I went to this location to bio similar HRT. They had to reschedule my appointment twice for my bloodwork results because the pharmacy and clinic calendars are not on the same platform. I get there and I told them I had hypothyroidism in the past. They did not know how to understand my labs and had me panicked that I was very ill. They referred me to an endocrinologist. I came home and looked at labs I've had in the past and when I saw what they were so alarmed about, it was from my hypothyroidism, not hyperthyroidism. As HCPs, why didn't they know that?? Now, they've had my labs for 2 weeks. The pharmacist orders two hormone creams...but they don't have one of them in stock. Why not? You had my labs for TWO WEEKS. Do you NOT look at them to see what they said BEFORE I showed up? And if you did, WHY didn't you order what I needed? Like who does inventory around there. So, after 5 days, I call and ask for the status because I haven't heard anything. They said I should get a text that day and if not, call back. I got the text on Wednesday and have been waiting for my medication. I called yesterday evening and left a message stating I had not received it. I get a call today saying it was marked "pick-up." I don't know why because I told the pharmacist twice I wanted it mailed to me because it would take 40-45 minutes for me to get there due to construction. They said they are mailing it today. This place is a disorganized MESS! I won't be going back. I can find another compound pharmacy. read more

My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes and is having issues with walking and went there to see if there was a different cane he could use. And we were treated by Kat and she was amazing helped us so very much. We definitely recommend going there for anything you might need to assist you with walking and sell diabetic shoes and he definitely needs them!! "We don't make them so you must go through the manufacturer to get a replacement". Well, I'm glad appliance and other dealers aren't so ridiculous! My NP recommended a probiotic, a quality one, refrigerated, in the millions or billions? I honestly cannot remember what numerical value of beneficial microorganisms she said but I called Aziz at her recommendation. While I had to leave a message, the pharmacist Kurt called me back promptly. Unfortunately I missed his call and it took me a month-to-month finally get up there. He listened to what my current health conditions were, what makes me different from the average patient and what medications I am currently taking. This was important because what he started to advise me on changed when I told him what I was currently taking. We now have a multi phased approach. Family member came down with COVID. Family member is over 70, so MD prescribed Paxlovid and sent Rx to our usual major chain pharmacy. A day later, major chain pharmacy had not yet filled Rx. Took the information about family member, contacted chain pharmacy, transferred the Rx, and within two hours the prescription was ready at the drive-up window! My regular doc could not get me in the same day and I was having a reaction to lots of bug bites after visiting a local park. I was on my way to a MedCheck place when I saw the sign for 'Walk in clinic'. It was closer to my home so decided to give it a try. I was greeted by Dr Aziz in the lobby (!) and he got me to a doctor within a minute or two. Received a prescription and then the pharmacist filled it within minutes. This is our third time visiting Dr. Aziz's Medical Clinic. I needed to get my young daughter a Covid test as she became ill. I tried scheduling a rapid test locally at CVS and Walgreens but all the appointments were booked for several days. I did not want to send her back to school until I was sure she did not have Covid. I remembered going to Dr. Aziz last year during the pandemic. His clinic was clean and VERY efficient. So, I looked up his current availability. The clinic is now offering walk in testing Monday - Friday from 9am to 4pm with same day results. So we hopped in the car and drove to the clinic. Walked right in, no line. As I was filling out the paperwork, my daughter was crying as she didn't feel well and was nervous about the test. While I was filling out the paperwork, Dr. Aziz walked up and asked for my insurance card and ID to photocopy, to help speed up the process for her. It was very sweet. The woman administering the test explained what she was going to do, before she did it, and was also very calm and sweet with my daughter. It took us a total of maybe ten minutes at the clinic. They call you by 6pm with positive results and email positive and negative results. I really appreciated the cleanliness and efficiency of the clinic, but their kindness was over the top. Let me be clear this review refers ONLY to Dr Aziz Pharmacy and staff and NOT Dr. Davis or the nurses down there. The only way I can even begin to explain just how strange the very poor service is by staff here is that it's like The Twilight Zone. I am regularly treated so rudely to the extent that it's so incredibly bizarre, I can't help but laugh. Every time in the past six months I've gone there to fill my Subutex, there has been some unforeseen problem. Every time I am treated as if I'm trying to get one by them and be dishonest to get a drug that is FOR GETTING OFF OF DRUGS. It's literally the opposite of what you need to get high. Recently they filled the same script for a month supply of Subutex TWICE and when my father received the second one he told the tech it had to be incorrect and the tech (stalky white guy w facial hair and glasses) just made him feel stupid and basically called him an idiot and to just move on. The ONLY reason I still go here is Dr. Davis and her incredible liaison to the pharmacy who takes all my scripts over and works out any issues for me. I no longer call the pharmacy at all. I've been told 3 different dismissive answers, all invalid, to the SAME QUESTION. Just call straight to the pharmacy tech in Dr. Davis' office. She's more adept than the entire Pharmacy staff. I have a sneaking suspicion something wrong is going down behind he scenes, like maybe these flippant, moody employees are dipping from the pharmacy's narcotics. It sure would explain a lot... We used the travel vaccine services. We were waited on immediately. When we called, we were treated professionally and given a time slot to be there. They had our records ready on the 2nd visit. Their prices were better than other travel service offices around Indy. Vaccines have become very pricey so shop around. Even though Medicare says they cover Hep B vaccine, if its for travel then they won't cover per our family doctor, which means our Dr cannot give us the vaccine on cash basis. Well if you wait kinda last minute (like me) to get your travel vaccines before a big trip to Africa, dr Aziz pharmacy to the rescue! The staff at the pharmacy is very knowledgable. They also accept most prescription insurance. I got my yellow fever vaccine, typhoid pills and anti-malaria pills from here. I recommend you call and schedule an appointment if you need any of the travel vaccines... They are open till 7pm so it's convenient to stop by after work. One of the few clinics that are open late and pretty reasonably priced (especially if u don't have time to get prescriptions from your PCP). read more

