I'm now VIB... it's taken a bit.. but I think due to Covid I've been grateful for ordering online and everything comes perfectly packaged. When I was able to get to this location it was great to get samples of perfumes before I bought them.. it was always a plus. It's a great place to find all your fine makeup needs. Give them a whirl! The makeup person was friendly and very helpful. We did not discuss the price of the items I purchased before I paid, and she did not mention the $30 charge. Although I appreciate her help, it bothers me that the employee who scheduled my consultation failed to inform me of the fee.

Super helpful, outgoing and professional. Now for the rest of the experience, it has been challenging. There are employees that are standing around conversing and when I ask for help it's almost an inconvenience because it seems they want to get back to their socializing. I have asked a few times for items and just pointed to the direction they might exist, with the exception of Rachel and the Clinique personal. As I browsed through the store there were lots of tags on items, deals, discounts, and % off. The Clinique person said if I make a purchase I get a gift. Once I got to the counter and asked the clerk they said " oh that promotion ended yesterday". Every item I put on the counter I was told the same thing, the promotion ended yesterday we just haven't had a chance to change the tags. I ended up only getting one item that apparently was still on sale. The lip gloss I use was advertised as on sale for the minis. When I brought the person to the display she looked it up and said they don't carry minis. Very disappointed. I also tried to return an item with another employee, but it was too late to return. The clerk never looked at me, I complimented their hair, they said they just got it done. I could not tell you the persons eye color because they kept their head down, didn't engage and I felt like I was an inconvenience. I like that they have a clearance section, and their gifts with purchases are much better than Sephora's where you have to spend so much money to get one tiny sample sized item. ULTA actually gives you items similar to gift with purchases at department stores (like a set of products). We don't have ULTA in Canada, so every time I'm in the USA in a city with an ULTA, I like to go in and poke around. I have found that all locations are very similar and I can't say that there's anything about this location that sets it apart. This location is in the Towne Center at Watertown shopping complex. Management has more than once gone out of their way to accommodate me with some special requests, and even new employees have greeted me with a smile and friendly banter. If you can't find something you're looking for, don't be afraid to ask - some cold items, for example, are behind cooler doors, and one of the employees will be happy to help you look. If you're looking for a good cup of coffee, this is the place! ExpressMart Palmyra offers a dozen different flavors/strengths of coffee, hot chocolate, flavored "steamers," and a fully stocked bar of fixin's for your caffeine fix including flavored creamers and sweeteners of every variety. While you're finding the perfect mix, you can catch up with the day's news on a shiny flat-screen TV mounted just behind the coffee bar. The inside of the store is small, and thus slightly cramped, but the shelves are neat and well-stocked. As with most convenience stores, you won't find many choices of any one given item, but you will be impressed with the variety of items available - from kitchen staples to condiments to health and beauty to automotive - if you need it, you may well find it here! (The only thing I've noticed missing is a frozen-food section, but I suspect a full-size freezer was sacrificed by necessity to limited floor-space.) Another little gem you may discover is the reduced bread/snack area just inside the front door - I've come to count on the $1 day-old bread! The pump area is easily accessible, and there is ample parking for convenience store customers on both sides of the building, as well as behind it. I've had occasion to stop at all the gas stations in Palmyra at some point in the recent past, and for overall service and bang for your buck - this one takes first prize in my book!
