They are…read moreall well trained on both prescription knowledge and store policies like coupons, discounts, etc. Waiting lines are organized for both health-safety and fairness and I respect that. The lines move reasonably quickly. If you tray your pharmacist well I've found that they always respond with patience and good assistance. I have never been poorly treated nor seen any bad behavior here and I am in this store a lot!!!

I like this store because they always have a good stock of items, such as stuffies! Why I am giving a two star is because this store has bad management, store & pharmacy. There's many employees here & never seems to really ever be short staffed compared to other locations but they never want to attend to customers. It could be not busy at all & your Rx will still take an hour or be forgetten completely, just for something that needs a label to be stuck onto a container lol. Service is nonexistent here unfortunately. On the bright side, they do keep the shelves stocked & quite organized. It's located in the Truman Hwy Plaza, where you can find Stop & Shop for groceries and a liquor store to make a quick run for some booze. They also have EV chargers (Shell ReCharge) in this plaza, as well! They're currently free, courtesy of Shell, with a limit of 1 hr charge/session @9.6kW, ~32mi/hr.

Second time I tried refilling my scripts through the app a message popped up that there was an issue to call the pharmacy. I called and it took me 18 minutes to finally talk to someone. Hours later I receive a message that my prescription is ready, I drive over, waited a bit in line and when I finally get to the counter I'm told that it is in fact ready but that the system was not producing the price on my meds and that I would have to come back later. Left there livid, this place sucks to say the least

As a member of the Boston Teacher's Union, I will send an e-mail out to warn members about this scam, to get your info without the customer getting the $10.00 extra bucks. How can you stoop this low? I call ahead of time and they tell me that they have or will have my medication but the last few months have been very difficult to get my meds. I have to see my doctor every 4 weeks and cvs has had me wait up to 5 days before being able to fill my script... now I see my doctor and because of all the times I've had to wait days they are behind at least 2 weeks behind schedule of me seeing the doc and being able to get my script...this last time they gave me 3 partial fills so in 6 days in theory I will be able to get my script from this month. So even though it was called in on the 13th I can't get it until the 26th if they even have it. Not having my script on time I get very nauseous, anxious and physical pain there has to be a better way or pharmacy ....also the staff I talked to on the phone with today was very rude and condescending gave me attitude when I tried to explain the situation when I got there I asked to speak with the pharmacist and asked how we can avoid doing this every month she said to call ahead of time which I do!!!!!!!!!

Person responsible for the harassment was wearing a Lyft jacket and said he worked for them when asked if he worked for cvs. Front end supervisor supported the harassment. Came in at 740pm this evening to pick up a prescription and grab a few things. Will be moving prescription elsewhere. This location is unsafe. Not here to tell anyone what to do but share an unpleasant and unwarranted experience.

I have never had an issue here. Only thing is, they seem to never have stock of items but I think that is possibly due to theft which is unfortunate. Employees are nice here and always willing to help find whatever you're looking for. This Walgreens also has a drive thru for their pharmacy. Super clutch if you don't want to go inside and wait in the line. The line to pick up prescriptions does form quick and may wait for a while since pharmacy staff is a bit short staffed.

This Walgreens is located in a strip mall. I had just been…read moredining at a restaurant within the same strip mall and I needed to pick up a few things so I figured I would stop in here at this Walgreens seeing I was right there. This is an average size location and there is plenty of parking in the huge parking lot outside of the store. On the day that I was here the stock on the shelves was very limited and it seemed that they were out of a lot of items. However I did see a lot of totes scattered around the store which tells me a shipment had just come in and they were likely in the process of restocking their shelves. I was able to find one out of the three products that I had wanted to purchase so decided just to get that one item and call it a day. The clerk who was running the register area didn't seem all that friendly (no smile or greeting as I approached the register) but they did handle my transaction fast and efficiently.
