During my appointment she walked through the process with me & also gave tips for styling & color preservation. The stylist decided to "do her own design" which ended up being a total nightmare. She complained that my hair was too thick and that she could not pin it back the way I wanted. I ended up looking like a Victorian grandmother and was horrified to say the least. I had to redo my hair myself and thankfully turned out much better.