This is no regular pharmacy. They have the items many patients need when they leave the hospital but don't know where to get it. I needed to a get flu shot & with the big sign that says $25 flu shot I didn't pass them up. You check in with the nurse who then refers you to the pharmacy to verify you have active insurance & to make a payment if necessary. I am very disappointed with this pharmacy! My doctor put me on 17P shots and is letting me use a home health nurse to administer it. I gave this pharmacy two weeks to deliver the medicine plus the supplies. They shipped the medicine and no supplies. I was promised by them that the supplies would ship out the next day..... they never came in! Now I'm sitting here trying to secure supplies that should have been covered by my copay at my own expense and may even have to be late in getting my shot. I'm also very unimpressed with the wait time to even have a pharmacy tech answer the phone as they seem to be understaffed. read more

Upon entering the first thing I encountered was an armed guard. Somewhat unnerving at the least. So I engaged him in a conversation and informed him that I am licensed to carry in Indiana. I asked what would happen if I entered while carrying. He said I would not be allowed to enter because they have a rule against it. So I asked what if my gun was concealed (as my license permits) and he said he would know I was carrying, and if I made a move towards it HE WOULD SHOOT ME! It is as legal for me to carry as it is for a private security guard. I have a proven clean legal history, yet this person said that, if in his judgement I was reaching for a weapon, HE WOULD SHOOT ME. He did say that he also is licensed and if he was off duty and wanted to enter the store he would not carry. I have no idea how trained (or untrained) this individual is, but it is apparent to me his knowledge of gun safety and and proper response is lacking. My doctor told me he prefers and trusts Dr. Aziz pharmacy even if another compounding pharmacy is closer (for medicine in milligrams not available at typical pharmacies). Also, since prevention is important to me I was pleased to see they stock many of the high quality supplements our nutritionist recommends. I definitely appreciate the blend of holistic and conventional... best of both. I cannot thank this pharmacy enough for their service. I have a genetic mutation where my body does not process folic acid/folate properly and that inhibits my absorption of B12. B12 is an essential vitamin for so many things but most importantly to me, energy and mood. Without B12 injections I have no desire to get up and live my life. Over the summer we moved from CA to Indy and I could not find a pharmacy that compounded the specific B12 I needed to combat this disorder. My pharmacy back home could not ship to Indy so I was stuck using an OTC sublingual everyday with little to no results. At my check up appointment last month I was referred to Dr. Azziz's pharmacy. After having my NP call in the RX I was sure the pharmacy would call and tell me they could not source the methyl compound needed for my specific RX. I was wrong!! Not only could they source it but they were also willing to bill my insurance, which a lot of compounding pharmacies refuse to do. The tech who I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable about my disorder and even knew to ask if I would be injecting intramuscularly or subcutaneously (huge difference in the necessary needle). They shipped my RX for free and it was at my house in 2 days. Today I called for my first refill and had the same type of service. The tech apologized for the longer than normal wait time and quickly found my RX in the system. She was very helpful when I requested extra needles so I could take the RX more frequently and said they would send it out today. I am extremely happy with the customer service I have been given and am so grateful to them for sourcing the B12 I need to live a normal life. read more
