They gave me the wrong prescription for my son. Luckily, it was the same medication and dosage, but we didn't realize it until he had already taken a pill. I don't understand how they could make such a mistake when they verified his name and birthday. My question is where is the quality control? This is extremely dangerous.

Had to swing by & pickup a last minute item on a holiday & thankfully they were available…read moreyesterday. See what I did there? While there was a line already forming for one cashier another offered to help me at their counter so I wouldn't have to wait as long. I appreciated the fact that they noticed I just had one item so it didn't make sense to wait like that while the other shoppers had much more to purchase. I just wanted to be in & out, which I was able to do thankfully due to this kind cashier. See what I did again? Gobble gobble. On top of that, I noticed my information on my rewards card needed to be updated & that it needed to be replaced since the barcode was all faded, so the cashier was nice enough to take care of that as well. They were patient enough to let me place my rewards card onto my key ring when all they just needed was for me to insert my card for payment. Not sure if you'll ever read this, but "Thank you Maria" for your customer service going above and beyond for me. I can honestly say I was cared for. Hope you get a raise and/or bonus during this holiday season.

I went over there and purchased some items and I couldn't get on the app to get a discount. She must've spent 20 minutes trying to help me get on the app and then she called her shift manager Jen over who also helped us so Jasmine was the girl behind the counter. She was very kind and patient very very helpful after I finished, she thanked us for coming and gave us a little bag of samples with coupons for further products to use in the future. Over the last year, this pharmacy has repeatedly been out of it with every excuse in the books. Because I know that, I order it a week before to give them time. When I went in on the day/time they gave me for pick up, they said it wouldn't be ready until the next day. "We're out of it; it is outsourced. Come back tomorrow." The next day, I got a message thru the app that it still wasn't ready and they'd let me know. It is now 3 days later and still no meds. They don't care. Horrible pharmacy, horrible people in the pharmacy. Go to Costco or an independent pharmacy - do not use Walgreens and most especially, don't use this one.

We tried a walk-in for vaccines (two separate times). They were happy to give the shots quickly, no hassle. On one visit, a prescription was checked (it had snagged at Lincolnshire). The pharmacist straightened out the issue in less than a minute. It seems that they know how to get things done, efficiently.

I have learned that this pharmacy can compound custom medications for people and pets, including flavored options for animals (!!!). Surprisingly there are lots of toys and candies (at child level), greeting cards, sodas as well as gift items and medical supplies. So bring in your kids, your elderly parent, your dog (maybe?), your spouse. I must find out more about these flavored meds for pets.
