Had to go to Naples for a quick work trip and finished late. Not many food options available and we stopped at Wawa. The food was not the greatest, but it did the job. I ordered a panini and had the chance to customize the toppings which was a nice feature. I just wish it had been more toasted as the bread was still a bit bland and lack luster when it was served. Overall the experience was ok but it did the job. If I had limited options to eat this is a pretty good reliable one. read more

Wawa has been our go to for years! Never had a problem and today we went out of our way to stop here for snacks. After my friend and I did two separate self-checkout transactions the woman at the register (I don't catch her name) yelled across the store accusing us of stealing. This was humiliating, the entire store and my family heard this. I explained we did two separate transactions and she told us to wait. We waited for a few minutes and then she started to checkout other people without acknowledging us! We asked if everything was ok and she said we could leave. What's the most ridiculous part about this is she couldn't just apologize and said she made a mistake. Things happen and if she had just said that instead of ignoring us I wouldn't be writing this. This store is in a great location. However, connecting either one's credit card or Wawa card to their rewards card and using it, I found to be challenging. Even an employee tried to help me and was unsuccessfull. This location is always busy, so be prepared to wait a little while. They have order kiosks for food, sandwiches, soups and salads along with an assortment of hot and cold beverages. They beat 7-Eleven hands down and new stores are sprouting up everywhere, so make sure to check one out! read more

Well, I'm going to be very biased here because I live only a few clicks from this location. I watched it being built for over a year and couldn't wait for it to be done. As a quick aside, what a blessing it was for so many people that Wawa was able to open it's doors just days before Irma cursed our beautiful city. This Wawa was pumping gas all day for a week after the hurricane and kudos to the owner/manager and the city of Naples for keeping the pumps going! This store is one of my favorites for many reasons besides the above. The location is great, and there's so much space for parking, pumps and inside as well. They even have some nice outdoor seating and an XFINITY Hot Spot. There are even recycling containers along with the garbage cans, which is relatively new to me. Nicely done! Inside, plenty of kiosks to order some fresh meals from sandwiches, salads and bowls with a nice selection of coffee. The layout of the store is pretty sweet as well, where they made sure to separate the lines for people ordering food to the regular cashier line. They always seem to have many people on duty so the lines always go quickly, plus the staff is very friendly. There's plenty to choose from here from beverages, fresh food and the requisite items you'd find in most gas stations. But, this place is always clean, easy to get in and out of and I always choose it over the competition for all of the reasons. I'm so glad Wawa is here! read more

Stopped by and picked up a breakfast burrito with sausage, egg, and cheese. One of the best breakfast burritos I have eaten in a while. For being a convenient store burrito, it's pretty darn good. Nice, warm, and flavorful. I ordered a berry passion fruit with tea refresher and maybe it was a little too tart for me. I ordered the spicy turkey Panini that has also hit a bullseye EVERY time. I ordered my water bottle and snacks as well all online and it was so easy to use and was quick to pick up. Service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. read more

For the first time, I have something bad to say about WaWa. The Store That's brought us great sandwiches, gasoline for our cars, great service, and the convenience to do it all in one place! Just wondering for a pack of cigarettes and got carded!! I'm 52 years old. Obviously, not a child. To top it off I got my ID scanned! After complaining to the manager about this new inconvenience I was told starting this month. It's now company policy to do that to everybody. I then called corporate to express my displeasure, and was given a line of BS. I don't know about you, but I don't want to have to identify myself every time I buy a pack of cigarettes. It's an inconvenience and very invasive to my privacy. I have told me that the laws were different in some of the other states where they operate. I told them this new policy would probably not go over well in Florida where we value our privacy. I'm anxious to see how this works out for them. I know I'm a smoker and I'm in the minority but there are a lot of us and I'm sure this will not go over well with many. But it's not actually about the cigarettes. It's about the privacy. I guess Wawa is more of a cult thing for people from the NJ/PA area. The sandwiches are tasty. Are they the best in Naples? No. But they're pretty good. Ordering is done from a touch display so it's easy to customize your order. Unlike a Wawa in NJ, the ones in Florida sells beer. They also have all the other usual bakery, pretzels, cookies and drinks. So the food is good, it's fun to go to. Will return soon. read more

I just love Wawa's. I always stop here on the way to go fishing. Their sour dough sandwiches are outstanding, coffee is always hot. Actually too hot if there is such a thing. Wawa happened? Go there at least a few times a week, and this morning was a disaster. I went in to prepay for gas and there was a long line. One register had a problem, and the gentleman at the other register left. There was quite a line until the situation was rectified. The coffee station was dirty. Lids and straws on the floor. Spilled coffee on both sides, and the trash receptacles were filled to the top. I asked one of the associates if they had decaf tea. He said, "No!" I knew I had gotten it there before. I said, "Could you just tell me where the tea bags are?" He pointed to the display of boxes. I thanked him, and right away found several flavors of decaf tea. When I went to pay, there once again was a long line, with only one register functioning, and there was a problem with it. I heard someone swearing, and it was the other cashier doing something to the counter. When he got up, he handled the transaction, but was obviously in an unhappy frame of mind. This was not at all what I usually encounter at Wawa. I hope it is not the beginning of a decline. read more
