If I could give ZERO stars to this Pharmacy location I would. I have been coming to this location for years, but about 6 months ago this location took a serious nose dive. First, they are closed more often than open. Closed at 7pm, closed on the weekend, plus randomly closed at any given time. Second, don't expect to try and call with any questions or concerns. They stopped answering the phone about a month ago, like ever. You'll wait on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. When I ask about the phone in person, I'm told they are too understaffed to answer the phone or there is some "mysterious issue" with the phone lines they are trying to figure out. Lastly, It's a huge hassle EVERY month to get my medication refilled. There is always some problem or another that takes me several trips to the location. To get ironed out. Usually taking a week or more to finally get them refilled I have been a Walgreens customer for a more than a decade, but that is now over. I have requested ALL my medications to be transferred to Walmart immediately! Walgreens has lost my business permanently. read more

If only there were the option for giving NO stars. The pharmacy is complete joke. There doesn't seem to be any regular workers there. Every time I go in it's a different person. More than half the time I get "Oh our system is down" or "Our system is acting funny." Service is slow. You'd think that on the rare days that they have 2 people working the pharmacy, things would go faster. NOT SO! 2 people just stand around chit-chating with each other, ignoring anybody waiting for service. Service? What service? Today I was told "We don't have (the medication they've filled for me multiple times before) and we're closed tomorrow (this was on Thursday) and were closed on weekends." I asked "Can you move my prescription to a different branch?" to which she answered "It wouldn't do any good." Now I understand why the Smith's across the street that my wife uses is so busy. At least they seem to function. For the rest of the store, sometimes you'll get a good teller, other times not. Once the teller was very surly. I asked "What's wrong?" She answered "I don't want to be here." I've heard that Wallgreens may be closing some stores. I hope this one is one of them. read more

Ok they are FedEx drop off. But not if you have a box larger than a pizza box. 4 women behind the counter. Not one recognized or greeted me as I stepped to the counter. Seemed totally confused when I said I have a big box for FedEx. One asked how big. I showed by my hands. She held up a small box and asked bigger than this? I said yes. She said nope. I asked why. Got some excuse so I laughed and walked out. One lady shouted "peace out" as I left. Really? That's insulting and rude. Unbelievably poor customer service. Proper response is sorry we can't take large items and you can go here instead Be better. Checked their website as long as your package is no bigger than 48x25x25 they can accept it. Well mine was smaller than that. Either the employees are not trained or they're too lazy to help customers. Seems they're maybe both. 1.5 stars? Oh my heck. read more

We were ignored for 15 minutes when picking up a prescription. The only people waiting were my daughter and I . But, when someone that was known to the person working approached the counter. They immediately responded to them. We were finally served, but when the prescription cost more than usual we asked why. We were rudely told to ask our insurance . I know they are busy, but I will not fill any more prescriptions here. read more

Standing in line for an hour, waiting is your idea of a good time, this is the spot. The Walgreens pharmacy is beyond overcrowded. The drive through is out to the street. The line in the store is to the middle of the store. They need to hire more employees. read more

I came here directly from the Dr on Wed afternoon. I was told that my prescription was "out of stock", that they'd have to order it, and that it would be available "tomorrow". I was in terrible pain and thought about cancelling the order and going somewhere else, but didn't know exactly what was involved and figured I could make it one day. I was asked for my phone number and told that I would be texted when my Rx was ready. Well, "tomorrow" was yesterday. No texts, other than one to say my order was "delayed" indefinitely. I called 3 times and the automated system told me my order wasn't ready yet. I called again this morning and was told the same thing. This time, I connected to the actual Pharmacy and was told that it had been sitting here all day on the shelf as I was at home doubled over in pain, because they had a "floating" pharmacist who was only working there for the day and put a strange note on it or something. I was livid. I had told myself that we are in the middle of a pandemic, and that maybe the supply chains were affected, and that Im sure everyone was doing their best. Nope. No compensation for the completely avoidable day of pain and suffering. Just a casual "I'm sorry about that, as if I had to wait in line a few extra minutes. If I ever get this time machine finished and go back to yesterday where I'm hunched over in pain, I'll make sure I tell that me not to worry because at least they're very sorry over at my local Walgreens. This was my first, and hopefully last, experience with this Pharmacy. read more

This store is understaffed. They have a drive in for the pharmacy that takes priority over the customer in the store. The staff here needs help. The store seems to be in transition on a regular basis. If you see a low price make sure you have a rewards card. read more

This is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. The staff are unbelievably rude and completely incompetent, except for the female pharmacist. In the 2 1/2 years I've been going here, she's the only one who has ever treated me kindly and respectfully. Every time I've come here there's always some sort of problem with my husbands prescriptions or insurance. My husband is type one diabetic, and with today's issues they have prevented me from getting his insulin. After all the trouble I've had here, especially between Saturday (9/14/19) and today (9/16/19), I've never left in tears until today, and my husband will tell you, I am hysterical. In short: The staff are stupid, unprofessional, and rude, the wait is ridiculously long (and there is ALWAYS a wait), they WILL screw something up EVERY TIME (rather it's with your meds or insurance), and with the way this place is run, I'm honestly surprised they're still in business. Also, this isn't specific to this location (though this one is the absolute WORST), I've used several in Utah and Las Vegas, and they're all the same. Don't waste your time. Find somewhere else to go that IS NOT a Walgreens. read more

Waited 25 minutes in the drive through line to find out my sons prescription put in the system the day before would be out of stock at their location for another week. No notification and no attempt to try to get it from another store until I showed up. She asked if I wanted her to try to find it at another store. Yes! Not going to make my son wait a week to be treated for an illness! read more

This is the worst store I have ever been to. I NEVER write bad reviews but the service here is so horrible! I have sat at the window for 10 minutes watching three workers standing around helping no one before the stopped to help me. They aren't friendly at all, and their prices are higher then other places. I transferred my prescriptions to smiths across the street and the service is awesome!
