That is what kept me coming back. Unfortunately, my most recent visit is the reason I will never return. I woke up early on a Saturday morning and traveled a long distance to this location to purchase items. I live in Providence, which is not close, but I made the trip because I planned to buy a large amount so I wouldn't have to return anytime soon. When I arrived, I asked an employee if she could hold my items while I continued shopping. She looked at my items in a very disrespectful and disgusted way. Kind of the same way I looked at her blonde wig the lace was horrible anyways! When I asked if there was a problem, she said no, but her attitude said otherwise.(dark-skin girl with a blonde wig) A short time later, she called me back to the register, pointed to the baskets, and told me that's what I needed to use. The way it was said was rude, unnecessary, and unprofessional. At that point, I asked for Chris. She told me--very bluntly--that he no longer works at this location and is now at Twain. That was the moment I knew I would not be returning. The current staff does not acknowledge customers, lacks professionalism, and does not provide the level of service I was used to. I have spent a lot of money at this location, but after this encounter, I will not be spending another dollar here. Chris, I truly appreciate the respect and kindness you showed every time I visited. You are the reason I was a loyal customer. As long as this location continues to employ staff with poor attitudes and no respect for customers, I will not return. I work hard for my money, and I will not spend it somewhere I am made to feel disrespected.

I was driving way across town to Henderson for hair cuts every 6-8 weeks to keep it in shape. Yelp lead me to this salon specifically to Angelica, which is only 10 min from my house. She is INCREDIBLE! She is professional, friendly and so talented at cutting & styling hair. The price is insanely reasonable for a cut, wash and blow out. This IS my salon! I walked in and quickly saw a lot of variety, from brands to colors to lots of equipment and accessories. I went there to look for specific items, I was looking for a chrome finish powder in pink. Not a nail dip or gel polish, a powder. I did not want to go around the whole store looking for it so I simply asked the man in the front counter, older gentlemen if he had any, he angrily pointed at a shelf with gel polish chrome options. I said yeah chrome but the powder, he angrily repeated himself again. I said thank you and just walked down the aisles and I'll find it myself. I was pretty irritated because I didn't have to come here, and to be treated like that wasn't right. I picked some other items, chose some fine tip gel colors that were clearly marked for $2, next to those there was another brand but those were $5. I chose 2 of the $2 ones. I continue to checkout and see the powders behind the glass counter, so I point at them and tell him those are it. He angrily says "Yeah you have to chose the color and then I get it for you, see the colors there!" And points at the same shelf he pointed at earlier with the gel chrome polish. HANGING on the shelf were different colored nails with chrome. If he simply had said the first time, "yes choose the color and I'll find the powdered dip for you" it would had sufficed. I had mentioned it was a powder in the beginning not a polish. I chose my color and told him the name, he looked for it and said sold out. Didn't offer to find a similar one to the one I chose. All good, he doesn't want a sale. I was so irritated I didn't wanna give them business and just walk out but the stuff I got was cute and I needed it. So I just checked out, I paid and left. He overcharged me the two fine gel polishes, he charged me $5 each, not $2. For the rude customer service, and the price discrepancy I will never be going back and just purchasing on Amazon. I give it 2 stars because they did have a lot a lot of variety, which is great for a local business that I wanted to support and love and keep coming back and even recommending to others. But save your time and money !

I had an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at store. From the moment I entered,…read moremultiple workers were rude, dismissive, and hovering unnecessarily while I was simply browsing. At one point, staff came up extremely close to me while I was looking at and trying on my products after buying them! Felt invasive and inappropriate. The situation was when a man--possibly a manager--walked over and grabbed my items out of my hands without consent; rudely and began pulling them away. I immediately asked, "What are you doing?" Only then did he return my items, after seeing the receipt clearly realizing he was in the wrong. No apology was given. But was still confident enough to take my things away. Regardless of store policy, putting your hands on a customer's belongings without explanation or consent is unacceptable. The lack of communication, respect, and basic professionalism from the staff made this experience uncomfortable and embarrassing. I will not be returning, and I strongly suggest management retrain their employees on how to treat customers with respect.
