It's either my natural hair or dye it black. I was explaining this to the store associate, whose name was also Ashley, and she was extremely helpful. She said she was/used to be (I can't recall which) a paramedic so she understood the medical aspect of my issue. She was by NO MEANS giving me medical advice! She just understood why keeping color in my hair was hard, and she opened the door to new products and a new "routine" to dying my hair. I'm currently in the middle of that routine, and I'll post an update in a week on whether or not my color has stayed in!
