Worst pharmacy in America. If I am not in a line for 45 minutes just to pick up medication I am calling them like a once a month trying to tell them how to read my prescription when it undoubtedly gets 'delayed' again when I am down to like one pill. I have had the same 15 day supply prescription for 8 years now but read it as '30 days' until I correct them while accusing me of 'refilling a prescription early'. One I have had with this pharmacy the entire time. The pharmacist is ALWAYS rude and acts like I am getting some hard narcotic. Additionally, today I had to call my doctor AGAIN to have them call this pharmacy to teach them how to read. I will be moving my prescriptions from this pharmacy and would not buy a cough drop from here in the future. JUST a AWFUL EXPERIENCE. read more

I don't understand why Daytona Beach has to be so discriminatory everywhere else you can pick up prescriptions for controlled substances 2 days early not in Daytona Beach so you're already discriminated against they don't care if you had a death in the family or if you ran out because of any kind of reason and everywhere else but Daytona Beach is two days early as if the doctor's out here don't make you feel bad enough as it is when you take medication that they don't like and there are hardly any doctors in Daytona Beach that have any compassion or bedside manner anymore so then when you go to the pharmacy you can't even pick up your prescription if it's one day earlier than they like when I have had pharmacists do it for me at least once or twice in the past they won't do it at all they hardly ever have the same staff answering the phone anymore so I don't know any of the people that are down there anymore and they get rude because they think they know what they're talking about over you until you correct them and then they go oh well that's our policy and blah blah blah nothing is consistent down here except for the fact that they make you consistently feel discriminated or stupid or poor unless you're white and have money everywhere you go around here makes you feel like you're nothing and it's stupid there's no 24-hour Walgreens I don't understand why they say there is one when the only 24-hour Walgreens is basically in Orlando I think is the closest one so I don't understand it's like the same thing with the doctors just because you've had experiences with other people doesn't mean you need to treat everybody else the same which is not in a good way cuz I can walk down the street and pass by 20 doctors offices and hardly get help from any of them except for telling me what they don't like and how horrible over person I am and I've even been sexually discriminated against for being a homosexual because homosexuals have no rights in Daytona Beach Florida or Florida at all this place is disgusting in the governor doesn't do anything about it I think it's really sad and it's really shameful that you can't even keep up with what's going on in the pharmacy or even at a doctor's office because they change so frequently once you start to get comfortable they switch it up on you and everybody that takes certain medications is not an addict and we should not be looked down upon because of the medications that we have to take because the other ones have bad side effects and a lot of these new medications for pain and everything else well guess what they all are having backlash with different complications that come up later on down the road Tylenol can kill you ibuprofen can even hurt you and you can get those over the counter so I don't know why they get so adamant about certain medications because if you wait the medications that all these people are bragging you about that aren't opioid and they're so pain-free will then how come a lot of them cause cancer and other side effects that totally counteract with my medications and the lack of compassion we don't ask for these things and everybody is different keep that in mind people please! read more

Very concerned that a pharmacy does not REQUIRE customers to wear face masks. Went in here to pick up a post surgical medication and there were half a dozen people around with no masks. When I asked a staff member -- they stated Walgreens does NOT require customers to wear one. Shameful for a pharmacy to not enforce protecting ALL customers! I love me a Walgreens! The stores are always clean, and if you're a customer, you can use the always open restroom. The staff are always available and helpful. They're open late, which is great, if you don't want to go to a grocery store, but you need something now. There's an ATM in every Walgreens, tucked in a corner near the front of the store usually. But, my favorite thing about Walgreens is, you can get anything delivered, even prescription medications, thru Doordash! You have to download the app and order through there or go through the Walgreens website/app and choose delivery. read more

