This space was relatively clean. There were some items I was looking for but couldn't find but I was able to find something else.

Wow! What happened? Haven't been over here in a while. The store is a bit of a disaster. There's trash in the parking lot and looks like piles of old clothes and empty cans and food products left in and around the parking lot. The interior of the store, unfortunately doesn't fare any better. I was genuinely surprised to find trash strewn in the aisles. Even the floor of the pharmacy wasn't that clean. This place really needs a bit of a scrub! Discarded food products, and filthy refrigerator shelves question me whether I would buy from this location moving forward. Shelves were not very organized and disorganization did not extend to restocking inventory. While the store is now a 24 seven operation, the pharmacy does have limited hours including a complete shut down at midday for lunch for the entire staff. Hope that the store gets cleaned up a bit because I had always enjoyed coming in here and now I'm not sure if I'm coming back. All I have to say - Yikes! read more

Not only is this the worst Walgreens I've ever been to, but its the worst pharmacy. I waited in the car for an hour while my partner was inside trying to get his two medications. There was only one other person in line ahead of him and persion in front of him did not understand any of the terminology the pharmacy tech was trying to tell him. No one else came to help out the lone pharmacy tech until an hour later. When my partner got back to the chair, he told me that Walgreens only had 1 of the 2 medications that he needed. read more

Remember when Walgreens a national pharmacy you could count on? I tried the Walgreens at 3001 Dodge Street because the were $50 cheaper on one of my medications. I had an account set up. I've used the photo services before. My Doctor sent the prescription over and all I heard was crickets chirping. The following Monday I went to the pharmacy. They were closed from 1 until 2 for lunch. I tried their automated voice system it was useless except at screening out calls to the pharmacy. On the 4th day I got to speak with someone at the counter. In the background two pharmacists were yelling at each other about a prescription. Warnning bells were ringing in my head. After 5 minutes the gentleman )coated my script in their computer system. No one had open the file or started working on it 4 days after receipt. Bells are ringing loudly now. He said they'd order it and text me when it came in. He confirmed my telephone number just in case. When I asked how long it would take to order in, his exact words were Lord only knows. As you can probably guess they never sent a text, called or emailed me. I had to go back to my old pharmacy and ask them to transfer the script from Walgreens to them. My original pharmacy called 3 week days in a row, Walgreens never filled or faxed the script. I spent 2 more day to have my Doctor cancel the original script and reissue a new one. I'm at 15 days to get 1 perception filled. Needless to say I WONT USE WALGREENS AGAIN! read more

I don't usually like to write about bad service,but today I received just that. Today morning 4/18/2023. @ 9:20 am. They open at 9am so I thought that would be enough time to pick up some medicine. The guy there was rude to me saying I needed to come back an hour later. I was there now. My medicine was ready yesterday. It was prepay. What a load of crap. I know it wasn't the regular guy there. They get 5 because they are open 24/7. I'm so happy to know I can go there. When COVID 19 shut all our businesses down, many didn't return. Almost none went back to their 24/7 service. Thank you Walgreens on 30th for bringing it back. read more

This location has been steadily going downhill. They used to have great Halloween decor and now have almost nothing and half of that is just candy. The pharmacy is getting really bad. Since they started outsourcing their refills in order to provide better customer service the service has gotten worse. The lines are longer and slower. They used it as an opportunity to reduce staffing. And they often forget to give you all the prescriptions you have waiting for you. And they have stopped notifying you when your prescriptions are ready. I did not request auto refill and yet they have started doing auto refill. I did not request to have all my prescriptions bundled together so they are refilled at one time. I get most of mine done on a 90 day rotation and I had them at different points along that spectrum so I spread out spending the money over many different paychecks and then they started lumping them all together. I'm pissed off that they made those changes without my permission. The overall service in the entire store is much worse than it used to be. They no longer have nice displays for the newly released make-up for each season. It is now scattered around the back half of the store and the front of store displays are usually for crappy items or junk items. read more

HORRIBLE staff! Lady at register made 7 of us wait for one woman to call her bank about her declined card. I asked the clerk if she could call somebody else and she responded with if they have time they're working. The next lady finally came up and had a huge attitude because she had to stop stocking the shelves. I went to hand her my money and she pulled her cell phone out and started looking at Facebook. read more

Merchandise not tracked sufficiently. 40% outage across all products. Assistant mgr. was not sure of outside vendor deliveries. Understandable during pandemic but this is not acceptable. Question long if they have regional managers. read more

I have a prescription I need to live. My doctor called the prescription over a week ago, and instead of telling me that the medication was on back order (for over a week while I was rationing meds) they told me that my medication would be ready tomorrow. I called the pharmacy to double check and they let me know it was not going to be available for the foreseeable future. This was after doctors office business hours were over. A very nice person at another non-Walgreens pharmacy helped me find a location with this med in stock instead of saying "we're out find it somewhere else". Walgreens as a whole has been very disappointing with communication about medication status and seems to withhold the status of my meds (because if they had told me it was on back order they would've lost my service sooner). Decent business, staffs are the hit or miss. One day there is nice staffs, the other day there is rude staffs. The outside parking is a little bit sketchy since it is near the park where lot of drug dealers hang out there. read more

