of the kids while getting her prescriptions!! She wasn't put out by picking them up and I didn't have to mail them! Sign up for the email and aap you get coupons and free codes all the time. Completely worth it!

Do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacy. If you choose to go here be prepared for long…read morelines and frequent visits due to common medications constantly being out of stock. The drive up window is currently closed forcing people to come inside dire a pandemic. There are many more issues with this place but I'm getting tired of thinking about the place.
