The photo department is THE WORST. First my order for a photo book was delayed and when I called the store, the person actually told me they didn't want to do it and they were going to wait for someone better. Then I get the book and it looks like a child made it. It was on sale for $25 and not worth it at all. The pages were wrinkled. The cover is literally glued on with a glue stick and had ragged edges. Also how do you not have a manager working either Saturday or Sunday AT ALL?! When I asked if a manager would be working, they said no, there wouldn't be one until Monday. The shift leads were very apologetic and horrified at the quality and refunded me but I'm never getting a photo product from a Walgreens again. read more

Do not get photos done here!!! I dropped off two Kodak cameras in the end of March and they were ready a few weeks later(I had no idea) and I live about 20 minutes away, so I kept calling to see if they were ready. I had one employee tell me they have no record of me dropping them off to other employees telling me yeah they must be lost We don't have them just for me to show up in person and ask the employees to look and the girl found them within two minutes and it turns out they've been ready for over a month now in the store and I needed these for a very special event. Had two days to get the pictures altogether when I could've had a whole month when all it took was 2 minutes for an employee to look. So I'm wondering, all the times i called did any employee ever even look??? Horrible service. read more

I have been with Walgreens (pharmacy) for a year and a half. All my prescriptions go through the pharmacy which are through the website. But, when I open the website to reschedule prescriptions or to check on status, nothing is there and it says I have nothing loaded. Meaning that I have no prescriptions of their knowledge. I'm not sure how One plays with the other but something is not working and I wouldn't like to get this fixed. I never had this issue with CVS. I was loyal customer of theirs for 10 years on my medication's. I never had an issue. Walgreens happens to be closer to my house and with two small children it's easier. But this is just ridiculous now. The rest of the store I use very minimal because they don't have much. It's ok, but not my first choice in my neighborhood. read more

Coming here today I experience no one at the cashier. Had to wait about three minutes for someone to come up while inside store due to the morning hours or I'm not sure. But everything you need and want is available. Also pharmacist hours is from 10 AM on Sundays,but the pharmacist didn't appear at the drive-through Windell till 6 minutes after, this has happened before so not the very best but not too bad but be aware to arrive maybe 15 minutes after 10 AM. So I've lived near this Walgreens for 8 years. And there's a reason I still fill my prescriptions at my old pharmacy. They take forever to fill a script. Yesterday I was sick and waited 4 hours for my scripts. I don't know who runs this pharmacy but go somewhere else. And they now have a village medical center attached to the store. They are useless. It says 'same day appointment' right on the wall and yet when I inquired for my husband to be seen by a doctor that were all booked up. And so I requested a telemedicine and no one ever called. He wound up going to the ER which could have totally been avoided had I not been waiting for that call. Skip this place. And from now I'll I'll stick with my old reliable pharmacy. read more

Let me add my comments to the hosts of negative reviews of this pharmacy. Last week I walked in and asked to make an appointment for a vaccine for myself and my husband. I was told to go to the website, they will not schedule any appointments in-person. (my old Stop n Shop always did it but they closed). Very inconvenient,but what could I do? So I went to website and scheduled this morning for 9 and 9:15 this morning. Upon arriving, the perso behind the counter looked at me and said Do you have an appointment? No smile, no welcome just a flat tone. Not friendly at all! But no one here is friendly. I waited, filled out paperwork and Forty minutes later was called to the desk and told an expected delivery of vaccine did not arrive so they could not give us the shots. What a waste of my time! Did they ever look the day before and realize they were out of vaccines? Did they ever think to call me and give me a chance to reschedule? NO! Where is the concern for the customer? I called for four days straight to get a status on my script, the phone rings and rings, the person may answer then put you on hold to then be hung up on. I finally had to drive to the store to try to get an answer. This will be the last time I use this pharmacy. read more

Went there twice yesterday (2/6/2017) to pick up a photo order. A staff member working at the photo desk made some distasteful comments, to one of the other staff. She said "Its funny that his name his George, hahaha !!". I take that as an unwanted and racist comment. Just because I am brown and Asian, why is it funny if my name is "George". read more

This Walgreens pharmacy is really awesome. I had to fill a prescription last minute tonight and was in and out in 10 minutes, less probably. The pharmacist was very friendly, kind and helpful. He informed me that there was a new generic for my script and that he would order it for the next time saving me at least $60. Beautiful store, very new and clean. read more

First of all, I would defer to calling this a "Pharmacy"...My daughter lives locally, I her Dad reside in FL... My daughter was struggling all alone with a case of Covid...I consulted with an online medical group whom specializes in Covid treatment...My daughter consulted with a DOCTOR whom after reviewing her symptoms wrote a Prescription...The staff of "amateur politicians" decided they did not agree with the prescription that was provided...They chose to obstruct my daughter's relief in every way possible. Even leaving another pharmacist on hold for over an hour obstructing to even transfer this prescription...If the staff of this Walgreen's would like to run for public office, fine...But your job as a pharmacy is to fill the prescription sent you by a licensed physician. For over 4 days they did this as my daughter's symptoms intensified...As a pharmacist, you failed...I'll give them a star for being a local dispensary of Tylenol and hemorrhoid creme. After 4 days of obstructing filling her prescription. Another local provider stepped in. Luckily for this establishment, after 24 hours after the prescription was filled, her symptoms have greatly improved...If you're looking to do business with a schill for BIG PHARMA, amateur politicians...Look no further... read more

Always excellent service. Last visit, pharmacist reminded me that my savings card had expired and therefore my copay would be much higher. He suggested I look to see if there was a new card. I get messages back right away on my prescriptions. read more

Don't get your photos done here. Out of focus and so dark you can barely make out who it is.A disaster.

This review is for the photo department. I ordered my photos through the app, and want to pick them up about 2 hours later. I got there and the woman told me the machine was down. She didn't offer any extra information, so I started questioning when they might be ready. That's when she said to check back tomorrow because the repair guy was coming during the day. Ok, fine, she could've offered to tell me that without me asking, but I'll let that slide. The next day I go back and there's a different woman there. She can't seem to find my pictures so she looks them up on the computer, which faces right out to everyone in the store. All of my pictures are pulled up and left on the screen while she continues searching for them. She finally finds them, and rings up my purchase. I was expecting her to close the pictures on the computer but she doesn't, so I asked her to because I said it's strange that the computer faces out like that and is is showing all my pictures. She turns around quickly and closes them and actually ignored me afterwards. If you value your privacy, DO NOT use this Walgreens. I'm shocked at the lack of respect for the privacy of their customers, and the employees need to learn some common sense and courtesy. It's so close to home so it's a shame I won't be going back anymore. read more