It pains me to write this review because I don't like writing rants. But I have to do it. ~ This is solely based on the pharmacy department. My dentist called in a prescription for me. Something called "magic mouthwash" which needed to be mixed together by the pharmacist. My denist appointment was at 9:30AM, so by the time I walked in at 1PM I was expecting my prescription to be ready for pick up. But was it? Of course not. They didn't even have a record of my prescription!! The lady that helped me could not find it on the computer at all. So I found myself explaining that it was from a dentist and that it was called in this morning. A worker in the back, I'm presuming the pharmacist, overhears my frustration and apparently knew about my prescription and told me that it would take 20 minutes (because of the mixing). Firstly, why does the worker in the back know but it wasn't input into the computer? WTF?! Ugh. Fine. Whatever. I'll come back later. Then, I come back around 7 or 8PM. Prescription ready? NOPE. SAME PROBLEM. Oh sorry there's no record of your prescription. ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME?! It took everything inside me not to just SCREAM. But that's not even the kicker. After waiting 20 minutes at the counter for the pharmacist to call the insurance company, they finally find the record. (I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS HAPPENS BECAUSE I CAME IN EARLIER IN THE DAY TO PICK IT UP.) Not only did they not mix the prescription, but they didn't even have the ingredients to do so. Apparently they were missing one ingredient that needed to be ordered, and would arrive the next day. WOW WOW WOW. INCOMPETENCE AT IT'S FINEST HERE LADIES AND GENTS. Why tell a customer to come back later in the day to pick up a prescription if you don't even have the ingredients to make the gosh darn thing? Someone seriously dropped the ball here and it resulted in me wasting my entire day running around trying to get my prescription. Then, the pharmacist asks if I want them to call around and ask who has it available right now. Seriously? After an entire day of waiting around for this prescription you want me to go on a wild monkey chase around Omaha looking for a pharmacy with this? NO. The pharmacist who was really nice was trying to help, but I just could not deal with any of this anymore. She offered to write a big note on my prescription and have them call me when it was ready the next day. After waiting around the entire day the next day, no one called. Seriously? Again? So I go in to Walgreens day after that and pick it up. Expecting another debacle. THANK GOD. It was ready. Did anyone call me? nope. nope. nope. I don't know how this Walgreens does things. Avoid the pharmacy at all costs. Never going here again. read more

I bought passport photos at another Walgreens that got rejected. The ladies that helped me get them refunded were really nice and patient.

Bad reviews here! I will say, I haven't been to the pharmacy. I stop in a lot in the morning to pick up a Diet Coke or something I might need for the day. The woman who regularly works at the register is so nice. She always greets me with a smile and is so pleasant. So...my 4 stars go to her for her pleasant demeanor!! read more

Went there 4 times and each time they didn't have my prescription. Each time I went they told me to come back at a certain time/day, and when I went back they told me they didn't have it and to come back again. The prescription I needed had a limited pick up window so this was very stressful. I ended up being able to pick up the prescription at the very last day that I could. Very inconvenient and communication was unreliable. read more

Never had issue except for 1 time a few months ago. Purchased 2 items of the same thing only 2 left on shelf. I got home and could not find the bag. Looked all through the car and did not find it. Called Walgreens and asked them if I left bag. They said no. I drove up there and guess what? The only 2 left were still the only 2 back on shelf. I bet an employee just returned it and got a gift card or money for it. read more

This Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst. Last time picking up prescriptions I told the clerk my doctor discontinued one medication altogether. When I went in to pick up multiple refills for the medicines I still currently take, the clerk billed me for the discontinued medication. She never told me the names of the medications, and I assumed if I discontinued the medication previously it would stay discontinued. I immediately recognized the error and went back to waiting in line with social distancing, never leaving the store. The pharmacist now refuses to refund me the prescription that their clerk billed me in error. I encourage everyone to get their prescriptions elsewhere. I encourage everyone to buy all their pharmacy related goods elsewhere. I'm not visiting and patronizing Walgreens any longer, and they lost a monthly repeat prescription customer over less than $10. I refuse to be treated this poorly by an incompetent pharmacy staff. read more

It's a Walgreens, so leave your grand expectations at the door...at this location I've always had pretty nice people check me out...their prices are on the high side, even for a business such as this...and of course if you go late at night you run the risk of encountering some really shady looking goofballs...but all in all it serves a purpse and I'll continue coming here as the need presents itself read more

Yikes. Ok to start off I'd like to give the cashier at the front desk 5stars and the older gentleman in the pharmacy department 5stars. This one star review is solely for Amber, one of the pharmacist techs. I had a prescription savings card and dumb me forgot to re-enroll in it for the new year. So nothings showing up in the computer for it. I say I've never had a problem at any other Walgreens (which I've gone to about 5 different ones to fill my medicine). It took me a moment to realize I had to call and renew it real fast. But before I even got a chance to do that she has a massive ass ghetto attitude. She replies with an extremely snotty tone of voice (which was quite obvious because it was not the voice she was originally speaking in) just having an overall sour ass, unhelpful mood. I tell her she doesn't have to have an attitude with me and I'll figure it out because I need it to work. She says she doesn't have an attitude and then proceeds to a) walk away while saying "ohhhh I'm gladddd I can walk away" with a sneer on her face and then b) she proceeds to shit talk me and the situation to another coworker within earshot of me. Super unprofessional. Not fit to be dealing with customers at all. She needs to leave her ratchet ass attitude at home. Be helpful to customers and not condescending. I realize in customer service you're going to have bad days and have to deal with stupid customers, and I'll admit I was the stupid customer but I quickly realized a solution to the problem and called and fixed the issue, and I didn't need to be shit talked in the back of the pharmacy. read more

Finally got my photos! The manager that helped me was WONDERFUL! She went above and beyond to help me not be so frustrated with not knowing when I would get my photos back! I don't remember her name but she was fantastic! read more

The techs are fine but the supervisors are rude as hell and all the workers eye you like you're a criminal. There are better pharmacies less than a mile away , don't waste your money or time on these clowns. read more
