Walgreens located at the corner of the busy outer loop and fagenbush road corner in the highview community of Louisville Kentucky. Pretty basic Walgreens that does have a pharmacy and one hour photo development center. I've stopped in here from time to time to grab items for decorations or school projects mainly. We mainly use it for the one hour photo area. You go online upload your photos and select what you want printed and they have it within the hour. So it's very convenient and user friendly. Overall solid location. Service here is a b it better then other Walgreens you will go to and the store is always pretty clean. read more

I am a junior and of course, my father is a senior so my doctor prescribes me and neuropathy medicine for my feet and I go to pick it up and they tell me I already have it? Asked for the pharmacist which barely understands my language, which is English and he tells me that he seen me pick it up myself personally, he seen me.. i've got all the paperwork and about 50 witnesses that knows I was in Fort Lauderdale Florida at that time. No way possible I picked that medicine up. He hand me a bag and says this medicine just came in for you though so as mad as I was, I left and called my doctor. My doctor rep prescribed my medicine or refilled it when I got home I looked at the medicine that I had and guess who's it was my father's seniors. Not only did they continue to make mistakes, but they are the rudest people I have ever dealt with, but that's Walgreens pharmacies. In general. Everyone I've ever dealt with are always rude and inconsiderate. I do not recommend Walgreens to anybody. read more

If you pay for a prescription on-line they have NO record of your purchase/payment with the system used by Walgreens. To prove that you paid for something you need the Transaction Number from your Credit Card company. That can take 3 to 5 days to get posted and you can't even cancel the purchase. Went there to get my second Covin19 injection. Store was as I have learned to expect from every Walgreens I have ever been to. Clean and well stocked with a large variety of brand priced competitively. Pharmacy staff were very friendly and abundant in numbers. They did not cut back on staff and that made my visit quick . I've had wrong prescriptions filled, I've been told I haven't ever been enrolled in Auto fill when I'd been for months. Multiple members of staff working under the pharmacist are frequently rude. Im giving three stars only because I think the front of the store is superb. read more

I just feel like I need to put this out here so that everyone knows and does NOT go to WALGREENS ON FEGENBUSH AND OUTER LOOP. I have always had issues with them being rude and terribly slow but yesterday took everything to a whole other level. Dawson was prescribed an antibiotic for his double ear infection... when I went to pick it up, no one told me anything, handed it to me and sent me on my way. I get home, I give it to him, relying on the dosage labeled on the bag. When I went to give it to him this morning I actually read the label on the bottle, which is labeled with SOMEONE ELSE'S information (name, address, doctor, dosage, etc.) - along with that, ITS EXPIRED. I have NEVERRRRRR had something like this happen. Connor calls them this morning and the manager on the phone was speechless and very apologetic, told us to come back and they will fix it. We go back this afternoon and the pharmacist argued with us about how they can't do anything about it and she isn't sure what to do... so of course, we're upset. Walgreens manager comes out (who isn't a pharmacist, on the computer, looking through HIPAA information) and talks to us about it, asks for "our side of the story" and then proceeds to laugh at me when I explain how serious of an issue this is. They end up calling the cops on us bc we didn't get out of the drive through... all the while, not one person in the pharmacy says sorry. So fast forward, the cops go in with Connor, they remake the medicine for us after putting the old bottles back into the bag for us, forgetting one of them and the list goes on. This was the craziest thing that has ever happened to me and I will NEVER trust them to make any of our medicine ever again. Took my son for his 2nd dose of the COVID vaccine . We arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled 6:15 appointment to find the pharmacy closed. I spoke to a gentleman at the register who really had no idea what was going on so he directed me to the store manager. He was absolutely useless! He was quite condescending in speaking to me. He said yes, our pharmacy closes at 6 now. I asked him why they aren't notifying the people who made appointments, he said we don't have the capability to do that but they could send me an appointment reminder that morning. I told him it was unacceptable for a business to do people that way and walked off. With the same condescending attitude, he said you have a nice day. Won't be going back. read more

Every time I go in this store I get complete attitude from the cashier. I honestly cringe when I see she's working because I know she's going to act like I'm inconveniencing her. If I have an issue with a coupon or a sale she makes me feel embarrassed to be alive. Also, the manager tonight was rude tonight. I literally would never go in here again except it's close to my house. I already changed to cvs for my pharmacy just so I don't have to deal with the lack of customer service. If I could pick zero stars I would. DO NOT use this pharmacy. The store is nice and the people working in the store are helpful but the employees of the pharmacy do not come to work and it's closed as often as it's open. My husband and I were there on Sunday to get a RX refilled. The pharmacist said there was no way she could do it that day but promised they would be open Tuesday. This place is always too busy it needs to be a 24 hours or extended hours needs more pharmacy employees they are working the few to death. If your RX was denied refill for some reason you wont knw until you go to pick it up and about that time you are screwed till the next day.I go in to get couple OTC meds one day and they was out of both. read more
