This place has all most everything you need in a pinch but it's missing a few things but it's old and needs a update dun to the inside and outside of the building the location is beautiful 2 blocks from the beach and the Naples pear no public park for beach and other shopping and limited parking for the customers that shop there at 7-11 items are a little bit expensive but it's a convenient store and it's got no gas pumps. read more

Kinda disappointed here. Fine store. Can't complain about that. All the items you may need are readily available. What I will complain about is paying full price for my Cool Ranch Doritos and and a hot dog while my coworker just got waved out the door free of charge. I get it, he's a good looking dude, but I am way... Way more attractive. Check the profile picture. Yet here he goes walking out with a free Slurpee. Unbelievable. Apparently Y'vonne has a crush on my bud and let's him get away with murder. Murder on 7-11's finances. I refuse to condone this behavior. If he gets free Slurpee's we all get free Slurpee's. I am honored to be the first reviewer of this absolute classic. Across the United States, some communities "of certain stature" demand signage that blends in with the "good tastes and sensibilities" of the local citizenry. I've always considered this practice to embody the " on a " adage. You know what I'm talking about, right? (E.g., national burger joints in posh environs with "ye older place of hamburgers" looking signs / national taco outlets in said environs with shields of Iberian heraldry - boasting of "an artisanally bent shell" and whatnot. All this to say that certain signage is an artifice to shoehorn a round-peg business into a square-hole area. Well - we all see through such cheap trickery... ...BUT! While certain covenants may be in play here to soften the blow of a 7-Eleven (of all bodegas!), the signage itself is no ruse. I know first-hand that it's the same signage of the year I arrived in Naples (1983) and it was decades-old back then. So... "FOOD 7-ELEVEN MILK" (it harkens back to the earliest days of the defunct Southland corporation - ingeniously selling , milk and eggs from ice House store fronts in pre-war Dallas, TX. Ok - let me get to this particular enterprise. This is a sociologist's wet dream! At any time of day (although the wee hours are most likely) one can find area beach bums dropping a pocket of quarters, dimes (mostly) and nickels on the counter in exchange for as much and that will buy / and the next person in line is a fortune 500 heir who's Silver Ghost is double-parked out front as he darts in to get a solitary straw and some tic tacs. Oh sure - regular folks like us come here occasionally as well, but really... What are we doing down here - going to a convenience store - if we're not members of either the top or the bottom "out of sighters"? Honestly, this convenience store is surprisingly unkempt when compared to the myriad 7-Elevens stationed in more modest environs. Well - there you have it. Just walked in to buy some water. The gentleman at the store was unloading a delivery from the truck. I mentioned to my fiancé that we should buy a case of water. The man in the store then snapped at me and said "NO. You can't take anything from this pile!" I'm assuming because they were still taking inventory of the delivery. I wasn't planning on doing that. I smiled and said "oh no problem". We then picked up some ice cream and a couple beers and water from another part of the store. We waited for a while at the cash register. We both told them please not to worry and that we were in no hurry, since they seemed busy unloading. When the man got to the register he glared at us the whole time and aggressively snapped at my fiancé for taking his card out too soon. I was relieved to be out of there. There were also a couple of other employees there who were friendly and polite. I feel bad that they have to be around such a toxic personality. To the cashier, so sorry for bothering you by being a customer in your store! Won't happen again. read more

I have been all over the country and have been to so very many 7-Elevens. As a 7-Eleven critic I have seen the good and the bad of this store and let me tell you this is the worst of the worst. I have never in my life been treated so terribly. I felt as though I was an unwanted customer. If fact I was told that I was "F*ck you get out of my store" by the women at the counter. I personally hope I meet this woman again so I can give her a piece of my mind. I think she should get her store shut down for how poorly she serves people! read more

Not sure this is the correct store.....but the employee's name is Savanah. She had me wait while she was talking to a friend/relative on the stores phone while she was taking another call on her cell phone at the same time.. After arriving at this 7/11 I realized this was not clean and spotless store I've came to love. The store itself was dirty and the customer service below average to say the least. Me and a friend were going to get some snacks a tradition we value every time we are in Naples and this experience turned me off forever. My friend was grabbing a bite when the worker told him F*CK YOU GET OUT OF MY STORE. I was truly shocked at how somebody in the food industry could be so complacent, I mean hasn't everyone heard of the saying the customer is always right, well clearly not this worker. Now I'm not saying anybody should be cut but this is purely the most outrageous thing I have ever witnessed when trying to get something from a convenient store. It really makes me think how some people just want to watch the world burn, and enjoy seeing the demise of other people. If I could give this place negative numbers I would, however, I can't so I decided to give them the lowest rating I possibly could. I truly hope people acknowledge this before shopping here. read more
