There was a mother/son duo browsing the vast selection on the shelves and me. Apparently the lady he was assisting was new to fitness or new to whatever she was buying because she had lots of questions, and he gave her his undivided attention. He wasn't short or impatient and I was impressed! After answering all her questions he rang up her order and wished her well. The couple who was waiting approached the counter, but he politely excused himself and asked the mother/son duo if they needed any help. They asked a few questions to which he provided answers. He made his way back to the counter and assisted the couple, the mother/son duo, and then me. I complimented him on his mastery of customer service and made him aware of the impact he had on me, a first time visitor. I am now a fan and will most definitely be back. Oh and BTW, his name is Patrick!

First, you must beware when you are being given items to take home for care, such as braces and splints. They now partner with See the Trainer in Bellevue. You sign the authorization with no clue as to the price, and the nurses do not know either. Then, 6 weeks later, you receive a bill for an outrageous amount. In my case, it was a $79 bill for a brace that cost $26.57 on Amazon. On top of that, I was seen (same visit, mind you) for a ankle injury. I was told that when the nurse practitioner looked at the x-rays, it was severely sprained and that I should feel better in "a couple weeks." A few days later, I found it odd that I had not received a follow-up call (as usual, when the specialist reviews the x-rays). I called and requested that it be looked at. Turns out, I had fractured my ankle and the bone was chipped on the side, with a recovery time of 6-8 weeks. Had I never called back, I may never have known this. If you are paying the price for an urgent care, the service needs to be better. And over the last year or two, it has declined. Sure the building is new and looks awesome, but when I am in an urgent care, I am more concerned with the quality of treatment than the awesomeness of the waiting area. I will be going to UNMC from now on.

Check in was so easy, and the staff was so friendly, and super up beat! My tech I worked with before the eye doctor Stella, was amazing! Talk about friendly and personable, I felt like I was in a small town optical shop. The appointment went well, the doctor helped me get fitted into new contacts. I tried a different type of lenses and opted for my originals, and grateful I got the chance to see if something else was better. The service is bar none, the best I've experienced, even giving them a call to place an order was pleasant. I can't recommend this place enough.