This is by far the slowest drive thru pharmacy around!!! You can wait in this line for over a half hour with only a couple cars in line. I use the drive up option when I'm sick or if one of the kids with me is sick! This is a very nice walgreens. The store seams a bit crowded but they have to work with the space they have. The pharmacy has always been very nice with great staff. My wife ha only had problems with one assistant but she is no longer there. The pharmacist have always been helpful and they have even looked up coupons for us. Walgreens is also the authorized Florida Health Care after hours pharmacy. My wife likes them so much she will wait until FHC closes to fill her prescriptions. read more

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever gone to. Every single month for the last 6 months, they have screwed up my prescriptions. I get the same exact prescriptions every month. They text me to say both are ready, I drive there and they tell me only one of my prescriptions are ready. They are rude, smug and have no idea of the meaning of customer service. AND there is always a line of other disgruntled customers with similar complaints. Save yourself a headache and fill your prescriptions somewhere else - ANYWHERE else! read more

The drive-thru pharmacy is a nightmare. No matter how many people are working in the pharmacy, it is like wading in molasses to get your prescriptions. I've waited 10 minutes before and the line didn't move. I've come back at odd hours, and there is still a line of cars waiting. There has to be a more efficient way to handle the window. And before you judge me and tell me just to go inside, sometimes I have one of my pets with me; sometimes I have a sleeping child in my car; and sometimes it's too damn hot to get out of my car. Anyway, I'm switching my prescriptions across the street to CVS. I'm over it. read more

I'm more of a fan of this location because of the quality of staff. The management, the employees, and even the pharmacist are super friendly. I really like this location because of the fact that it has a 24 hour pharmacy, which, is important, considering since there aren't many around. Whenever I'm not sure about how a prescription will effect me, the pharmacist is always available to answer my questions. read more

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. We are here from out of town and so don't have a "regular" pharmacy to go to. We chose this one because it is open 24 hours and was on the way back from the Walk In Clinic. We waited around 20 minutes to fill 2 presecriptions, which is not bad, but I think every single prescription we saw/heard filled for other people had MISTAKES!!! Like, if there is one sort of business where you sort of need to make sure you are accurate, it is a PHARMACY, right??? One car in the drive thru - they had one of their prescriptions but had lost the other. "I know we FILLED it... I think it is misfiled somewhere and we cannot find it... Just come back tomorrow...". HUH??? Then, "Now, this says you get FOUR BOTTLES, but we just gave you ONE, ok?". And then the guy who got in line behind us who had already picked up earlier in the day, gone home, then gotten a call from the pharmacy, "OOPS - we didn't give you all of your prescriptions". Oh - and the lady who was picking up scripts for someone else who was "bed ridden" and presented an expired card for that person, yet the pharmacy still filled them... Just one example after another in only a 20 minute wait of incompetence. There were at least 4 people working in the pharmacy, so they didn't seem to lack to help, but something was not going well. And no one seemed at all put off by it. When we checked out, the lady reached around the counter and pushed some button on my screen - I didn't have time to see it but saw what popped up afterward - I had "opted in" for something! HUH? I didn't even read the screen, let alone push the button and opt in. Then when we got back and looked at the prescriptions I realized not only did they not ask if I had any questions (which I thought all pharmacies asked with each prescription?) but they didn't put any directions on the boxes!!! "Take as directed". Ummm, are you gonna direct me??? Very bizarre, unprofessional, and scary pharmacy. Will not be using them again ever. read more

not that this review will matter much but here goes...this pharmacy stinks. i sat with my doctor as he called in my prescription onto their always faulty answering machine. after waiting 5 hours, i sent my son to pick up where he was told it was never called in. my wife called the pharmacy where she was on hold for 20 minutes until a pharmacist picked up and told her he never got the prescription. when my wife asked him if he checked the machine he said: "i told you i didn't get it!" he was a rude sob. i hope QVS is better. i hope someone cares more about there job when he's sick. read more

I switched pharmacies due to extremely poor customer service; they were so down right mean to my ill daughter and me. Plus never got prescriptions correct-we gave them so many second chances and they just did not care!!! read more
