Tammy had misleading pictures on her website and assured us the procedure would give us the results we desired but after $800 and a painful procedure, the results were not worth the time or money. IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE ANY WORK WAS DONE AT ALL!! I called to have Tammy remediate the issue/results and at first she said she would try adding the hairlike strokes (we originally paid for but got DOTS instead) and then changed her mind and said she couldn't do anything at all to fix the problem. People don't just spend $800 for no results and an excuse that we were explained there were follow up appointments, WE DEFINITELY WERE not explained this. I would not have signed up for this if it's already expensive and needed additional investment. I will be speaking to an attorney because this is against consumer protection issue. Do not get tricked by this woman/"business".

A tooth in the far back of my mouth broke off. 5 visits required starting September 1, 2020 *The dentist smoothed the tooth, scheduled appointment for temp crown *Tech made the temp crown (Dentist should have done) Cuts to tongue and cheek due to poor temp crown by TECH *Before leaving that appointment I mentioned roughness, tech indicated it would be better after permanent crown *Returned next day, tech tried to smooth out the crown but had to have dentist come in who smoothed the temp crown out, dentist indicated I had an ulcer next to the crown *Had to return again, couldn't bite down because of pain, dentist removed temp crown, bad smell, replaced with new temp crown *Returned again for large sore in front of mouth, dentist prescribed lidocaine and another medication. I was devastated to lose that much of my tooth, but I couldn't believe the care I received and how well the repair was done THE DAY OF the injury. I left hardly being able to notice a difference in my tooth. Mind you, Dr. Muller agreed to see me at 3:15 that day after working all day prior. I am very grateful for the job done and the thoughtfulness of squeezing me in that day. I've been going to Dr. Mueller's office for nearly two years now and would highly recommend their care to anyone. The stylists made us feel welcomed right away and they kept us on our schedule. Carrie did my hair and she is phenomenal! She showed me and my personal attendant how to insert and take out my veil. Lyndse did my makeup and I couldn't have been happier with the results! She is a very talented makeup artist (and stylist) who made my morning a very enjoyable and relaxing time.
