Each department works together to create a great experience (check in, hygienist, dentist, insurance, scheduling). Amazing team! They are a busy office so sometimes scheduling can be pushed out but I've always gotten a call about openings and have been able to get in earlier than expected. They have provided excellent communication and referrals when needed. I have been so happy with my hygienist. My teeth always feel so clean after. She's efficient and thorough. Dr. Brittany Bowen is awesome. She is kind, patient, and truly listens. I know she is always doing what is best for me and my health. The main reason I keep coming back is because of Wendy, the office manager. She's an absolute rock star when it comes to customer service. I used to go to the Middleton location, but when I needed to reschedule, the staff there (and even at Verona) weren't willing to check availability across other offices. When I called Regent Street, Wendy went above and beyond. Not only did she check her location's schedule, but she offered to look into openings at other First Choice offices to make sure both my wife and I could get in for cleanings. That kind of effort really stood out. Since then, I've had great experiences here. The dental hygienist Will is friendly and professional, and Dr. White is attentive when reviewing my teeth and X-rays. Parking is also easy--there's a small lot, but I've never had trouble finding a spot. If you're looking for quality dental care with staff who truly go the extra mile, I highly recommend the Regent Street location of First Choice Dental.

Each room is set up like a pretty standard dental office, very clean. On my first visit, they told me they like to do a full set of x-rays just to get an idea of what my teeth are like overall, but my insurance didn't cover for a full set. So they told me they will still do the full x-ray set, but just write it as whatever my insurance will cover, and they will cover the remaining cost. How great is that?!? The staff is wonderful and courteous, also very punctual. I'm never waiting in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. The cleanings are done nice and quickly, I'm in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Vaandehaar is great! He always makes suggestions for me to consider, but is never pushy about getting anything done that isn't absolutely necessary. For example, when I had a cavity, he obviously strongly recommended that I take care of it asap. But when it came to some preventative things, he told me what was going on, and what some options are and said it's something to think about. The only complaint that I have is, they do send A LOT of appointment reminders via email and text, multiple times leading up to your appointment. Yes, you can totally opt out of it, so I guess this is really on me. Also, TDC is the only place that staff actually came in and sang happy birthday to me during my cleaning. It was so sweet! At my initial consultation , I did decide to have a dental implant placed. Kim in the business office was extremely helpful in examining my insurance and letting me know what the cost would be at the time of the procedure. Today was the date for my procedure. I was greeted promptly and signed necessary forms. Emily and Meredith took me to the procedure room where they hooked me up to various monitors since I was going to have sedation for the extraction. My doctor is Kim Pansegrau, DDS,MD and he provided me with IV sedation. Within seconds he proceeded with the procedure and I have zero recollection of any of the mechanics of the work. And when done, unhooked me from the monitors and put me in a wheelchair and took me to the recovery area, where I spent about fifteen to twenty minutes. Mason checked my vitals and when I was ready to go , explained the medications I needed to take and the precautions I needed to use. When ready he put me in a wheelchair and rolled me outside to the car where my wife was waiting to take me home. The whole experience was very efficient and in my mind flawless. I had zero discomfort and quickly resumed ability to walk and eat since the anesthesia was not so overwhelming. I am so thankful to the doctor and his very able assistants. Not only is this doctor highly recommended but the whole office staff made the experience which I was so nervous about a very benign affair. He has the highest skill level for technique and results. He is thorough and comprehensive in his examination and treatment. At first I was like, "wait, what? And then he started fixing them and I was like, wow, so that's how my mouth could have, (and should have been)! I've always feared and dreaded the front teeth upper gum and pallet novacaine shot, because it's a lot worse than a "pinch." But not with Dr. Jon. His technique gave me more of a slow pressure, not a painful pinch, which amazed me. And somehow he dialed in the exact amount- I had no pain at all, yet when I was done, my upper lip and nose didn't feel like I'd been punched, there was just a slight tingle that went away very shortly. The office staff is also great- appointments were handled with skill, multiple options, and accuracy. I am always greeted with warmth and friendliness, especially by Kayla. I'm just guessing here, but there might be a rule that only nice, pretty women are allowed to work there, I'm joking yet it seems to fit the observable facts.
