Combined the two cost about $24k and I am medically dependent. That means I will pass if my medications are not taken as specified. They call my dr.'s for refills, they call me when they need to. But on that video I let them have it about NOT having answering machines, both times. That way the customer isn't on wait forever, they don't have to jump top answer the phone, everyone is happy.
