My hair was the wrong color, wrong design of color, and damaged. I reached out to Alyssa (another stylist) and she set me up to come in the next day to begin the process of repair. It took 4 trips and 5 months, but Alyssa and owner Sarah made sure to cover the time and costs of repair when applicable. Sarah personally met with me to fix my color right before my brother's wedding. I'm now back to where I wanted to be when I started the journey in May and I'm grateful they made it right!
