From Brooks, to Rite Aid, and now to Walgreens in only ten years, they have spent thousands just to keep changing the name. Since Walgreens is such a large company, I'm hopeful it won't change again. The pharmacy is phenomenal here as is the front end staff. Drive thru pharmacy has just gotten more efficient over the years. Store is always fully stocked (and now, it's so much cleaner and more open since the recent renovation from Rite Aid to Walgreens), organized, and user friendly. Shelves are always fully stocked and I think this is the ONLY pharmacy I've been to that doesn't have stains all over the carpet. Only complaint is that since the change from Rite Aid to Walgreens, everything in the store has moved and I don't know where anything is! I guess in a few months I'll be used to the new layout, but they should have aisle directories or something! John, the store manager, is also super friendly and very receptive to any concerns that customers have. He definitely goes above and beyond to please everyone, and does a considerably better job than many other store managers. Other staff here are hit or miss. Some are friendly, kind and helpful.... others need to retire! Overall, this place is close to my house and while I will always miss the better promotions and Plenti card that Rite Aid has to offer those days are now over. Could definitely be much worse. Sign up for Balance Rewards if you don't already have it for better promotions, currently they are giving out coupons for the grand opening through the end of August 2019. 4 stars.

I know the prices are high but to have EMPTY REFRIGERATORS, till I asked one of the Managers in the area. According to him the store lost power NOT TARGETS FAULT BUT NATIONAL GRID! So, they estimated that 1/4 of a MILLION DOLLARS OF MEATS and all other refrigerator items were thrown in the dumpster! What's extremely disturbing is that some of the public was trying to salvage some of that food!!! With many people suffering from Food INSECURITY ALL WAS DISPOSED! TARGETS REASON: LIABILITY! Why don't they have anyone that wanted to salvage the waste to sign waivers or donate what was sealed and vacuum packed! Just cause it was 6 hours without refrigeration I'm sure it was still healthy to eat and feed just think what A QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS OF FOOD COULD HAVE BEEN SUPER BENEFICIAL! Even going to grab some other supplies and the shelves were messy and needed to get sorted in menswear. Staffers in short supply. They still do have plastic bags, though. I had the machine for enough years for the insurance to pay for a new one. My second one was a little bit noisier than the first right from the start but I kept it. Probably should have exchanged it then and there. After a little over two years it got very noisy. Turned out I was about 2 weeks past the warranty and was told that Resmed would not honor the warranty. Chelsea at Reliable was incredibly professional and they sold me a new machine for half price. She had sent my machine to Resmed to see if they could repair it and they sent back a report with a bunch of stuff wrong with it that in my opinion should not have worn out in just 2 years. So I am not real happy with Resmed but Reliable Respiratory had my back.

However, this is yet another healthcare provider that lacks basic understanding of disabled folks. The person who uses the service has repeatedly asked them to notate that they can't do voice calls and to contact them via e-mail. They still get frequent e-mails and texts saying they must call. These sometimes come from no-reply addresses or text portals. Is it that hard to just notate what communication method people use and reference this before trying to contact them? Honestly, every contact from every business should have options for responding via e-mail, because a whole lot of people can't make a confidential call during business hours due to work or parenting or whatnot. Why are we doing default-to-phone-call in 2025?
